Ever been left waiting by the phone. It's the Fred Show. Hey, Kara,
good morning, Welcome to the show. How are you hey?
How are you okay? This is waiting by the phone.
Of course, we're trying to figure out why you may
have been ghosted, So why don't you tell us about
this guy Blake, how you met, and about any dates
that you've been on and what's happening right now.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
We met on Hinge. We went through drinks. It was
a lot of fun, so we both did drink a lot.
The conversation was really great, Like I honestly like goot,
I meant the one.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
You met the one I did.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
The conversations were great. It was kind of like drinks
after drinks, you know, when you're in that moment and
the buzz. It was just everything. So it was just
really great. Like I said, I thought I met the one,
you know, like not trust anything. But there was a
moment where we were going to kish but we we didn't, you.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Know, and why, Okay, that's weird, So you've felt like
there was it was it like a you looked at
each other's eyes and it kind of didn't connect or
or did did you go for it? He didn't respond
or like what happened?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
I mean we were we were kind of drinking, so
like I'm not sure if it was hamworker it was me.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
But I kind of I really wanted.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
To kiss him, and then I kind of like backed
away a little bit just because I was like, all right,
let me just like wait till like write date three.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
To kiss damn okay, But to get you, weren't you
were getting you. You acknowledged that you were getting wrapped
up in the moment talking about this guy being a
one YadA YadA YadA. So you didn't want to come off,
you know, come off too strong. So you were sort
of metering yourself as what you're saying, like because you because.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
You're absolutely I can't.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Even hear the excitement in your voice as you retell
the story, like how into this guy you are. So
you were sort of like, whoa, let me take a
breath here.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Yeah, I want to exactly that. I had to meet her.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
I had to meet her, it out right right, meter
her it out.

So let's uh, let's see we can get ahold of
this guy Blake, and we're gonna get him on the phone,
ask him questions. You'll be on the phone at the
same time, and at some point you're welcome to jump
in on the call after we get you some info.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Amazing.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Yeah, well, hey them, Well we're about to look at
this girl. This is maybe this is the problem is
that you're so eager.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
I mean, take me myself out again.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
I need yourself out.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Meter it out, girl. We're going to get you to
you just a couple of seconds here, we're going to
get to it. I'm just you know, thirsty girl. I'm
trying to do my radio host job here. Let me
just set this thing up, if you would. So, Yeah,
we're gonna call this guy Blake. You guys went on
a date and you really clearly we're into this guy,
except he's not calling you since that date, and so

there's a big disconnect here.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
You want to know why?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Absolutely why. I mean, like, I'm I'm pretty smart, I'm
pretty hot and attractive, and he was too. And I
honestly never had to go through this situation where I
don't get.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
It called by Okay, well, uh, I don want the problem.
It could be so many things. We're going to call
him now, good luck. Hi is this Blake? Yeah, this
is Blake. I'm pretty sure. I want to apologize for
this call from the very beginning. But my name is Fred.

I'm calling from the Fred Show and I have to
tell you that you are on the radio right now
and I need your permission to continue with the call.
Can reach out for just a couple of minutes, would
you mind? Yeah, that's great, Well, thank you very much.
Look at this friendly guy, a very nice guy. We're
calling on behalf of a woman who says she met
you and you guys went out recently.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
Her name is Kara. Do you remember Kara?

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Yeah? I remember her?

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Okay, So she I'm just going to tell you, man,
she was really into you. She called us and just
like extremely into you, and she called us and described
what she thought was a really great date. But says
that you have not reached out since that date. You
haven't responded to her at all. So what's going on?
Why are you not calling or responding to Kara?

Speaker 2 (04:01):
So, yeah, we did actually have a really nice state.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
It was really good. But you know, you got the drinking,
had fun and and this is the part where you're.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Not going to believe it, but no, I probably will
believe it. Actually, what's that part?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Hold your horses?

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Kara has an ankle moment.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
I don't know what it's for, but I know it
can't be good. Yeah, after we got drinking a little bit,
her you know, her pantle came up and I thought,
I was like, I gotta.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Do an ankle monitor. That can't be good. Ill freak out.
So I was like, this is I don't condone ghosting,
but this is a good time to just kind of
you not try to rather.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Than ask some questions. You're just like, I don't even
I don't even want to know. I'm not going down
this road.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
You know, it's better better to be ignorant in this one.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
I think, Well, let me let me bring Kara in
a major part of this that she left. I forgot
to mention that Kara is here. Kara, what an ankle bracelet? Oh? Man?

Speaker 3 (05:03):
I mean I guess she can explain herself.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Yeah, well, now the time you did not mention the
ankle bracelet Kara and the possibility he may have seen
that to what what is that about? Why do we
have an ankle bracelet on.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
M Hello? Why are you so quiet now? After lock up?
What's going on? Yes, you're talking of a storm before Kara,
what's the deal? Yeah, how'd you get it?

Speaker 1 (05:31):
Huh? Cara?

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Is it a misunderstanding? Kara?

Speaker 1 (05:37):
You not? You just all of a sudden, you're not
even talking now?

Speaker 3 (05:43):
Oh I think she hung up? Did she? Well that's interesting.
Well doesn't seem guilty at all? That is that is
extremely interesting. Uh? Okay, Well, Blake, I guess you're off
the you know you're here. Where the hell have you been?

Speaker 2 (06:04):
I mean, yeah, I have.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
I guess what is it?

Speaker 1 (06:10):
I've been asking you for two minutes? What is why?

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Babe? So okay, I don't I don't think she's gonna
tell her. She on an orange jump side. I don't
know what's going on.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
I thought she's still here, but she's not telling us anything.
So we have these long pauses. Blake, I'm gonna end
this right now because I don't know. I think she's
a I think she's a murderer. I think she is
a drug lord. I don't know what the hell she's doing,
but she's weird as hell if nothing else, And we're
not doing this anymore. I want nothing to do with this. Blake.
