In this episode we have two very special guests, friends, and fellow therapists, Sandy Kong and Stephanie Kaufman! Sandy has worked with clients struggling with substance abuse, addiction, and more recently provided grief work for families that have lost a family member to homicide. Stephanie has worked extensively with families by supporting them through past traumas; specifically how it has impacted their children's behaviors and mental health. More recently, Stephanie has written a children's book, "What a Feeling," that aims to help parents and children identify situations that trigger particular feelings in the mind and body.
