Back in 2013, I began running a contest known as the 'Fat Shredder' that has since become an annual staple for our local clients.  

The concept is simple: form a team of 3, train with us, use our Coaching as you see fit and measure your fat lost weekly.  

It's not rocket science.  

Yet most clients will get their best stretch of results during these 6 weeks.  

How?  What gives?

That's what I go over in this episode, recorded while I was walking on rainy, misty day, with Ainsley strapped to my chest.
