Chris Brown just got hit with another lawsuit, this time
from a security guard who claims he was horribly injured
while breaking up the brawl that led to the first
lawsuit that I told you about now and these documents
filed yesterday. Frederick R. Overpeck says he was working as
a security guard at Dicky's Arena in Fort Worth, Texas
on July twentieth, and more specifically, was instructed to work

the backstage meet and greet where the alleged fight took place.
Told you yesterday that four guys who say that they
were invited to Chris's VIP experience after the show led out,
saying that things got violent when Chris's friend said that
they were former enemies. So this security guard said a
three hundred pound dude, he saw a three hundred pund
dude squash one of the guys like a bug, which

is very descriptive, and says when he tried to step in,
he was met with punches and kicks from Chris's team.
This guy says he's a fifty eight year old father
with two jobs who didn't even know who Chris was
before the night, I mean, if this is true now
he remembers, but he claims the singer's people left him
with a cracked vertebrae in his neck and a severely

injured hip. His lawyer is asking for no less than
fifteen million in damages. The NBA signed its record eleven
year media rights deal with Disney, NBC and Amazon Prime
Video yesterday after saying it wasn't accepting Warner Brothers deal.
So these deals were approved by the league's Board of
governors last week, and we'll bring in about seventy six

billion over those eleven years. This means that the twenty
twenty four to twenty five season will be the last
for TNT after nearly a four decade run. But TNT
says they're not giving up because not long after the
NBA signing was announced, Warner Brothers said they're going to
take the appropriate action and said that they think the
NBA has to accept its offer. Under this new deal,

if things are as they would be now, Amazon Prime
Video would carry games on Friday nights and select afternoon games,
as well as Thursday night doubleheaders that will begin after
the conclusion of Prime Videos Thursday night football schedule. Prime
Video will also take over the NBA League Pass package
from Warner Brothers. So there's kind of a little bit
