An organization’s brand is the voice of its story—and sometimes, that story needs a fresh look. If you've been considering rebranding but don’t know where to start, this episode is for you.

Today, we’ll explore the power of storytelling through design, why an inclusive design process is critical, and how a successful rebrand can elevate your organization’s impact.

Joining us is Meredith Martino, the Executive Director of Women in Government, a nonpartisan nonprofit that empowers women state legislators to lead and implement sound policies. With more than two decades of leadership experience in government and at associations, Meredith brings a wealth of knowledge to our conversation.

You’ll learn:

  • How to navigate the unique challenges faced by women in leadership.
  • The importance of representation in positions of power.
  • Strategies for uniting members across the political spectrum.
  • Why investing in professional development for your team is key.
  • The benefits of fostering an abundance mindset for organizational success.

About the guest:

Meredith Martino is the Executive Director of Women in Government, a nonprofit foundation that supports women state legislators of both parties in all 50 states. Prior to joining Women in Government, Meredith spent 17+ years at the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), most recently as its Vice President of Membership and Sponsorship, where she served as a key member of AAPA’s executive team. In her role at AAPA, she created and refined revenue streams for the association, directed member recruitment and retention strategies, and was responsible for AAPA’s Annual Convention, a $1M event that attracts maritime industry executives and solution providers.
