faster than cold water?

Hot water freezes faster than cold water if both If
cold water and hot water are both put into freezing
condition at the same time, the hot water will freeze faster.
It's called the I don't know if this is a pronouncement,
the pemba or the mpemba effect, but scientists are still
trying to understand why this happens.
