生活在現代，面對著網路上各種美肌美圖美照分享，好像大家都曾經因為自己的身材不夠完美而感到焦慮過。
我也是。
一開始會做良人拾號，也是因為為了減肥而閱讀了許多網路的資訊、了解食物的營養素，與各種減肥的身體機轉原理。一路走來也踩了不少誤區，甚至還曾經搞到身體壞掉，賀爾蒙失調，月經不來！身體忽胖忽瘦，體重忽高忽低，現在想想當時到底是在忙什麼（笑哭）
在我和Nancy的閒話家常中，我將一路以來的減重歷程分享給大家，希望大家不要犯下我曾經犯的錯，或者，如果你剛好聽到這集，正在嘗試類似激烈的方式，你也可以稍微問問你自己，這樣的方式真的適合你嗎？或者你快樂嗎？
如果可以我都希望你可以更健康和快樂，並且找到跟食物和自己的身體共存的方式。
