This year has been a wild one for Hims & Hers. Thanks to the shortage of GLP-1 weight loss drugs such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound, Hims was able to sell an unapproved compounded semaglutide. This caused sales to soar, with revenue up 95% in its most recent quarter. However, Hims' luck may have run out, as the U.S. FDA announced that the drug shortage is over and that it will clamp down on unapproved semaglutide.
