Ever feel good about how your life was going…and then you get a look at how someone else’s life is going and start second-guessing everything? Maybe I should be farther along or have achieved that or invested in this. It’s natural and normal for us to map what should do by looking at what others are doing. But it’s not always easy to know who to look at or take cues from. Sometimes we find ourselves chasing or feeling anxious about things that, when we stop and think about it, have little to do with what we truly value or who we ultimately want to be. Why does this happen? Can you keep from doing it? And how do you get back on track once you drift of course?
