Katy Ewen is the founder of Reflex East and a reproductive reflexologist, fertility awareness mentor, and women's health practitioner. Having started her reflexology practice in 2019, she quickly found that it could have a profound impact on menstrual health and fertility, leading her to help women live their lives to their fullest potential and not be ruled by their periods. Katy is incredibly passionate about educating people to understand their menstrual cycles, fertility, and ways to regulate your nervous system in an accessible and entertaining way, as this was a big part of navigating her journey with premenstrual exacerbation of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
