📝 So, this week was a gain when it came to my weigh-in but we're so close to the end and this really is the last bit to lose so I need to re-focus and get through this gain/plateau I'm on.

In other news though, my weight loss 'effort' seems to be triggering for someone...

We simply must talk about And Just Like That... and where I think The Real Housewives franchises could do a wee bit better...
