523: The 90 Days of Discipline Experience

On this week's PoM podcast I sat down with some of the men in our first 90 Days of Discipline. 

The 90 Days of Discipline initiative leads men to focus on the 4 areas of The Framework for Biblical Manhood: Spiritually Sound, Mentally Strong, Relationally Established, and Physically Fit.

During the 90 Days men are given a Daily Plan of Action designed to help them focus on each specific area and begin to intentionally work them into their day.

In addition to the Daily Plan of Action, men will receive extra challenges to help encourage each them to live outside of their comfort zone.
