About the guest:

Shan Haugabrook, CNP, is the Senior Director of Member Relations and Engagement at the Atlanta Apartment Association. She oversees daily operations and leads a 150+ member volunteer force, driving an annual membership renewal and recruitment campaign. Shan previously served as Director of Membership, Education, and Administrative Services at the Georgia Nurses Association, where she managed an education program generating over $1.2 million annually. She is a member of ASAE and GSAE, a 2020 GSAE Sharon Hunt Emerging Leader Award recipient, a GSAE Leadership Academy alumna, and an ASAE DELP Scholar. Shan is also a devoted volunteer in her local community.
