receipt online showing that her account had been taken over

what's called sim swapping, where the hackers take over someone's
phone number and re route texts and phone calls to

The date listed on the receipt also matched the date
that her Twitter account looked like it was hacked. Someone

the Kid Hole, Coga, and they've all been hacked as
well in similar ways.
