SPEAKER_01 (00:13):
For six hundred and thirteen days, Titanium
University has existed, but it'salways been on Zoom calls and
virtual until last week whenElement 22 happened at Ridgeley
Theater here in Fort Worth,Texas, where for the first time
ever as a community, we gottogether for two, some of them

(00:37):
three days, where we had acharity golf tournament on the
third day.
We got together and we spenttime just discussing where we
were as a community and what'staking place in the wholesaling
industry as a whole.
And I have to tell you that ICassie and I had big

(00:58):
expectations for this event.
It was the first time ever thatTitanium University was getting
together.
And we've had events before,right?
We did the two-day events, thecrucible for years prior to
starting Titanium University.
But the energy that existedinside of Ridgeley Theater for

(01:19):
those two days was unmatched.
I've never experienced anythinglike that before.
And I had to come on here andkind of share my biggest
takeaways from the event.
Starting off with just thecommunity in general.
The power of what that wordmeans.
And it's loosely used inside ofour industry where it's, hey,

(01:42):
you need to be a part of acommunity.
Join my community.
When it's really a mentorship oran education course, this
actually has become a communitywhere there are partnerships,
there are people doing dealsacross the world at this point.
And I am so proud to be a partof the movement that Titanium

(02:06):
University has become.
To see people come together fromso many different backgrounds
with one common goal, and thatis to create your own reality
and leveraging the power of thepeople inside of Titanium
University.
Our plan going into this eventwas that we would start off with

(02:30):
RJ and Cassie sharing howtitanium came to be.
And we did that, and we sharedthat.
But seeing how the two days cametogether with the speeches that
were given between starting offwith me and Cassie sharing how
titanium came to be, moving onto our partner inside of

(02:53):
Titanium University, NickRobbins, sharing the titanium
operating system, meaning burnit down, stop searching for
unicorns, hedgehog concept, focus your habits, excuse plus
the story, extreme ownership, create your own reality.
Seeing him really break thatdown, but not from RJ and

(03:15):
Cassie, but from Nick and hisjourney as an entrepreneur, even
prior to even becoming a part ofTitanium, was extremely
powerful.
And then moving on to theannouncement of Jerry Norton
becoming a part of Titanium andseeing the impact that that was

(03:35):
having on our existing membersand hearing him talk about how
close entrepreneurs get toquitting.
And it's that moment whenthey're right there on the
precipice of succeeding orchoosing to quit and feeding the
community on what it's going totake to not quit.

(03:56):
And making the decision that youcan either choose to fail or
choose to succeed, and it'sreally up to you.
And then just seeing the lovethat the community had for Jerry
and seeing that he now that he'sa part of TU was amazing.
And then moving on to the secondday, I have to say, I've never

(04:17):
been nervous for anyone else toever give a speech before.
But I was so beyond nervous.
I don't even know what thecorrect emotion would be to see
my partner since day one,Cassie, go up on stage, and she
really wanted to pour into thecommunity and talk about the

(04:40):
fact that as an entrepreneur, you have to prepare and plan for
when negative things happen inyour life.
And she shared the story abouther dad passing away last year
when Titanium University wasbrand new.
We were four to five months intothis new journey.

(05:01):
So many people had come on boardto join us, comp reviews, daily
implementation calls.
How all of that continued tomove despite the fact that she
had a massive loss with herfather's passing a year ago, and
sharing how, as entrepreneurs,we have to prepare for moments
like that when grief hits us,when loss happens, when negative

(05:26):
things take place in our life, how are you going to respond as
an entrepreneur and reallypouring into the community and
seeing her one successfully gothrough that very difficult
speech?
But pour in and really pour herheart out for the people that

(05:46):
she loves and cares about insideof TU was amazing.
I I couldn't be more proud ofher.
And then finally, I gave myfirst ever Titanium University
State of the University address.
And I I'll be honest with you, Idid not write my speech until
about an hour to 30 minutesprior to going on stage because

(06:09):
I wanted to get in the room andhave conversations with people
inside of TU and get to knowwhere we were as a community.
Where are we really performing?
Well, where do we need to getbetter?
And so I'm going to share someof those with you guys.
Now, mind you, this was an hourto an hour and a half long

(06:31):
speech, depending on how youtime it.
I brought Nick and Cassie uptowards the end.
But are we doing deals?
Collectively, yes, we are doingdeals.
I would like to get better.
I would like to get to the pointwhere there's more people
creating their own reality.
Now, mind you, we're only 613days in as a community.

(06:55):
Some people have only been inthe community for two weeks, 30
days, 60 days.
They're still early on in theirjourney.
And so I kind of compared whereTitanium University is to where
me and Cassie were in 2017 inour wholesaling journey.
We're new, right?

(07:15):
In 2017, we had only been twoyears in our journey as a
wholesaler.
I kind of feel like that's wherewe are inside of Titanium
University.
We're still growing.
We're still very young andfresh.
This is our first ever liveevent together.
So we still have a lot to learn, but yes, we're doing deals.

(07:37):
I want to see that increase.
Are we leading the industry?
I don't believe we are yet.
I think we need to be louder asa community about the impact of
the blueprint that we're giving, whether it's the closers formula
or the web formula or the dispoformula, the power of being
inside of Titanium Universityand leveraging those that are

(08:00):
inside of it.
I feel like we need to belouder.
And so that was kind of my pushto the community is how are we
going to do more deals and makea larger impact inside of this
industry?
Do we want to lead thisindustry?
Personally, I do want to leadthis industry.

(08:22):
I want to be the blueprint forwhat a successful virtual
wholesaler looks like.
And so, how are we going to dothat?
And so my question to each andevery person at the event was
where are you financially?
Where are you at with time?
Where are you at emotionally?
And what changes are you goingto make?

(08:44):
When things go wrong, how areyou going to handle that?
And so I made every singleperson there write down where
they were and where they'regoing to be in 2026 for Element
22 next year.
This is going to be our annualevent.
It's going to be something thatwe get together and we celebrate
each other, which was one of thekey things that we did.

(09:06):
We gave away 11 different awardsat the event.
It was called the Create YourOwn Reality Award.
And we gave them out for variousdifferent reasons.
Some for being an amazing memberof the community, like Jason
Strickland, someone that I'venicknamed Bobby Frost Jr.

(09:27):
because he always comes in withthese long poetic posts and
always asks questions to divedeeper.
But he also reaches out andconnects and finds a way to
impact so many differentmembers.
And the facts are the createyour own reality award wasn't
based around results.

(09:48):
It was more of, are you leadingthe life that you want?
See, this is one of the thingsthat every single class that
gets onboarded into TitaniumUniversity, I talk about now
that you are here and you arecarrying the name Titanium
across your chest and on yourhat, means that you do deals.

(10:11):
That is the bare minimum.
And so no longer do you have tofear of whether or not you're
going to do deals because youabsolutely will.
The blueprint is there.
We hand that to you.
Jerry talked about that.
Now it's up to you to make thatchoice.
But to create your own realityaward is not can I do deals and

(10:32):
can I wholesale?
It's am I going to live the lifethat I actually want to?
Do I have the freedom to be ableto do the things that I want?
When I look back 20 years fromnow, well, I've lived the life
that I wanted to lead, and I didthat with a career inside of
wholesaling.

(10:53):
It's not about how many dealsyou do.
It's about do you have thefreedom to spend time with your
family?
Do you have the opportunity totravel the world because your
son wants to play travel hockey?
Can you meet your daughter atevery single dance convention
and see her dance her littleheart off because you had the

(11:15):
money to be able to do that?
That is creating your ownreality.
And for each person, thatreality looks different.
And so we celebrated that bygiving awards out to so many
different people for so manydifferent reasons.
The JW Epstein's and the CesarLa Costa's and the Jairo
Rodriguez's, they all got thoseawards, but for various

(11:37):
different reasons.
And then shout out to oursponsors.
Each sponsor that was there wasthere because they are a chosen
titanium-approved sponsor.
We weren't just going to takemoney from anybody.
In order to be an approvedtitanium sponsor and a vendor,

(11:58):
you have to showcase yourproduct to us as wholesalers,
and we have to be able tosuccessfully use your product.
And so to have investor base, lead solo, property leads, easy
REI closing, speed lead there, aresimply prop stream, all these
sponsors, they are TU approved.

(12:21):
And what we use inside of that.
And keeping the integrity insideof the community.
One of the things that we made adecision early on was we're
going to have an event, but itwill be TU only.
From front to back, the onlypeople in that room.
And it was one of the bestdecisions that we made.
Could we have made more money ifwe had allowed outsiders in?

(12:45):
Of course.
But again, it's not about makingmoney.
We naturally already make money.
It was about having thatatmosphere, that energy, and
having a family-like atmospherein there where everybody knew
each other.
And it was majority of them thefirst time that they ever had
met.
And having the stories toldabout how their lives have

(13:08):
changed because they've been apart of TU.
I can't thank each and every oneof you, but I will say every
single one of your conversationsmade an impact to me.
I remember them vividly, and itwas one of the greatest days of
my life sitting there andhearing how many stories from

(13:29):
the 50-50-50 to using thecloser's formula to joining TU
to meeting another member insideof TU that now to become a
business partner or helped youdispo your first ever deal.
Each one of those stories made adifference.
But to me, the thing that I willremember the most was the

(13:49):
absolute love that people hadfor each other and for this
community.
And I could not be more proud tobe a part of that.
So, if this is something thatwould resonate with you and
you're not a part of TU, I askyou to reach out to someone else
that's currently a part of this.

(14:09):
Don't listen to me.
Don't listen to Cassie or JerryNorton.
Ask the members, the people thattruly make this community
special.
And ask them what is it about TUthat is different?
That's different than everythingelse that exists out there, all
of our competition.

(14:30):
It's not about yelling andscreaming, it's not about us
showing you a different way toclose deals or competent right.
Like I said, that naturallycomes.
It's about the love and care andconcern.
The ones that saw peoplestruggling and lifted them up
and said, I'm gonna make surethat you're gonna be at element
22.
That brought them there andshowed them you have people

(14:54):
around you that love you andwill support you no matter what.
And be with you day in and dayout.
And so now the event's over.
We're all fired up.
But we show up every single day, just like we did the 613 days
prior.
We're back to doing deals, celebrating our wins, hashtag

(15:16):
conquered, but also loving eachother even more.
Because now it's a lot more justseeing each other on a Zoom
call.
We've gotten to get to know eachother, spend time, and find
another layer of care andconcern for each and every
member.
So I want to end you with how westarted Element 22 with a song

(15:46):
by TDJ and Steve Angelo calledRejoice.
I've been listening to the songfor many years.
Could not think of a better wayto start Element 22 than us
celebrating all of our wins thatwe've had inside of the Titanium

(16:07):
University since we started.
With our hashtag hashtagConquer.

SPEAKER_00 (16:49):
Look at your neighbor and ask them, do you
have a mind to change?
Wait for an answer.
If they finally to the motion tomake the fit.

(19:26):
Everything that's backwards, andeverything that's negative, and
everything that's condescending,and everything that's common,
and everything that's holding meback, I refuse to take it over
into the beer, everybody, I'mnot a move.

(20:21):
I wanna tell you, you could havebeen home a long time ago.
As soon as you decide to stoplooking fighting up the people,

(22:00):
look at your neighbors say youdon't have to get out of
trouble.
Tell them you don't have to getout of trouble before midnight.
You just have to get your mindout of trouble.
You can get your mind out, youcan get your money out, you get
your family out, you can getyour job out, you can get your
career out, you can get yourhealth out, you can get your

(22:23):
health family out.
