Khanh’s Advice

I've been thinking a lot about the young girls in the workforce and what will motivate them and what will keep them happy in a job. Recently, people talk a lot about Gen Z or younger people.

How they have different evaluations on how important the nine to five job is to them. What are the boundaries that they draw with their employer? They're very hard working and I can see that deep down inside, with all the differences that each generation has and all the differences that they have that we all talk about.

They honestly and genuinely want to become better and hard workers. But it is true that they need to have their own source of motivation and need to rationalize what they do, in order for them to really be fulfilled within a job
