Most business plans today contain what’s known as a SWOT analysis of the marketplace. That’s an acronym that stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. A SWOt analysis can be especially helpful when you want to see the full picture of the undertaking when you’re in the planning stages.
That said, I’ve learned to conduct my own SWOT analysis from time to time when I noticed significant changes unfolding right before my eyes.
Doing so has helped me adjust to the ever-changing marketplaces of the time, and this is especially true now in 2023. The terrain has changed, but I still see plenty of opportunities for us on the horizon. We'll be talking about all the above it today's episode!
