In this weeks episode I have the incredible Emilia Francesca on the podcast. Emilia is an internationally qualified Lifecoach and nutritionist. She also happens to be my best friend.

In this epiosde we have a candid, raw and very real conversation about what it is like when your best friend has a mental illness. In our scenario it has not just been one of us, but both of us have suffered from mental illness in the past. We talk openly about the difficulties it can bring to a close relationship and indeed full of advice for anyone experiencing witnessing a loved one going through a tough time with their mental health.

We also laugh....a lot...at stuff that isn't particulary funny. Just a warning!

Happy listening and i'd love to hear from you to continue the conversation. All contact details can be found below.
