Rafael’s Bio

Rafael Eliassen is a personal growth and business coach from the North of Norway. As a kid Rafael could often be found talking to adults about their life problems and what they were doing to improve in their lives.

This innate curiosity and care about other people is likely the seed that grew into the incredible level of impact Rafael has had with clients all over the globsince he began his career and business as a self-help speaker and coach at 19 years old.

It didn't all come naturally, however. Because through his teens and even early adulthood, he struggled with social anxiety as well as severe depression. It is a well known fact that Rafael tried to commit suicide when he was 15, but thankfully his family was there to step

in.

The growth he experienced was a result of shifting his thinking, and this is exactly what led him to reaching over 100,000,000 people with his speeches, videos, written work, collaborations, podcasts etc. From dropping out of high-school and being a broke, anxious, overweight and miserable janitor...

To building multi-million dollar companies from

scratch with his clients, conquering all his fears,

getting into the shape of his life and living every single day as passionate and fulfilled.

Rafael has been through a multidimensional

transformation experience. But what he loves the

very most, is helping others transform and grow.

Rafael’s Advice

I would say, when you're in this journey and you're trying to find the right technique and the right strategy through the right methods. Just remember that the biggest problem is probably internal. Always look at the person that's doing the thing, not the thing. Because I was really guilty of this. It's the Facebook ads that don't work for my industry, or whatever I am just blaming again, or YouTube doesn't work. Why am I not getting any views? Why am I not getting subscribers, etc.

There's something wrong with the person, not the method. I don't mean that as an Oh, you're a flawed character, and you can't get better. I mean, that is then you have all the opportunity in the world to get the results that you want, if you're willing to do the internal work to shift and think.

Then if you feel like you need help get support. That's the biggest thing. The biggest mistake I made is just waiting too long, not getting any support, hoping that things would change, again, wishing for things to be different.

You just want to step out of that and find people to work with that are really going to help you progress faster. It's the ultimate way to get ahead and to speed things up. So if you want the closest thing to like an overnight success, just get a ton of coaches and support. That's what all pro athletes do. That's what everybody on the highest level in any industry does. They just have an unfair advantage with this.
