He is the CEO of Glinda Group, a firm dedicated to enhancing employee, customer, and prospect engagement through applied social science. Previously, Jordan served as Vice President and Chief Behavioral Economist at ADP, where he directed the applral economics principles into new product development in the human capital management market. He also owned and operated The Vanguard in Los Angeles, a renowned music and entertainment venue.
