As a Psychotherapist, Ashley has worked in a number of different arenas, from the corporate world training to education; being a therapist for 1800 students in an International school in Abu Dhabi, to setting up her own Psychotherapy and Consultancy practice. Ashley gave a TEDx talk in 2019 that gave birth to The Resilient Kid. Last year she released her book A Parents Guide to Raising a Resilient Kid.
