estate actually complicated?
Because I see a lot of peopletreating it like it's some
massive enterprise withinterconnected parts and complex
processes.

Brother, you haven't even madeyour first phone call yet.
Let me break this down for youtoday, plain and simple.
By the end of this video,you're going to realize
wholesaling ain't that deep andyou're going to be fired up to
finally take action.
So let's start at the root.

Wholesaling, in its essence, isjust this Step one get a
property under contract for adiscount.
Step two assign that contractto an investor for a profit.
That's it.
You don't buy the house, youdon't fix the house, you don't

rent it, you just get control ofit and sell that control.
It's a paper game and, guesswhat?
You don't need to knoweverything to start doing this
Now.
Is it easy?
No, but is it complicated?
Also, no, you know what'scomplicated Brain surgery.

Wholesaling is not brainsurgery.
Now let's talk about why peoplemake it complicated.
It's simple.
One word Fear.
Fear of messing up, fear oflooking stupid, fear of being
told no and, finally, fear ofactually succeeding.
So, instead of picking up thephone and calling a seller,

you're on YouTube watching your98th video on how to structure a
double close in an attorneystate.
Stop it.
You're not taking action.
You're hiding behindinformation and, let's be honest
, it's information that youaren't even implementing.
When I first started, I didn'tknow what the hell I was doing.
I just knew this I would notfail.

I could talk to people and Icould solve problems.
I didn't have resimply, Ididn't have virtual assistants,
I didn't have a dispo team, butI had a cell phone and enough
knowledge to know buy cheap,sell for more.
My first few deals I JV'd withpeople who knew more than me.
I didn't try to mastereverything at once.

I focused on getting the deal.
I let the pros disboat and Ijust wanted that assignment
check.
That's how you learn and that'show you win.
Let me give you the frameworkand this is exactly what I teach
inside of Titanium Universityand what we live by.
Phase one learn acquisitions.

You learn how to comp, how totalk to sellers, how to
negotiate.
This is the lifeblood ofwholesaling.
Without the deal, you havenothing.
Forget dispositions, forgetmarketing automations.
Focus on becoming a savage atacquisitions.
You can survive forever if youhave this one skill set.

Phase two JV, the Dispo.
Don't stress about building abuyer's list or hosting
inspection walkthroughs on yourfirst deal.
Find someone who's alreadydoing Dispo, bring them a good
deal and split the profits.
You'll make money and learn atthe same time.
Phase three add tools as yougrow.

Once you've done two to threedeals, now you can start
layering in better leadgeneration CRMs, generation CRMs
, dispo softwares.
But that's later, not on dayone.
You earn the right to worryabout that stuff after you've
taken real action.

Now look, I'm not going to lieto you.
There are little things thatcome up in this business.
There's title issues.
There's title issues, cloudedchains of title sellers ghosting
you buyers, flaking unpaid HOAfees, popping up at kill deals,
dead deals at the finish line.
Yeah, it happens, but you knowwhat you learn by going through

Every deal is like a rep in thegym.
You get stronger every time youdo one.
You can't learn your way out ofproblems.
You solve your way through them, rj.
But what if I don't know how tocomp?

And let's be real, the majorityof you watching this haven't
done your first deal and it'sbecause you're trying to
understand everything beforeyou've done anything.
That's backwards.
You don't need to understandthe whole playbook, just run the
first play, buy a lead, pick upthe phone, talk to a seller,

make an offer, lock up a deal,jv with someone to dispo, get
paid, repeat over and over andover again.
Wholesaling is not complicated,it's just uncomfortable.
But if you lean into thatdiscomfort, if you're willing to
suck at it until you don't suckthat discomfort, if you're

willing to suck at it until youdon't suck, you'll start winning
faster than you've ever thoughtpossible.
Stop hiding, stop studying andstart doing.
