After years of living with high-functioning anxiety, Ellen eventually reached a tipping point after two hospitalizations related to burn out. Determined to find a solution to high-functioning anxiety, Ellen combined her clinical expertise, love for women's psychology and even travelled to the happiest countries on earth to learn about happiness.
