to start out with some sad news.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Actress Shannon Doherty has died at the age of fifty
three after years of battling cancer. She was best known
for roles in Beverly Hills, nine O two and oh
and Charmed and she was diagnosed with breast cancer back
in twenty fifteen. Throughout her cancer journey, she underwent a missectomy, chemotherapy,
and radiation, and even announced that she was in remission
in twenty seventeen, but sadly later shared that the cancer

was stage four and had spread to her brain and bones. Remember,
she released a video on Instagram not so long ago,
and her publicist said that she did die peacefully Saturday,
surrounded by loved ones. Her nine O two one oh
co star Jason Priestley wrote, shocked and saddened to hear
about the passing of my friend Shannon. She was a
force of nature and I will miss her. Her other

co star, Lissa Milano, they notoriously had a lot of issues,
and she talked about it.

They that Shannon and I have had a compond relationship,
but at its court. It was somebody I deeply respected
and was in awe of. She was a talented actress
beloved by many. The world is less without her, and
I feel like a lot of people kind of died
over the weekend.

A New Mexico judge dismissed Alec Baldwin's involuntary man slaughter case,
saying there had been errors by the prosecution in the
handling of evidence.

So this decision came.

After a day long hearing without the jury present over
bullets that should have been in the evidence. Now, this
judge dismissed the case based with prejudice, based on the
misconduct of cops and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence
from the defense, so they didn't.

Alec cried, He embraced his lawyers and then his wife
Gilaria after the decision was announced. He faced eighteen months
in prison, so he was real emotional about that.

Caitlin Clark made a young fan's day by tossing her
sneakers into the stands as she walked off the floor
in Minnesota.
