roughly three and a half to fourinches long, but don't let their
size fool you because there's alot happening in there.
Your baby is stretching andgrowing those tiny limbs, like a
(01:56):
little pilates pro their armsand legs are getting longer and
more proportionate.
So they're starting to look lesslike a tiny alien and more like.
Like a human.
You're building a masterpiece.
Here's where it gets reallyexciting.
Your baby is practicing theirmoves.
(02:17):
Yup.
They're kicking and wiggling andstretching.
You probably won't fill it justyet.
Unless this isn't your firstpregnancy.
But trust me, it is happening.
And once you do feel it, oh mygoodness.
It's like an absolute miracle.
Microphone (TONOR TC-777 Au (02:35):

You're increased blood flow isgiving your skin that Rosie or

Plus those raging hormones arecranking up your oil production,
which can give your skin thatdewy look.
(03:18):
Just remember the great glow upcomes with great responsibility.
So don't skip your skincareroutine.
Now
this week.
You might feel like you'refinally turning a corner.
Your nausea should be easing upa bit.
You're probably less exhausted.
(03:39):
And you might even feel likedoing a happy dance, maybe.

One weird thing though, that youmight notice this week Is a
stuffy nose or extra mucus iscalled pregnancy rhinitis.
I talked about it in anothervideo.
But for the sake of this week,it's important to understand
(04:01):
that it's totally normal.
Your hormones are to blame again.
I know shocking, right?
All right, let's talk about yourweek 14 checklist.
These tips will help you feelgreat.
And help you prepare for all ofthe exciting things ahead.
Microphone (TONOR TC-777 A (04:19):
Your
baby can hear muffled sounds
now, which means they can hearyou.
It's the perfect time to starttalking, singing, and even
reading to your little one.
It might feel a little silly atfirst.
I know, but trust me, it's sucha special way to bond with your
(04:39):
sweet baby.
Now cravings.
Yep.
They are real.
And I'm all for indulging inmoderation.
Say it with me in moderation.
However, I want you to justconsider this, try, focusing on
eating colorful and a variety offruits and vegetables.
(05:01):
Think reds, greens, oranges, andpurples.
Your baby is soaking up allthose nutrients to grow big and
strong.
If you haven't already make sureyour next prenatal visit is
scheduled.
This is also a great time tostart thinking about questions
(05:22):
that you want to ask yourprovider.
If you need a list of must askquestions, I've got you covered.

Microphone (TONOR TC-777 Au (05:31):
All
right.
It's time to slow this train allthe way down and get real.
One of the biggest things thatyou can do right now, the
biggest and best thing is tostart prepping for
breastfeeding.
Now I know, I know it feels faraway, but trust me, laying the
(05:54):
groundwork now will make all thedifference later.
As a matter of fact, one of thesecrets for successful
breastfeeding moms is that theylearn before the baby arrives so
that they know what to do whenbaby gets here.
So this is something important.
I really want you to rememberand take note of.
(06:15):
Breastfeeding.
Doesn't always come naturally.
for some, it might, but for mostpeople, it actually, doesn't,
it's a skill that you learn bothyou and your baby together.
That's why I created mybreastfeeding course, teach me
how to breastfeed.
It is packed with evidence-basedtips to help you start strong.
(06:39):
Especially if this is your veryfirst time breastfeeding.
So don't wait until the baby'shere to figure it out.
Start learning now.
Another component I want you toconsider is to talk to your
partner, your family, and yourfriends about your breast
feeding goals.
(06:59):
Having a support system thatcheers you on can make all the
difference when the going getstough.
Microphone (TONOR TC-777 (07:07):
Okay,
before we wrap up, let's talk
about what's coming up nextweek.
