Fred Show. Heyhunter, good morning, Welcome to the show. How
are you I'm doing okay, how are you doing?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Welcome to waiting by the phone trying to figure out
why you may have been ghosted by this woman Tara.
So why don't you tell us how you met and
about the days that you've been on and kind of
give us any details that we need to know, and
then where things are now?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Well, we met a bumble and you know, I thought
we had a good time.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Like we were.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
We had a good vibe. Everything was going pretty well.
We had a nice first date, you know, had a
couple of drinks. I think I think she's cute. I
think she's funny, Like you know, I didn't know what happened,
to be honest, I'm just completely clueless.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Huh. Okay, So the conversation was good, everything was flowing.
No weird topics. We didn't talk about like politics or
any other weird stuff right now.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
No, I mean I hate talking about politics anyway.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
I mean I wouldn't do it right now, to be
honest with you. It's that's smart. That's my only dating
tip is just don't do it.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
We're not I have going to topic like a plate.

Right, okay, Well, so everything went well except now, for
whatever reason, you can't get a hold of this woman.
She's not calling you back, not reaching out to you obviously.
So we're going to try and get her on the
phone and ask some questions. You'll be on the phone
at the same time. The hope is that we can
figure out what's going on and then set you guys

Hi, Shara, Good morning, my name is Fred. I'm calling
for the Fred's Show, the Morning radio Show, and I
have to tell you that we are on the radio
right now and I would need your permission to continue
with the call. Do you mind if we chat for
a second? Sure, yeah, you can hang up. You can
hang up any tevy one too. I know it's kind
of startling, but we're calling on behalf of a guy
named Hunter. I guess you met him on Bumble. We're
not with him recently. Do you remember meeting Hunter?

Oh?

Yeah, absolutely?

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Oh god? Okay, So what happened with him? Because he
called us and had nice things to say about you
thought that the date went really well? Uh was excited
to see you again? He says he's reached out though
he's called, he texted, you're not responding, So why is that?
What's going on?

Speaker 3 (02:45):
All right?

Speaker 4 (02:46):

We so we Yeah we met him Bumble. So okay,
So Hunter cute. He had a photo of him on
a really nice boat, and so I that's him asking
if he had had a boat, and he was like, yeah,
that can be our first day. So I was like,

oh wow, this has a boat.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
I kind of thought he was joking though, but he
actually invited me out onto it, so I was like, yeah,
let's do this. So he'd been talking about this boat
for weeks. I was so excited, and then when he
took me to this boat, it was the complete opposite

of what he described. It was not the boat that
was in his picture. It was a completely different boat.
This boat looked so.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
It was like, describe.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
It, okay, it was like falling apart. Like I walked
up and they were like literal like slaps missing from
the side, like this was not seaworthy.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
He was so he was.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
Too, like he was like, oh, my boat is so awesome.
I go out on it all the time with my
friends and we're gonna have such a great time. And
I was like, this can't.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
And you were just over gonna sink. Basically that you
were like this Gilligan's Island kind of stuff going on here,
Like are we on the tights headed bathroom? He didn't
have a bathroom.

Speaker 4 (04:18):
Broom the bathroom, And.

How could you go on a boat with no bad unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
He does it all the time.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Wait, you're just supposed to be over the side. How
do you be over the side? That's my question? He
is the most alarming part of this whole thing that
he wants he wants you to be over the side. Okay,
so he on his on his uh social media or
whatever his dating app. It's like he's on a yacht
and then you go as it is sing and it's

not a yacht at all.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
Yeah. Yeah, And I'm not like, I'm not like a
gold Digg or anything. I'm just like, don't lie to me, right, Like, well,
let me bring a hunter in.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
And I forgot to mention the hunter is here lie
from his boat? Hunters, what's the boat in his picture?
And what is the boat that you guys? Went on like,
why is there such a big difference?

Speaker 3 (05:10):
Well, now, to be clear, I didn't lie. I never
said this was the same boat. She just asked if
I had a boat. I was like, yeah, I've got a.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Boat, So you have a boat. It's just not the
boat that she was anticipating. So in fairness, now, but
didn't you in all honesty though, Hunter, didn't you know
that's the boat she was referring to because she's only
seeing the pictures that you've posted.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
Well, I just thought she meant that I had a boat.
I mean, obviously like, you know, I'm not like some
rich guy on a yacht.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
You know.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
It's like, I mean, that was just a photo, so.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
I mean, also, we're not taking the boat on the sea.
It's going on to a lake, so I feel like seaworthy.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
It does kind of sound like you had bougie expectations
that he didn't necessarily promise, because in all fairness, I mean,
you can put a picture of you on a boat
on your dating profile and it doesn't have to mean.
It could be a cruise ship, it could be your
friend's boat, it could be a both that you rented.
I mean, unless he specifically told you we're going to

go on below deck, you know, and and Captain Lee's
driving this thing and it is you know, it is
amazing and it's gonna unbelievable and Captain Sandy will be
there and the whole thing. Unless he said that to
you and then you go out on this dinghy, then
that's one thing. But he did not say that. You
just assumed that.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Okay, yes that is true. But I did, like I
specifically commented like on that picture, like I was like,
oh my god, you have a boat, and he was
like yeah, I'll take you out on it.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
He does have a boat, right, The man did not
lie right.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Right to be searching for men based off of what
items they have in.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
Their profile picture is crazy to me, Like I'm not
saying you a gold digger, but.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
If there was gold, you would be digging because well,
well look here here's the deal. I come from a
family of like like people with boats, so I was
like excited, because take him out of a boat.

Where's uncle.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Boat? That's too crazy?

There is a boat. It's just not nice enough for you.
You over the side the bathroom. Oh my god, I mean,
what are you thinking about that?

Speaker 4 (07:17):
The photo like like diluted people into thinking like if
he's going to be like this is, yeah.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
I have a boat.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
Maybe he just looked good shirtless on a boat. It
didn't have to be his. I mean, I don't know.
Maybe a picture in front of a ferrari would be
more suggestive. And he didn't tell you that was his boat,
but you assumed. Is there any part of you hunter
that kind of knew what you were doing with that?
Is there any part of you that thought, maybe she
thinks she's going on something much nicer.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
I'm asking me, I wasn't consciously trying to do that,
but you know, I guess I could see why that
misunderstanding would happen. But it's like, yeah, I wasn't really
trying to be like, hey, this is my boat, you know,
let's go on on this fancy ass boat, right, Like I'm.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
If I had a boat, and I was like, yeah, yeah,
that's facts right, I mean, fairness, he has a boat.
It's just not nice enough for you. So look, Tara,
I'll ask a question, would you go out with him again?
I think I know the answer, but I'm just gonna ask.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Now, I think he's a broke liar and have a show.
I'm not going out with him again.

Broke Wow. I think this is a little harsh to
be honest, but Hunter, I'm sorry, man, it's not going
to work out. You're both not nice enough. It's nice
