Speaker 1 (00:01):
Cawen's entertainer report is on the Bread Show.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Maya Rudolph returned to SNL to reprise her Emmy winning
role as VP Kamala Harris for the premiere of season fifty,
which is crazy. The actress pulled up her in her
best pantsuit, telling the audience their fun aunt was back
in studio before introducing the audience to her running mate
Tim Walls, played by comedian Jim Gaffigan, which is great casting.
(00:25):
Jim played into Tim's image as a down to earth
Midwestern dad, joking that he actually bought a suit from
Costco and has bdaka Big Dad Energy and Other big
cameos included SNL alums Dana Carvey and Andy Samberg officially
taking over the roles of President Joe Biden and Kamala's
(00:46):
husband Doug.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
So, I haven't seen the episode yet.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Jason was talking about off air how there wasn't a
ton of press around it, but I want to watch
it when I get home.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
I guess we're still doing those political stukets.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
Was really good as Joe Biden.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
I love him, I love him.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Travis Kelce has been getting lots of criticism online for
a slow start and looking sad, but he was feeling
the love in his locker room yesterday because his teammates
wore shirts to back their captain. CBS sports reporter Tracy
Wolfson posted photos of his teammates decked out in black
t shirts with photos of Trav on the front and
back on them. According to her, the shirts were bought
(01:23):
by one of the wide receivers to quote honor their
leader and a guy who has mentored all of them.
Travis's girlfriend, Taylor, though, was noticeably missing, making it the
second game in a row that she skipped. Remember last game,
lots of people blamed her absence for the reason. He
looked real sad on the sidelines and wasn't playing well
during the game, but he kind of shut everyone down yesterday,
(01:46):
coming up with a huge thirty eight yard catch early
on his longest of the season.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
My guess is that Taylor is probably.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
Missing because she's working on something that's going to cost
me a ton of money.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
So that is what I think is going on us.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
It's like, uh, Taylor's version again.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Right, She's like, I'm going to re release my re
release she has two more I believe, right. Yeah, Okay,
so debut which is just called Taylor Swift, which is
my favorite, but everyone else kind of I don't know,
does include that one. And then reputation. Yeah, so anytime
she's wearing black or like Travis is wearing black or
(02:27):
something black happens. Like everyone's like, oh my god, we're
getting reputations.
Speaker 3 (02:32):
But like we were not getting it. Jace, that's Jason. Yeah,
I work black the other day and he's like, oh
my god, it's coming.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Speaking of Taylor, rapper Lil Pump is continuing his attacks
on her for endorsing Kamala Harris for by sporting a
new T shirt with a not so subtle message. So
he posted a picture on Instagram of he and a
fan in white shirts with red lettering that spell out
the words f Taylor Swift. But what got me was
her name was spelled wrong. Her name was spelled t
(03:02):
a l o R. I hope that was on purpose,
because if you tried to make that big of a
you know, a message, I hope you didn't have a
typo T A l o R.
Speaker 3 (03:12):
There is no why. So that's what made me get golf.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
I' mean sounds like when you write something really funny
on X or whatever and you it's a typo and
you're like, damn it. You write something that gets people
start liking it, and you realize that you misspelled something
or like or like the grammar's not right, You're like, ah.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Right now, look stupid.
Speaker 4 (03:32):
Come on, Eli, if you're gonna did someone, you gotta
make sure that you spell it right right, make.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
Sure you prove free, free, yes, and real quick.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
Kurt Cobain's daughter, Frances Being announced the surprise birth of
she and husband Riley Hawk's first kid together. France has
shared a photo of their son, captained at nine seventeen,
twenty twenty four. Ronan Walker Cobain Hawk Welcome to the
most to the world's most beautiful son.
Speaker 3 (03:54):
We love you more than anything.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Riley's dad, who was skateboarder Tony Hawk, jokingly commented on
the post, writing my favorite grandson because it is his
first grandchild. But yeah, they have a lot of famous
parents between the two of them. That kind of blows
my mind. Tony Hawk's son is married to Kurt Cobain's daughter,
which is wild jacent anything fun on our website?
Speaker 1 (04:17):
Oh yeah, Beyonce went to the Laundroy mat.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Oh yes, Fetcher Radio Dot com Paulina.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
You run on our sheet today that they have Taylor
Swift merch and now you have your own version.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
Yes, I do Paulina's version.
Speaker 5 (04:29):
So I noticed and watched these two drain their bank
accounts for Taylor Swift and her merch. Right, So I
love Adrian by Loane like I've always loved her. Cheate
a girl, And I actually gave birth when she was
in town for like a tour or whatever, and she
had like a pop up So I had given birth
that week, so I was like, you know, I'll give
my ticket to somebody else.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
So I went online and I bought my own merch.
Speaker 5 (04:51):
Except hers are like little power suits, and she's got
like what is it called sports bras. Okay, so I
have that branded. Now I've got her socks branded. I've
got a purse like I am out here, like I
spent a lot of money for no reason, but I
like love her and I love I didn't know she
had a store like that. I can literally shop online up.
Oh wow, yeah, so her own little merch vote or something.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
I have absolutely no idea what that means.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
Okay, Rich, you're wearing stuff that says love vote and
you don't know what it means.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
I have no idea, but I know it's from Adrians,
so it's got to be good.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
I get out and vote.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
Well, I mean, why don't you use your Google a
and like take a little looksie and see what this
thing that you're gonna wear around what it means, just
in case it makes like juice bag or something, you
know what I mean, like you know.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
Or the arch was see the arch Okay, in the
shape of a curve.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
I am curvy. I like it. I like it.
Speaker 5 (05:47):
Yeah, I gotta get the matching like chonies. Now for
the bra so I have to like save me money
for that vegan leather. Yes, she's got like a whole set,
like this is my Taylor Swift merch drop coo.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
Wow, I know, look at me spending money I don't have.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Okay, I was just curious, like what it was for
you guys.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
For these guys, it's everything in says Taylor Swift on
it record players Records shirts.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
They're ugly.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
Yeah, you guys buy stuff that you admit is expensive
and ugly, but you still buy it. Right.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
The key is to find the least ugly thing.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
I mean, we're silly, little clowns.
Speaker 4 (06:22):
I still think she's playing with you. I still think
this whole thing, like in twenty years, she's gonna go.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Dude.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
I came out with the ugliest stuff just to see
if people would buy it, and they did.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
Chokes on you.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
She can't possibly think some of that stuff's attractive.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
Can she?
Speaker 3 (06:37):
I think she can.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
She's never That's one little chip she's had missing for
quite some time.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
She's getting better.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
Yeah, our style is getting a little better. Our merch
is getting a little better.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
But okay, so Paulina bought a bunch of stuff from
a celebrity, but she didn't really know what it said
on the front of her bench, so she bought a
bunch of that.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
Okay, Well he doesn't mean something terrible. That's good.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
And over the weekend I wasn't feeling well and so
I managed to watch a lot of TV. I finished
the Mormon show I Hate Myself. I Hate Myself. I
was feeling bad, like I had the flu, and so
I was like, well, I hate myself, so I may
as well watch hate TV too. But I will tell
you more than anything, I really hate some of the
(07:23):
men on that show, not the women. Men like the
women are, and some of them are annoying whatever, you know,
they're all kind of want to be housewives, and they
set the thing up very well for season two. But
the controlling men like that one, the affleck whatever who
maybe he is even related to the afflex so he
bag that ever lived? Like this guy controlling his wife
(07:46):
the way he does and telling her that she he
flought out, does not care about her interests while she's
paying all his bills and he's off gambling it all
away and then judging her for what she does with
her friend.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
I hate this guy.
Speaker 3 (08:01):
I hate him, Oh, I hate And he's not sorry.
He's not a looker either, so he better be careful.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
Yeah, he's not even good looking to treat a woman
this way.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
Right right?
Speaker 2 (08:12):
This blonde i've ever seen in my life, Like I
didn't know they made blonde in that color.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
I honestly, truly, I had a visceral reaction to watching this.
I'm like, you know, I'm not a perfect man by
any means, but I just can't imagine being with someone
who I felt the need to control their every single move,
especially when that person wasn't doing anything wrong. Yeah, it's crazy,
and to think that there are a lot of men
(08:37):
out here like this, and half the women on the
show have divorce men like this already, and they're the
ones being judged for getting divorced.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
I don't like it. I don't like it.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
I also watched The Menendez Show start to finish, and
I have to tell you, very very dark, as you
would expect from Ryan Murphy. But the acting is phenomenal. Really,
acting is so good. I think it's episode six maybe
where I'm fairly sure there's like a forty minute or
thirty minute scene uncut, like it's one takee oh nice,
(09:08):
And I don't know. I mean if there's like a
teleprompter somewhere. I know that a lot of like stage
actors have to remember, you know, excessive amounts of lines
like this or whatever. But I mean, if I watched
it correctly, I'm like, they haven't switched the camera angle
one time, and these guys are still acting and that
is amazing to me.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
That's right for all that?
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Yeah, Okay, I saw Kim Kardashian met with the real
aren't they in Jail's Yes, the real Menanda's brothers. It
must have been for that because she's worked with Ryan Murphy.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
Oh, she can't possibly be trying to get them out.
She can't. It's not one of those innocents projects homes.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
No.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
I don't believe. No, I just know she no. I
don't think No.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
I'm like, come on, Kim, No, I mean they said
they did it. Now, the question is, and I think
the show does a pretty good job, and you can,
you know, hit me up if you agree or disagree.
But one minute, I'm like, oh my god, those parents
were terrible, and not that they should have been killed,
but like, wow, they really screwed their kids up, like wow,
And then the next minute they have you thinking, well,
(10:09):
maybe maybe the kids made it all up, like it's
hard to know which is which, because I guess I
felt like, well maybe maybe Ryan Murphy's taking an angle
on this, like, Okay, the kids are psychopaths and terrible
and the parents were the victims. Well, the parents were
obviously victims, but like on the flip side, there are
times where they look like the devil.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
So I don't know which.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
I really don't know walking away like no, no one
deserves to die, but it might have justified some of
their psychosis if all the stuff that they were saying
their parents did to them was real. But yet on
the flip side, I don't know if it is. I
have no idea.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Yeah, Plus, it's only one side of the story. You
don't have the parents' side because obviously they were murdered.
So no.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
But that's what I'm saying though, is like they tried.
I feel like they tried to try to make it
both sides, like tried to make it the possibility of
one of the possibility of another. But right, and again,
I don't know if the parents never would have admitted
to some of this stuff if they did do it.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
But it's really good.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
I need to watch that.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
I wonder how she compares to Gypsy Rose Blanchard's case,
because it was like a similar scenario. I know she
wasn't actually the one to do the killing, but she's
out and they're obviously still in.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
I'm not sure. Interesting, I'm not sure, but I just
worth it though. Menendez on whatever it is, monsters or something,
I don't know, it's right there. It's the number one
thing on Netflix right now, So I do recommend and
the Mormon thing if you want to be really pissed
off at man in general, and then the other guy,
Taylor's boyfriend or whatever they Why is she? Why is
(11:42):
she so hung up on him? I mean, I realize
they have a kid together, but like that guy.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
I know I'm hearing that they did spoiler alert breakup
in real life, but I guess we're gonna have to
wait to see how it all plays.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Out on because he's shady as hell.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
No, I don't trust that guy at all.
Speaker 4 (11:57):
All Right, so there's two things to watch gim I
don't know if we sold him or one, but there
you go.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Fun factor is nice. More Fred Show next
