Caught Freddy at the gym teaching another woman about giving up meat and dairy to fix her blood pressure.
He said he had high blood pressure back in January, and now that he's eliminated dairy and cut waaay back on meat to maybe 1-2 times a month, his bp is 117/73!!! No meds!

He also had chronic arthritis in one of his fingers with a large inflamed module for many years, and the module and arthritis is 100% gone!!

He also says he's been making gains on his bodybuilding even though the majority of his food intake is big salads, lots of greens all day long, and beans.
