Matt Picheny didn't take the most traditional route to multifamily investing. His career began on the stage when he moved from Orlando to New York to pursue a full time career in acting. As fate would have it, the dot-com crash pushed Matt into his first real estate deal, one that ultimately had a very good return for him. Fast forward to today, and Matt is a successful investor and operator of thousands of apartment units and the author of the Backstage Guide to Real Estate.
