Speaker 1 (00:01):
You've got to wait.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Fred Show is on a lot of money show.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
I have a legitimate question. It's homecoming. You want to
talk about it. You want to talk about feeling old
gets seeing homecoming pictures of the kids that I remember
as like infants basically slash. Some people that I know,
even their kids are going to homecoming. It's like, what, Like,
(00:30):
I was with a guy from the company last night
and his nephew is going to homecoming. The last time
I remember this kid, we were all facetiming and the
kid was like four, and now he's going to homecoming
with some girl, and god knows what they're up to.
Those two look real chummy, they're like fourteen. I'm like,
I hope you know I was telling this guy. I
hope you're advising this kid on how to behave himself.
(00:52):
But I bring this up because there's a dad on
social media who's getting trolled by a bunch of morons
because of the dress that he quote unquote allowed his
daughter to wear to homecoming. So you've got internet trolls
criticizing the father, calling his daughter's ensembles provocative and inappropriate
because he shared a photo of his daughter's wearing mini
(01:14):
dresses in what he thought to be a sweet moment,
and then haters were quick to trash him. After reading
the comments section, the dad then shared his own message
to the haters on TikTok and said that it was
other parents' jobs not to raise perverts. TikTok users flood
of the dad's comments with words of praise, thanking him
for being an amazing parent.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
This is what I want to know for anybody.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
You know, daughters, who you know growing up in the house,
had you know, male figures, dad's whatever, you want to
quit whatever, who may have had some influence in what
you were wearing. Moms, even you guys, you know, putting
these outfits on yourself and choosing what you want to
wear to go to these events. How much, say, does
(01:56):
dad really get in the house about what their I'm
telling you right now, I'm not saying it's right, but
if I were in charge of what my niece probably
gets to wear to anything, it's that Halloween costume she
wore last night, and it was it was a cow.
It was an entire onesie of a cow with a hoodie.
I'm going to get that in every size, and that's
(02:16):
what she gonna wear to everything because I just I'm
not going to test it. I don't trust these little
boys out here.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
Now.
Speaker 3 (02:23):
I would agree that we got to teach boundaries and
respect and that you know, girls should be able to
wear what makes them feel good, and that guys should
you know, boys should not act like idiots. But I
don't know. I don't think every boy acts like an idiot.
I don't think every girl should not have you be
able to wear what makes her feel comfortable. But how
much growing up, Caitlyn, how much, say, did your dad
have in what you got to wear to stuff like that?
Speaker 4 (02:43):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (02:44):
I mean my parents were divorced when I was one
and a half. I mean there were like random things
he cared about, like you know, piercings and stuff they
would argue about, or like saving my legs I think
was an issue.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
But for I'm like very I mean, I.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
Might get hate for this, but I am a little
old school in the sense that I think that like,
if there is either a sister or a mother figure
of some sort, I don't think dad should ever comment
on anything to do with their daughter's bodies. I think
it creates a lot of shame and it's very embarrassing
as a young girl to have a stepdad or a
dad like or even like my sister's friends. Dads have
(03:16):
made comments about their bikinis before, like being too small,
and I almost fought this guy, like, I just don't
think that any male should be talking about a young
girl's body, just from someone who was a young woman.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
It creates a lot of embarrassment and shame with your body.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
I think I'm okay with them, and I feel like
that's an adult conversation. Like if I had a concern
about if I had a daughter and I had a
concern about what she was wearing, I feel like I
would consult my wife, her mom, you know whatever it
is on an adult level and express my concerns and
then that's perfect talk about it with her and then
she could tell me what she thinks about it. And
then because you're right, there's a lot to that emotionally
(03:52):
psychologically that I wouldn't understand. But it just out of
just my I had a sister, I am a mom,
I am a niece. Now of my need to just
just eliminate all variables, I say, just wear a garbage bag.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Well you everywhere?
Speaker 2 (04:09):
I mean that that's the joke. We want them to
cover up, for sure.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
But I want to know eat five five five nine
three five, Like how I mean does this kind of
thing happen in your house? And I guess how do you?
I mean, Paulina, he was you and your mom is
you in Marta for the most part, wasn't it? And
so I mean was she ultra conservative with you? Like
did she tell you what you should and shouldn't wear
up until a certain point? Does she still have any
comment on what you wear?
Speaker 6 (04:32):
So yes and no, I think going to I went
to a school where we didn't have to wear uniforms
and like they were so strict though strangely, like you
couldn't really show shoulders and stuff. And now, looking back
as an adult, I think that is so messed up.
It's like you're shaming a young woman for showing her shoulders.
But we're not, you know, saying anything about the boys.
Speaker 5 (04:52):
We want of like t shirts of shame and stuff
to cover up the parable or something.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
And it was only the girl at school was off shocking.
Speaker 6 (04:59):
So like my mom she I mean, she wouldn't like
common on my outfits. Only maybe if like to become
lely honest, if I had like my chest out too
much at maybe age sixteen, she would say like, that's
kind of a lot. And you know the way she
said it, though I didn't appreciate because I feel like
she could have said it and.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
What's her way. It wasn't her like my nana.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
I think would would probably have had feedback for my
sister on things, but it wasn't. It had nothing, I
don't think anything to do with how boys were going
to react. I think it was how she thought my
sister should represent herself. You know what I'm saying, like
my advice or my feeling. I'm sure Reuvial you feel
the same way as once being a little pervy teenager,
a little hormonal teenager. It's not that I was ever
(05:38):
on the attack, but it's just I know what I
was thinking inside my mind and not vocalizing. So now
I'm going, no, you don't, You're not.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
No.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
It has nothing to do with the thing that I
think boys are actually going to pass because they shouldn't
and and my parents should be teaching their boys. We
have those times at the same time, I'm like, just
cover up because I don't like if you have a
daughter I'm sure your natural.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Sort of.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Inclination is going to be to say I can see
too much.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Yeah, and my mom has said that too. Sorry.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
It was about modesty maybe less about sexuality, right, I
don't know that.
Speaker 6 (06:14):
That's how I took it. Like, she didn't say anything
like I said wrong or negative. But at that time,
you know, you're sixteen, you want to be like showing
like what you want to wear, what you want to wear,
you know. So it was always like a battle I
felt with clothes in our house. But I really think
it came from a place of like, well, I want
you to represent yourself in a different way, you know
what I mean. But I'm gonna be honest with you, guys.
I see some of these kids that what they were
to high school, Like, I'm not I'm not trying to
(06:36):
like whatever low key they be wearing like bras and
stuff to like high school.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
Yeah, it is up to their parents. It is up
to their parents. Sometimes. I don't know if their parents
know though, because you know that that quick change in
those the best that dad ever say anything to you.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
So he did once and after that my mom ripped
them a new one. Yeah, and ever since then, it
just stopped. And that's exactly what we talked about. Like
I don't think Dad's men should have that say maybe
like you said fred to their partner right to the wife, Yeah,
are you worried about her?
Speaker 2 (07:02):
Like you want to talk about this?
Speaker 3 (07:04):
What about Like your brothers were influential in your life, right,
your mom passed away?
Speaker 7 (07:08):
Right, So my I was raised by my sister and
my brother in law, and my brother in law I
feel like he definitely had to say, but he would
never say it to me. He always would voice it
to my sister, and then she would come like, yeah,
your brother in law said you're doing too much, like
you know, and I really respect it, like oh if
he's like, oh my god, if Wayne said something like oh,
(07:28):
I take that serious. And then I was the only
girl in the house with all of the my nephews,
which were like my brothers, but they had a lot
of friends that would come over. But my sister held
the same thing to the boys as well, like none
of them were able to walk around the house with
no shirt, Like she would like literally smack their back
and be like put a shirt on it?
Speaker 8 (07:46):
Why are you walking down everybody? Yeah that's fair, Yeah, yeah,
good morning.
Speaker 9 (07:57):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (07:58):
And by the way, the Internet, it's like who cares?
Why why are people even commenting on this father and
how he parents his kids whatever. But and here he
was trying to share a moment, but it's become this
whole conversation about, you know, should what do fathers get
to allow quote unquote I use air quotes their daughters
to wear out until what points do they get to
say or do they even.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Get to say?
Speaker 9 (08:21):
I personally think that the father should have a say.
I just think that they should know what to say
and how to say it, because you know, we're more sensitive,
I guess, and we don't. We try not to be
sexualized as much as we could, but you know what happens,
which is just how our world is. But I think
that the father should have to say same as a mother.
(08:41):
I mean, I grew up with my brothers. My younger
brother he was just he drove me nuts, but you know,
he makes me go change and all that and that,
you know, it hurts. But I think that coming from
a father figure is a little different than a brother.
And I think once again, I just it goes back
to how you work and how you talk to them,
and you know, making them understand and you know what
(09:03):
kind of world we live in. I think that's what
they should focus on more than oh, you know, you
look like a bad girl. I don't want to say
the word or you know, something like that. I think
that they should, you know, more of like like you said,
than modesty.
Speaker 3 (09:16):
It's a fine line right between between projection and trying
to promote you know, maybe a little bit of modesty.
Speaker 10 (09:23):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
But you know you're right. I may not know how
to say it the same way. Not that I don't
get to have a say because it is my kid,
but not that I would. I may not know how
to say it as well as another woman would to
a young woman.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
But thank you, Gigi, have a great day.
Speaker 9 (09:36):
You're too.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Thank you so much for calling James. Hi, James great Fred.
How are you, James? Are you a dad of girls?
Speaker 11 (09:45):
Well no, I'm a dad of two boys, but I'm
a grandfather of girls.
Speaker 12 (09:49):
Now.
Speaker 11 (09:50):
The son has has two.
Speaker 13 (09:52):
Girls and another girl on the way.
Speaker 11 (09:53):
And the thing of it is is like from a
dad perspective and a grandfather person, I'm a young grandfather.
I'm only forty four. You see so many of these
young girls out and about nowadays that you the way
that they're dressing and the way clothing lines market clothing,
like you have middle school girls out there now that
(10:15):
you look at them and you can't pull that they're
middle school girls because clothing marketing and culture is over
objectifying young girls, and young girls.
Speaker 9 (10:26):
Think that it's okay.
Speaker 11 (10:28):
So there's a very fine line as a father and
a parent to you need to not allow your daughter
to be dressing in a subjective and sexualized manner so
that they're being objectified. Because there's bad men out there
that don't care about age and will look at young
(10:49):
girls inappropriately when they're showing off parts of their body
and not covering up in a more modest way.
Speaker 12 (10:55):
But there's a fine line.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
You have to do it in a.
Speaker 11 (10:58):
Way where you're exploited to the young girl. Why the
reasons why they need to not objectify their bodies at
such a young age, so the potential of something bad
and being treated bad and disrespected isn't there. Because one
of the biggest problems is is the more women dress
(11:19):
objectifyingly at a young age, the more men are going
to look at them as an object well a woman
and with respect.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Well, James, thank you man, have a good day. Yeah,
that's tough because I don't.
Speaker 1 (11:32):
Want to say, well, I don't know about all that.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
Even I don't want to say that men don't get
a saying what their daughters are doing, and that the
male perspective on this doesn't have some value. I just
also think it's it's got to be tough because because
we have never been on that side of things, you know,
we don't we don't necessarily have, especially the young age
parts that are easily objectified the way that women do.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
It's tough, it's but it's.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Also hard for me to say that I shouldn't get
to have any say for you know, what my kid's doing.
Speaker 5 (12:04):
Yeah, pleaseing blame on the girls who are addressing a
certain way is not the well.
Speaker 3 (12:07):
I think it is important though, for everybody to understand
how different people think, and that doesn't make the way
they think right. But I do think that's something that
does need to be taken into consideration.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
You can think all you want, but you just can't
act on it, you know what I mean?
Speaker 3 (12:23):
Well, I understand, but like again, it's not to say
that because you wear something that you are sexualizing your body.
But maybe somebody needs to present that pointedly so that
you can think about what you're doing. I mean, again,
it's tough. It's a very difficult thing from a male
perspective to say. I mean, but I guess for him
to share his perspective as a man and then for
her to make a decision accordingly, it is completely different
(12:45):
than him mandating just because well, guys are perverts, so
you can't wear that. I mean, I think that's those
are two totally different things.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
Hey Erica, Hi, good morning, Hi Erica, good morning. What
do you want to say?
Speaker 14 (12:59):
So'st I agree with some of the people that have
said that, like the way like our parents comment on
our bodies really a take a pole, especially when it's
coming from extended family.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
Members where I've had it growing up, where.
Speaker 14 (13:11):
My family are to constantly comment, oh, like are you
sure you want to wear that? In terms because I
was a little tubby growing up, so like even that
coming from my own aunt and like my dad not
saying anything, really created a lot of tension. And even
now to this day, like I'm careful with what I
wear and I'm an adult now and I wear what
I want when I go out and stuff, and I'm
always very conscious when I leave my house just because
(13:33):
I don't want my dad to say anything. But he
doesn't say anything, and it's just start still kind of
hard because I feel like it's still really embedded in
my own.
Speaker 9 (13:40):
Head with all of that.
Speaker 3 (13:42):
Interesting, All right, Erica, thank you, have a good day.
You too, Glad you called last one. High school teacher Nina,
you san you high school teacher?
Speaker 4 (13:50):
You Yes, I am Hi.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
I'll give you the final sat on this though, because
you see it every day. So what do you think?
Speaker 4 (14:00):
So as a high school teacher, I see some of
my students dressed like they're going to the club, and
it's oh wow, It's wow sometimes and some of my
girls I tell them if I see them in class
and be like, hey, I pull up your shirt a
little bit because vice principals jeans. They're going to be
on you. They're going to dress code you if you
(14:21):
walk out of my room looking like this. So I
just give them that like little warning of this, so
you know, I'm not trying to get you in trouble.
But as you're warning, make sure you're covering up a
little bit because they crack down so hard on the
dress codeset and I feel like if parents are leaving
for work early in the morning, they can't always see
(14:42):
what their kids are wearing, so they don't really have
that parental figure who's kind of checking her modesty or
making sure that they are appropriate for the location.
Speaker 9 (14:52):
That they're going to be in.
Speaker 13 (14:54):
Mmm.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Thank you, have a good day. I'm glad you called.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
It makes me think about it, Paulina, were you talking
about how you'd come down for like a festival or something,
and then change your clothes once you got down here. Yes,
over the years, I know one of you guys were
talking about that, Like you'd leave the house one way
and then you'd like sneak into a bathroom somewhere and
then I'll come out like transformed into something totally different,
and the parents had no idea I was the way
(15:18):
to do it.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
It's the French show. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
Speaker 3 (15:23):
It's time now for Jason Brown to give us his
sports picks. Is everyone ready Week nine in the NFL?
Jason Brown? Are you ready? Yes, it's been a little
shaky the last few weeks, which is shocking.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
I know the people rely on your picks.
Speaker 8 (15:43):
I'm blaming re election. The election I'm blaming you're blaming
the elections. It's got my mind alled Jacks.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
You know, well that'll be over soon and then we
can get back to making incredible picks. Okay, you had
one winning week, haven't you just won?
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Maybe two? Maybe two? Maybe two them?
Speaker 3 (16:00):
Okay, well, here we go Week nine in the NFL
Jason Brown with his picks and his can't Lose Parsleigh,
which is brought to you by Draft.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
Queens dot com.
Speaker 9 (16:08):
Gyues.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
Still no sponsor for this segment. Unbelievable the other day.
Speaker 8 (16:13):
And they're like, well, who's the sponsor first first rou
I'm like, there isn't one. Yeah, that would be your job.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Someone want to jump, Yeah, that would be that's that's
actually your part of this, believe it or not. We
don't do everything. Okay, here we go Cowboys Falcons.
Speaker 8 (16:26):
Oh okay, Falcons.
Speaker 3 (16:30):
Wow, that's actually probably a good pick. And you're going
against your boys. I know, have you finally figured out
they suck?
Speaker 8 (16:36):
I'm impartial and you guys tell me every week that
they're bad. So we're gonna go with the Falcons Okay
of Philadelphia? Right, yeah, you'll think after nine weeks.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
But no, no Patriots Titans, Patriots, Raiders, Bengals, Raiders, Broncos, Ravens, Ravens, Chargers, Browns, Chargers, Saints, Panthers, Sat, Dolphins, Bills,
(17:10):
doll Bills, the Dop.
Speaker 8 (17:16):
The Bills. Commander's giants, y'all tell me. I don't know her,
but y'all tell me the commanders are good.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
To the commander command the commanders of that's right, you're
you're gay.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
I don't know how you remember, all right.
Speaker 3 (17:32):
Jaguars Eagles, Squars are the Eagles, Eagles. Honestly, this should
have been a slam dunk. But Bears, Cardinals, Cardinals, let's go.
I don't I don't think that, okay, I don't think
that's going to work. But the Bears are Bears, Ram
(17:57):
Seahawks and the Seahawks.
Speaker 13 (17:59):
We're gonna go with the Rams.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
The Lions and the Packers, I mean, oh god, Lions, Colts, Vikings, Vikings, okay,
and on Monday, Buccaneers and the Chiefs Chiefs obviously, yeah, okay.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
And they can't lose Parslay.
Speaker 8 (18:15):
Oh yeah, that so Cairo Santos is not going to
miss a kick this weekend, but they're still gonna lose.
I like Tua on the Dolphins.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
Okay, controversial comeback this season.
Speaker 8 (18:30):
Yeah, he's gonna score two to the Bills. That you said, yes,
the Bills are going to score three and okay, right,
well then certainly that's a.
Speaker 13 (18:42):
Part of it.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
Just just to okay.
Speaker 8 (18:44):
And then the third thing is I like Chubb. Yeah,
it's gonna catch three times. Oh Nick Chubb is going
to catch three times? Oh yeah, okay, all right, Well
put some respect on Chubb.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
What's he does he play for? Chubb? Yeah? I don't know.
Speaker 8 (19:10):
You just like his name, it really doesn't matter. Yeah,
how could you not like a guy named Chubb?
Speaker 1 (19:17):
Mister Chubb?
Speaker 8 (19:17):
Yeah, okay, yeah, what the Browns? Oh okay, Boston, Yes,
the Boston Browns. Yeah, Nick Chubb at the Boston Browse. Yeah,
that's exactly right. All right, Jason, Well, thank you for
the picks. Please bet at your own risk. If you
have a problem, there's a number to call.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
Call it.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
And if you like to sponsor this, I don't know
why you wouldn't, but if you'd like to sponsor this,
it's available wide open.
Speaker 8 (19:38):
Yeah, why clearly wide open. It's the Fred Show, Caitlin's
Entertainment Report. He's on the fread show.
Speaker 5 (19:50):
A man who claims that he's seen sex tapes from
Diddy's parties and has the real Kimporter memoir says that
he's been subpoenut by a federal grand jury and should
if he's saying those things.
Speaker 11 (20:01):
So.
Speaker 5 (20:01):
Attorney Ariol Mitchell and her client Courtney Burgess, spoke to
reporters outside the federal courthouse in Lower Manhattan after they
finished testifying. Ariel says, our client with subpoena, and she
claims they have evidence to coroborate some of Courtney's allegations.
If you didn't know, Courtney has done a few different
interviews claiming that he has or has seen salacious videos
(20:22):
of Ditty and celebrity friends. Plus he says that he
has an unedited version of the diary allegedly written by
Kim kim Porter, Ditty's late girlfriend and the mother of
his four kids. Four of his kids, I should say
he has kids by other women. The subpoena from federal
prosecutors asked him to turn over all records, including thumb drives,
(20:44):
hard drives, electronic storage devices or devices containing videos and
or other files depicting Didty Now by the way, a prosecutor.
Prosecutors also say that videos showing Ditty assaulting former girlfriend Cassie.
The one that was you know, I don't want to
say went viral. It was leaked for lack of a
better word, at the hotelity of him abusing her was
(21:09):
not leaked by CNN or two CNN, like his lawyers
tried to suggest, because CNN just didn't have it at
the time that it came out. If that makes sense,
I don't think they were the first to break the story,
I think.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
Is what they're trying to say.
Speaker 5 (21:24):
So his lawyers were trying to argue the reason I'm
talking about this is that these supposed leaks interfere with
his ability to get a fair trial. I think they're
trying to say, like, if they didn't have the video,
that he wouldn't look as bad.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
I don't know, it's insane.
Speaker 5 (21:40):
It's insane thing to say, because this video exists, we
saw it, you did it.
Speaker 2 (21:45):
I don't know how that's not relevant.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
Kind of got the ball rolling too after that vision.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
Yeah, I'm trying to think of the order.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
I don't know if she knew the video was coming
out and then she settled with him.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
I got to think of the order, maybe talk about
it next. Yeah, there's a lot going on.
Speaker 5 (22:01):
Basically, this is something he did and it needs to
be included.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
But I am not a prosecutor, just my opinion.
Speaker 5 (22:08):
They also urge the judge to reject his request to
force them to reveal the identity of his accusers, which
again is so not safe. I understand why they're like, Okay,
now all these people are coming forward and we can't
defend ourselves. But you know, there will still be a trial,
I hope, and a fair process of them looking through Okay,
(22:28):
did these things really happen and all the evidence and
all that stuff. So I don't know, there's a lot,
and it just gets worse by the day. I mean,
you guys, I'm skipping like five stories every day of
new accusers and stuff. So I'm really trying to just
do the big things because it is so much.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Let's switch gears, shall we.
Speaker 5 (22:45):
The World Series Game five had around eighteen point six
million viewers tuned in to see the Dodgers come back
from an early defeat to beat the Yankees seven to
six in Game.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
Five of the World Series.
Speaker 5 (22:57):
That number comes from audiences tuning via Fox Fox de
portes and Fox Sports streaming services now on Fox itself.
The game average like eighteen point one five to two million.
The network easily dominated the night, more than doubling the
combined total of ABC, NBC, CBS, and the CW. According
(23:18):
to Fox Sports, this is the best number for a
World Series game five since twenty seventeen. Overall, the five
game World Series averaged fifteen point eight one million viewers,
which is a lot the best since twenty seventeen. Like
I said when the Dodgers faced off against the Astros,
is that the cheating situation?
Speaker 1 (23:37):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Was that when all the cheating the elevation?
Speaker 10 (23:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (23:42):
Yeah, yeah. It's like me in school.
Speaker 5 (23:44):
I mean if I had put that much effort into
just studying, then like maybe I don't know, maybe I
would be a scientist today because I just put the
effort into cheating allegedly.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
And after a two year.
Speaker 5 (23:57):
Period of projects like Anyone But You, Madam Web and Immaculate,
Sidney Sweeney has become one of the most in demand
actresses in Hollywood. She's making seven point five million to
star in the upcoming thriller The Housemaid that's based on
a best selling novel of the same name. Comparatively, Sydney
was paid like two million for Anyone But You, which
(24:18):
ended up grossing two hundred and twenty million. It kind
of blew up and is the biggest box office hit
of her career. Also, I mean, I've heard that they
really didn't make much for Euphoria. They didn't know they
were all new actors and actresses, and they didn't know
how well that was going to do. Right, So, but
she is there calling her the biggest actress of her
(24:38):
generation and she's playing a wrestler.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
I believe it.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
Yeah, she's bulken up.
Speaker 5 (24:42):
And she looks unrecognizable on the set of that movie
coming up too, So she's booked, busy and blessed.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
I think she might be directing. I'm not I don't know.
She's grown things, but yeah, might be directing that one
as well.
Speaker 2 (24:53):
Yeah. No, I'm happy for her. She's crushing it. She
bought that big house in Miami.
Speaker 5 (24:58):
But by the way, I don't know if you saw
the story, Paparazzi was yelling at her family at her
Miami home from the beach, saying, if you just send
her out in a bikini, then we'll leave.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
Can you imagine your mom.
Speaker 5 (25:11):
Going, Oh, I'll just get my daughter to Brater free.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
I heard the paparazzi. We need to be done with this.
Speaker 5 (25:18):
By the way, if you miss anything from our show,
The Fread Show, you can get that free.
Speaker 2 (25:22):
iHeartRadio app insarch the Fred Show on demand. Also coming up,
we have my king Jason Derulo on the show. I
love him and I'm super excited, so stick around for that.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
What up.
Speaker 5 (25:35):
It's Kaylin from The Fred Show here with my new buddy,
Jason Derulo.
Speaker 10 (25:38):
How you doing, I'm doing so good? How about you?
Speaker 2 (25:41):
So I'm good.
Speaker 5 (25:42):
I have to tell you my brain is saying, don't
do it, don't do it, don't sing his name. I
feel my interrewsive thoughts want me to just sing Jason Derulo.
Did you realize that that was going to be such
a thing when you started doing that?
Speaker 10 (25:53):
No, I didn't. I'm gonna be honest as you know.
I didn't.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
It's you can't say your name.
Speaker 5 (25:58):
Obviously, you're doing our jingle ball in Chicago, and you
cannot say your name, yes without singing it. I also
have to tell you that I'm a millennial. I think
you are too, and I was in college from twenty
nine to twenty thirteen. So like you are the soundtrack
for my entire college experience.
Speaker 10 (26:16):
Oh that's unbelievable.
Speaker 5 (26:17):
I love that you bring the vibes every pregame, every
like soy S forty event. It's just the happy like
I have the happiest memories when I listen to your music.
Speaker 10 (26:26):
Oh that's that's a beautiful thing. Well, thank you very
much for that.
Speaker 5 (26:30):
Of course, of course, I mean, how do you choose,
like for shows like jingle Ball?
Speaker 2 (26:35):
How do you know? I mean, you have so many hits.
How do you.
Speaker 5 (26:39):
Pick a set list when you have so many songs
that everyone wants to hear?
Speaker 10 (26:43):
I just got to perform longer, man.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
You know what. I agree?
Speaker 15 (26:48):
No, honestly, I'm trying to figure it out because you know,
you got to do short versions of joints, you know,
make it feel like the party, don't stop the party,
you know. So I'm gonna be doing, you know, shorter
versions of songs, but obviously I'm going to be able
to fit them all. But the worst feeling is always
when somebody's like, oh my god, Jason, I love you,
(27:10):
why didn't you sing?
Speaker 2 (27:11):
They're upset with you?
Speaker 5 (27:13):
You're You're like I get so much time, and you know,
I'm working my ass here on stage off right.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (27:19):
Well, so that's December ninth. We're going to see you
in Chicago, and I'm so excited.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Sure, I'm so excited.
Speaker 10 (27:25):
What song do I absolutely need to get in?
Speaker 2 (27:27):
Oh my god?
Speaker 5 (27:28):
Okay, this is like picking a favorite child for me.
My gut's telling me everyone's looking for the.
Speaker 2 (27:38):
God in my head. I mean, I can't narrow it down.
We got trumpets is a sleeper? I mean, we gotta
have trumpets.
Speaker 15 (27:45):
Okay, we could do trumpets absolutely, absolutely, all right, you.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
Got you have a ton going on. I think I
just saw you on like gm A the other day.
Speaker 5 (27:52):
I mean, there's you are a busy man speaking of
you know, you doing our jingle ball and always being
so great to iHeart in general. You're doing something really,
really awesome with Make a Wish that I want to
make sure to highlight.
Speaker 15 (28:06):
For sure, I'm super excited my brand new song make
Me Happy. I just feel like the song was filled
with so much love and the creation process was for
all of the right reasons. So I partnered up with
Make a Wish, which.
Speaker 10 (28:26):
I'm really thankful for.
Speaker 15 (28:28):
But the saddest part about making wish is that all
wishes don't get to come true, you know, and I
wanted to do my part to make as many wishes
come true in the shortest amount of time possible. So
utilizing my song make Me Happy, we have a make
Me Happy sweepstakes where the winner gets the whole red
carpet treatment. They get flown out to the jingle Ball
(28:50):
to meet me on stage in front of all them people,
and they get flown out first class. They get the rolls, roys,
the red carpet, the whole nine as they should. Yeah,
and all they I got to do is either do
the viral dance and hashtag make Me Happy Sweepstakes or
donate ten dollarsm more So, it's really simple.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
You have the cutest son that I think I've ever
seen in my entire life, and he's in all the videos,
you know, with your song that has gone viral on TikTok.
I mean, I can't go on TikTok without hearing it,
which is amazing.
Speaker 2 (29:21):
It's a great song.
Speaker 5 (29:22):
But does this make a wish thing mean a little bit.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
More to you?
Speaker 5 (29:26):
Being a dad yourself and you know, now experiencing parenthood
and all that.
Speaker 15 (29:33):
Uh, you know, I feel like it's opened my eyes
to new things, you know, and I'm you know, incredibly blessed,
and my family is incredibly blessed. And you know, some
sometimes the cards that you're dealt aren't the cards that
you expected, you know. And I believe that we're all
put on this earth for a specific reason, and we're
(29:55):
all supposed to to give service, you know, to humanity,
you know, and if we can do our part, you know,
and make somebody's life a little more bright, you know,
in one way or another, I think it's it's coming
upon us to do that.
Speaker 5 (30:12):
Yeah, I mean, it's it's so special, and I love
I love watching you guys do take I mean on
TikTok to you. I mean, you got me through the
pandemic like you were always yes, you were just you
were speaking of people's gifts, like you're just always so
happy and positive and like doing backflips, which I you know,
scares me a little bit. We need to be careful,
we need to protect Jason, Drula, but I just love
(30:33):
seeing you that side of you, like as a dad,
and you're always spreading it forward, which I think the
whole make me happy. Single is about I mean obviously right.
Speaker 15 (30:42):
Yes, yes, yes, no, thank you so much for that. Yeah,
Jenda Pandemic, we had a lot of fun. I was
trying to figure social media out.
Speaker 2 (30:50):
And I think you figured it out.
Speaker 15 (30:52):
Yeah you did. I was posting like six times a
day to figure it out.
Speaker 10 (30:57):
You know. That was my That was it. It was
literally my Uh.
Speaker 15 (31:02):
I was kind of regurgitating all of the content that
I could possibly, you know, just give to the world.
And I was just trying to learn what to do,
what made people take, what people liked, what they didn't like.
I was posting everything, but I had a six post quota,
so I had to meet that quota.
Speaker 10 (31:20):
So I was doing all kinds of things.
Speaker 2 (31:21):
Yeah, I mean you, I mean you just I don't know.
It was such a dark time and I think even
right now, our.
Speaker 5 (31:26):
World is like a little crazy. Speaking of how busy
you are, you I'm kind of so you're doing something
coming up in Vegas, but I am, I'm I'm manifesting personally.
I think you need like a full residency. I mean,
tell me what you're doing in Vegas first, but I
think you need like.
Speaker 2 (31:41):
A full ass residency for sure.
Speaker 10 (31:43):
So I had a full residency in Vegas, but.
Speaker 15 (31:47):
Again yeah, so yeah, it was sold out, so people
weren't able to get ticks and there was a lot
of upset fans that didn't get tickets. So we decided
to do two more dates before the year was out.
So on the twenty eighth and twenty ninth for the
New Year's weekend, we have two Hu Monkeys on dates
coming up. So I'm really excited. It's at Voltaire in
(32:08):
the Venetian.
Speaker 5 (32:08):
Okay, Oh yeah, that's really cool spot, isn't it Like
it's like.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
An old Vegas vibe?
Speaker 11 (32:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (32:13):
Yeah, and all of the walls are like they come alive.
It's like all part of the show.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
Okay, all right, well awesome.
Speaker 5 (32:19):
I was I was a fan who couldn't get tickets,
So that's why I'm manifesting another full ass residency to that.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
But you know, much time my best. Yeah all right, Well,
I know you're a busy man. Do you want to
do you have any other new music coming up? Anything
else you want to tease?
Speaker 5 (32:35):
Obviously we got Vegas, we got jingle Ball, we have
your partnership with Make a Wish, and obviously TikTok always.
Speaker 10 (32:43):
Yeah, no, you covered everything. Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (32:45):
Of course, great to talk to you. Thank you for
doing this.
Speaker 10 (32:48):
Likewise my pleasure. I'll see you soon.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
Guys, this is kind of an annual thing that we
love to do. I love to do it.
Speaker 1 (32:56):
I don't.
Speaker 3 (32:56):
I hope that you love it as much as I do.
Ladies and gentlemen, the has been released. Where's my game
show music?
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Play? Am I b a music? Why can I hear it?
Speaker 4 (33:04):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (33:04):
Because I push it on button?
Speaker 9 (33:05):
That's why?
Speaker 3 (33:06):
Right, I was about to hear someone's random teams meeting,
I guess because I clicked on a button sixteen. I
don't know what that button does. But then I'm haunted
by teams, so I don't. I would say in ninety
seven point two to two percent of the team's meetings
I've attended in the last four years could have been
(33:26):
an email. It's like, look at me, I still work here,
that's what That's what the team's meetings are. Look I
still am really shit. Okay, so the most commonly misspelled
words of the year have been released. Now I'm gonna
I'm going to excuse mankind about poor spelling, because the
(33:46):
truth of the matter is, I don't even try because
most of it is texting obviously or email. I just
kind of get close and let it correct me. Yes,
I don't even try. Just I mean, if I don't
know for sure, I don't like go look it up.
Speaker 13 (34:00):
You know.
Speaker 3 (34:00):
The only time I'm looking up a word and make
sure I spell correctly is if I write a note,
which I do.
Speaker 1 (34:05):
What, and then when I do spell it correctly, I
go back and misspell it to make sure it smells correct.
Speaker 8 (34:11):
One.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
Yeah, yeah, I've done that.
Speaker 1 (34:12):
Like it doesn't look right.
Speaker 16 (34:14):
Let me just just a to an E and then
it'll be like, yes, yes, yes, So I want to
do a little spelling be here, I'm on the program.
Speaker 1 (34:25):
Oh great, No, I don't even check.
Speaker 8 (34:28):
I just let it spellings, go, emails, tax it doesn't matter.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
Well no, it just like it does a little.
Speaker 3 (34:34):
It either either gives you the option to correct it
or gives you a little underlying thing you click on
it and whatever. So it's like, I don't even try.
And if I'm a kid who never knew how to
spell these words, I'm probably still not trying. I'm really
not trying at all. At least I once knew how
to spell most of these words. But hundreds of thousands
of Americans are making the same spelling mistakes, and they've
(34:56):
used Google data to uncover the most commonly misspelled words
in the US and how many times people were searching
them incorrectly. The number one most misspelled word, over a
quarter million Americans incorrectly spelled this one googling it. Calendar, Kiki,
how do you spell calendar?
Speaker 11 (35:17):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (35:18):
That's easy.
Speaker 2 (35:18):
I thought you were going to say, definitely.
Speaker 7 (35:19):
Okay, hold on, okay, calendar A L E N D
A R.
Speaker 3 (35:29):
That is correct. Apparently a lot of people spell it
C A L E and D E R calendar. Okay,
rufio you can go no, definitely.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
No, not definitely, I'm gonna spell it wrong.
Speaker 3 (35:41):
Arctic. Spell arctic. That's number two Arctic. Can you origin
please get the North Pole?
Speaker 1 (35:54):
Arctic? A R C Are you right?
Speaker 8 (36:00):
R T.
Speaker 1 (36:02):
R T I C did you I feel like you
added two r's in there, so well, I'm writing it
on the like you know how the kids write it
on the little thing A R.
Speaker 2 (36:15):
R A R C T.
Speaker 3 (36:18):
I see that's correct, But I guess they were like
you said R every time there was a silence that
you just say, are so I just correct. If you
say it properly, that's not an arctic if you say
it right arctic. When people say, oh, it's arctic, I
keep it arctic in my house.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
How do they misspell it? They put the before the scene.
Let me see how they misspell it. C T I C.
Wait that's how you do? Wait what r T I C? Yeah,
art ticket. I was like, I know there's a C
in there.
Speaker 3 (36:56):
No, I do keep my house arctic like a serial kill.
I think it's way more comfortable that way. And you
can always warm up. It is very difficult to cool
down in someone in like a house or something like that.
In any situation, think about it. You get warm, you
get you get cold, you can layer up, you can
you know whatever, wear comfy clothes, that kind of thing, blankets,
(37:18):
right exactly. But if you're in bed and you're hot,
forget about it. There's almost nothing you can do. It's
it's escapable. It's the worst feeling.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
True.
Speaker 3 (37:26):
Okay, this is for you, Paulina niece, like my niece
Polly was a cow for Halloween. N is the word.
Speaker 2 (37:39):
Yeah, they're gonna get me on this one.
Speaker 3 (37:41):
H because what happens is that the eye before that
that doesn't always work.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
Usually it does. But anyway, go ahead. Just gave you
a big clues.
Speaker 2 (37:51):
But I do believe n I e C that is correct.
Speaker 1 (37:57):
N I e C.
Speaker 8 (38:00):
I think that's what people do before E, except after C,
not before. Yeah, how about receive oh r sure r
e C I E V no r e c I V.
Speaker 1 (38:16):
About rhythm, that's another one that people mess up.
Speaker 2 (38:20):
R h t h y m r.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
H y t h m oh right, I don't know
what you said.
Speaker 9 (38:28):
You and that.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
Kik they want to play.
Speaker 7 (38:43):
Separate Oh s e p E r A.
Speaker 8 (38:49):
T E s e p A r A t E
confident jason occurred. Oh gosh, oh is it O C
c U r e D you are r e ed
you r ocurreed d it occurrent?
Speaker 3 (39:07):
Go so ure the other ones until people misspell until
what U N T I L How you mess that up? Congratulations?
I assume that they put a D instead of a
T or something. It's congrat eelation, congrat elations that congrat elations. Well, anyway,
I hope you'll learn something, but yeah, and I don't.
I don't blame people for misspelling, especially in Google. I'm
(39:29):
not even trying. I just like get clear, get to
see you, and then if you even kind of get close,
then it will at least tell you up top And like,
did you mean a whole different sentence? I'm like, yes, I.
Speaker 16 (39:38):
Did, but definitely it never fixes it now be like defiantly.
Speaker 1 (39:42):
I'm like, no, definitely, how do you spell it? It
never spells it for you correctly?
Speaker 3 (39:46):
No, someone just someone who text to spell accommodate. I'm like, well,
you just spelled it for me, so I don't looking
at it, so I don't, but thank you for that.
Speaker 8 (39:55):
Why did somebody get ghosted waiting by the phone on
the French show We'll do It next? Ever been left
waiting by the phone?
Speaker 3 (40:05):
It's the Fred Show. Hey Vinnie, good morning, welcome to
the show.
Speaker 13 (40:08):
How are you hey, I'm doing okay, I'm doing okay.
Speaker 1 (40:10):
How are yourself doing great? And we're here to help
with this situation? What's going on with this woman? Zara?
Why don't you explain?
Speaker 9 (40:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (40:18):
How you mad about any dates you've been on? And
then what's happening right now?
Speaker 17 (40:21):
I'm just I'm just confused. I'm no spring chicken. I've
been I've been dating. I'm still a young guy, but
I've been dating for a bit, so I get it.
I get the culture. I met her on the apps,
you know, as one does classic boy meets girl, and it.
Speaker 1 (40:36):
Was becoming classic Yeah, honestly. Yeah.
Speaker 13 (40:39):
And you know, like I said, listen, I understand ghosting.
Speaker 10 (40:43):
I do.
Speaker 17 (40:43):
But we went on three dates, okay, three full dates.
So I feel like after three dates you can't you
can't just you can't just go completely ghost on someone.
You have to have an explanation. It's just completely uncourteous.
Speaker 1 (40:55):
I agree with this theory.
Speaker 3 (40:56):
By the way, I think after a date, maybe maybe
two dates, I think you can kind of just part ways.
But I would say, you know, when you get to
the third fourth date area is when maybe we have
a conversation, you know, maybe we say goodbye, maybe we
say hey, it's not for me, you know that kind
of thing.
Speaker 13 (41:13):
Yeah, that's all I'm saying. You get it, you get it.
Speaker 17 (41:15):
So I just I don't know how she can just
completely ignore all my texts on my calls.
Speaker 13 (41:20):
And I'm not trying to hound her too much, but
I want answers. I think I'm entitled to an explanation.
Speaker 3 (41:25):
Yeah, so this one has disappeared, So let's see if
we can get Zara on the phone. You'll be on
the phone as well. We're gonna ask some questions and
maybe we can straighten this out. That's always the hope,
and if so, we'll pay for, in this case, a
fourth date.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
So stay right there, Viny, we'll do it next.
Speaker 13 (41:38):
Sound good.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
Let's see what happens next. Part two of Waiting by
the Phone after this song on the Fred Show. Good morning,
it's the Fred Show. Part two of Waiting by the Phone.
Speaker 13 (41:48):
Hey, Vinnie, Hey, all.
Speaker 3 (41:49):
Right, let's call Zara. You, guys, I met on one
of the apps. You went on three dates. This is
not a one date situation. And then the ghost Singer two.
This is three You went out three times, so you
would have imagine you would think that everything was going well,
except now you can't get a hold of Zara and
you want to know why exactly exactly.
Speaker 13 (42:06):
Yeah, you'd think you'd think things are going well.
Speaker 1 (42:08):
So all right, well let's call her now, see if
we can figure this out. Good luck.
Speaker 8 (42:19):
Hello, Hi is this Zara? Yeah, it is Hi's our
good morning. My name is Fred.
Speaker 3 (42:24):
I'm calling from the Fred's Show, the Morning Radio Show,
and I do have to tell you that we are
on the radio right now, and I would need your
permission to continue with the call. Said, okay, if we
chat for just a minute on the show.
Speaker 12 (42:34):
Oh yeah, sure.
Speaker 3 (42:35):
Okay, Well, thank you so much. We appreciate that we're
calling on behalf of a guy named Vinnie. I guess
you guys met on the apps and you went on
he says, three dates. So I assume you remember this
guy Vinnie.
Speaker 12 (42:46):
Oh yeah, yeah, I remember him.
Speaker 1 (42:48):
Okay, So what happened with him?
Speaker 3 (42:51):
Because he called us and told us that he liked
you a lot and was excited about where things were going.
I mean, three dates, that's usually a pretty good sign.
He says, though, that since the third date, you haven't
responded to him, he can't get a hold of you.
Speaker 1 (43:04):
He feels like he's being ghosted. Is that what's happening?
Speaker 18 (43:07):
Well, I mean the first two dates were great, and
I really liked him and I was excited and I thought, oh,
maybe this could be something real. And then on the
third date, we decided to go back to his place
to you know, like hook up, and I asked him
if he had any protection and he said, oh, oh
I thought.
Speaker 12 (43:25):
You had an IUD.
Speaker 18 (43:28):
Oh, well that doesn't what doesn't matter. And I said
to him, like that doesn't matter, like I still need
you to be wearing protection to keep both of us safe.
And then he got really defensive and weird and he
was like, oh, so you're hooking up with other people?
Speaker 12 (43:41):
And I said, okay, this is gross.
Speaker 3 (43:43):
No, no, I mean it wouldn't matter if you were
or you weren't. That has nothing to do with it. Actually,
I would say the primary concern is, like where have
we been before?
Speaker 9 (43:52):
Right?
Speaker 3 (43:52):
You know, it's like whether or not you're hooking up
with other people. That would that that would be a
secondary sort of concern to what's happened between us right
right this second. And I guess, also, then, what obligation
do you have to him not to hook about other
people because you aren't together?
Speaker 12 (44:10):
Right, we're not we're more in a couple. We're not
a couple. We've never been a couple.
Speaker 2 (44:13):
And it was it was like such a red flag
of like you, there's a.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
Layers of issues here.
Speaker 3 (44:18):
We've got the assumption, we've got the defensiveness, we've got
them this sort of I guess, the control kind of thing,
and all without communication. Yeah, well, let me sorry, let
me let me ask Vinny about this, because I Vinnie
is here, and I feel to mention that, and I
sometimes get carried away and forget Vinnie.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
Why, I mean, why why? There's a few issues here.
Speaker 13 (44:42):
First of all, I was just called creepy and obnoxious.
I'm not I'm not thrilled about that, you know, on
the radio.
Speaker 1 (44:47):
But listen, in fairness, you don't.
Speaker 3 (44:49):
You don't really get to like say that you're offended
by something on the radio because we're here, because you
asked us to do this, So like pursuit at your
own risk, honestly, with all due respect.
Speaker 17 (45:00):
With all due respect, I never insulted her, and with
all due respect, I am confused by all of your confusion.
I mean, I just, I just I don't really understand.
I thought it was a pretty innocuous question. We talked already.
You know, the fact that she had an IUD came up.
You know, we came up in an earlier convery. We
were kind of prepping for this this special more intimates
their date, right, and so it already.
Speaker 13 (45:22):
Come up in conversation. I thought we already have that
conversation about protection. And I'm still I'm confused.
Speaker 17 (45:26):
I don't understand what you're saying if you're not hooking
up with other people?
Speaker 1 (45:30):
And do you use that birth control? I just don't
understand the issue.
Speaker 17 (45:33):
I thought that we had already kind of covered those basism.
Speaker 1 (45:36):
Sorry, did you tell this?
Speaker 3 (45:37):
Did you tell this man about your you know, sort
of birth control method? And then did you then tell
him that he wouldn't have to worry about anything on
his end?
Speaker 1 (45:46):
Is that what took place? Uh?
Speaker 19 (45:48):
No, I did tell him about my IUD, but I
didn't tell him.
Speaker 12 (45:52):
Oh, but it's fine to just not use protection.
Speaker 3 (45:56):
To be clear, that would that would put hopefully probably
prevent a pregnancy, but it wouldn't prevent other things from
potentially happening.
Speaker 1 (46:05):
That you know that you're not covered? You do?
Speaker 3 (46:07):
It's not like you know, it's not a you're not
wrapped in latex when you when you have one of
those installed.
Speaker 13 (46:15):
I don't get it.
Speaker 17 (46:16):
You already have protection though, So like why would you
problem pregnancy?
Speaker 10 (46:20):
Right?
Speaker 1 (46:20):
Bro?
Speaker 5 (46:20):
Like?
Speaker 1 (46:20):
What are we?
Speaker 9 (46:21):
Like?
Speaker 1 (46:22):
Are we doing high school? Like? Am I a pe
teacher trying to teach you about sex?
Speaker 8 (46:27):
Like?
Speaker 1 (46:27):
What's going on? Man? Vinnie? Do you do you know
how this works?
Speaker 11 (46:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (46:30):
Listen, I'm all about safe sex.
Speaker 17 (46:32):
But like it's like, you know, you don't use two condoms,
like that's the best.
Speaker 13 (46:36):
I don't use two things that's going to counteract.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
What are you d pregnancy?
Speaker 3 (46:43):
I think you may have a fundamental misunderstanding about what,
what how this all works, which is all the more
reason why protection might be in order.
Speaker 17 (46:52):
But that's why, that's why I asked if she was
looking up with other people, so that you know, that
was I was trying to be respectful.
Speaker 13 (46:58):
So then because you know, if she's not, and it's
not a problem.
Speaker 3 (47:00):
I don't think that's an unfair question in itself, but
when combined with you're doing this so I don't have
to do that. Ohso that means and also it's a
little premature. I mean again, to have any to have
an adult conversation about these kind of things before you
engage in that kind of activity is fair. But I
think it's and Zara, I don't mean to put words
(47:21):
in your mouth. You tell me, I think it's kind
of the way that it all went down. That's the problem.
It's the assumptions and then the oh wait, what do
you mean when none of that's been outlined?
Speaker 12 (47:29):
Absolutely?
Speaker 19 (47:30):
Yeah, yeah, since I mean just it's I first of all,
it's like we're not a couple.
Speaker 12 (47:36):
We've never been a couple.
Speaker 19 (47:37):
And to assume that I'm hooking up with number of
people with other people number one and then number two
basic safe sex, Like, no, you need to wear protection
as well, because I am covered on the pregnancy part
and the end. You know, hopefully most of the time
the iod work, and I do that for myself, but
I think for both of us it's important to have protections.
Speaker 1 (47:57):
That part two. You have a look on you see
you're puzzled but fuddled.
Speaker 7 (48:00):
I mean just I'm shocked that he's out here living
like this, Like, have you ever been to the clinic?
Speaker 8 (48:05):
Bro?
Speaker 2 (48:06):
Has it ever burned when you went to bathroom?
Speaker 1 (48:11):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (48:11):
There does seem to be a bit of a misunderstanding
about what what all is going on here. Uh it's
not like an I U. D. Is not like a
like a laser that just kills everything in its past.
Speaker 1 (48:22):
But it's not just be awesome. But wouldn't it be?
Speaker 4 (48:26):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (48:26):
Yeah, pat that.
Speaker 13 (48:28):
Why do they call it protect They call it protection
for a reason.
Speaker 2 (48:31):
I don't think you can't be here.
Speaker 1 (48:34):
This is bad.
Speaker 3 (48:35):
Got to get him the birds and a beast, right, Yeah,
we need to send this man to uh some form
of sex d class. I guess all right, Zar, look
I'll ask, but any interest in the in a fourth date?
I mean it kind of appears that you just blew it, Vinnie. Honestly,
things were going fine, you were inches away.
Speaker 13 (48:54):
I guess what. I just I'm still so confused.
Speaker 1 (48:57):
I really, I can tell she wouldn't go to the clinic.
Speaker 2 (49:02):
You need a whole tune up.
Speaker 3 (49:04):
Yeah, they got YouTube videos about this and YouTube not that.
Speaker 1 (49:08):
Don't go to any other sites. Zara, Are you you're done?
I just we're not.
Speaker 19 (49:13):
No, no second date, nope, okay, all right, no fourth date?
Speaker 12 (49:18):
Nothing right anyway?
Speaker 3 (49:19):
Right right, yeah, Zara, thank you for your time. Good luck, Vinnie,
best of luck to you as well. Good Caylin has
The Entertainer Report eats next on the Thread show.
Speaker 5 (49:32):
To the Entertainer Report is on the fread show John Legends.
Longtime manager ty Sti Glorious said that she experienced a
terrifying situation at a ditty party almost made her quit
the entire industry.
Speaker 2 (49:44):
She says because of the toxicity.
Speaker 5 (49:47):
She wrote a New York Times piece and talked about
how she went to one of Ditty's New Year's Eve
yacht parties in Saint Bart's years ago with her brother.
She says that she was at one point directed into
a bedroom by a man, and said she felt really
panicked at the time, but has since sadly realized that
this is a really normal thing that happens in the industry,
a norm that she hopes will change with the new
(50:09):
developments of the Ditty case. She wrote, to this day,
I can't remember how I managed to talk my way
out of that terrifying situation. Perhaps my nervous babbling. My
brother's on this boat, He's probably looking for me, she said.
To convince this dude to unlock the bedroom door and
let her go, and he.
Speaker 2 (50:24):
Did, thankfully.
Speaker 5 (50:25):
She assumed at the time that her experience was an
anomaly and that it was just one guy behaving badly
at a drunken party, but now knows sadly that it's
very common. She told another story that doesn't have anything
to do with Diddy, about someone else in the record
industry that basically she was at this dinner and he
slipped her his hotel key and she declined. But she's like,
(50:47):
this thing just happens all the time, and it's power,
and it's people believing that you have to do these
things if you want to make it in this industry,
you know, And so it's a really sick cycle. She said,
after twenty years as a music exec, I now know
what happened that night was no aperration. And she said
(51:07):
these experiences with predators and those that enabled them nearly
led her to give up on music and the entire business.
Speaker 2 (51:14):
But our friendship with John Legend changed that. And I
love to hear that.
Speaker 5 (51:18):
I mean, at a time where we're like, this guy's
bad and this person's bad, and it's really nice to
hear that John Legend hopefully is as nice as he seems.
Speaker 2 (51:27):
We need all the positivity we can take. And speaking
of that, Washington.
Speaker 5 (51:32):
DC is looking a little different right now, as cops
are prepping for potential unrest after next week's presidential election.
I don't know if you guys have heard there's an
election going on. Oh yeah, I voted yesterday with my
little absentee ballot. But workers have been busy boarding up
government buildings and retail stores with plywood. So basically you
(51:52):
can't see any windows in downtown Washington, d C. By
the way, a new Associated Press survey showed that most
Americans are some worried about social unrest after or during
next Tuesday's election results, or you know, after before while we're.
Speaker 2 (52:07):
Figuring it all out. And I would agree, funny wild,
I'm scared.
Speaker 10 (52:11):
It is.
Speaker 2 (52:11):
It's scary to be alive right now.
Speaker 5 (52:13):
I don't know, it's there's a lot of heavy things
going on. So I hope whatever happens, that we were
just being scared for no reason.
Speaker 2 (52:22):
And let's switch to a fun story, shall we.
Speaker 5 (52:24):
The World Series title has come with an added bonus
for Dodgers, as two l A strip clubs are now
offering them free VIP access for life the play because
they want the players, and they also have discounts for
people associated or even fans. So let me tell you. Frankie,
the owner of four Play spelled with A four, the
Gentlemen's Club and Plan B in West LA. So that
(52:48):
is yes, that is a strip club, says following the
Dodgers takedown of the Yankees in Game five, he had
to hook them up. Every player is going to get
an exclusive black VIP card that will allow the free
admission and a free vipeople seating forever, so as.
Speaker 2 (53:05):
Long as they want to use that.
Speaker 5 (53:07):
Also said, any athlete, staffer, or fan showing their Dodger
pride by wearing team colors or presenting proof of working
with the Dodgers will also get a great deal. As
part of the club's La Blue Party celebration this week.
They'll get their admission covered, their first drink, and dinner
on the house.
Speaker 2 (53:24):
Which, like I'm trying to just go for dinner.
Speaker 5 (53:28):
This is our way of saying thank you to everyone
who's passionate about supporting LA and bringing that championship energy.
The Dodgers and their fans obviously are going to be
pretty busy this afternoon with the championship parade. But if
no night plans are secured or is it it's this
Friday or next Friday?
Speaker 2 (53:45):
This Friday, right, yeah?
Speaker 10 (53:47):
Today?
Speaker 5 (53:47):
Yeah, they wouldn't wait a week, just making sure, I
don't want to get the wrong information. But if they
don't have night plans, maybe now that they have this over,
I'm trying to get.
Speaker 2 (53:58):
Like a black one of those VA black cards.
Speaker 5 (54:00):
But for like that you hear McDonald's or Chibaultley exactly
that the celebrities have and you just can get They
do limit it, but it's like something crazy like one
free meal a day or you know what forever.
Speaker 1 (54:12):
I don't know, good topic. We should we should put
that in the seat.
Speaker 8 (54:15):
Yeah, like or would you take an Ultimate black cart
or whatever?
Speaker 5 (54:18):
Yeah you could, yeah, because there's some spots that I
would use the hell out of that.
Speaker 2 (54:22):
Damn the rich just get everything for free. I'm sick,
all right, I'm secking.
Speaker 5 (54:28):
By the way, guys, you can catch up on anything
you missed from the Fred Show if you get that free.
Speaker 2 (54:32):

Speaker 3 (54:34):

to battle show biz?
Speaker 16 (54:43):

Speaker 1 (54:50):
So if you missed it, Showby's Shelley.
Speaker 3 (54:53):
He's having a baby boy, baby number two big or
expose little brother to baby Olivia?
Speaker 1 (54:58):
Yes, living How does she take their news?
Speaker 20 (55:02):
She doesn't get it, Like just we say, where's the
baby Mommy's belly? But I don't think she understand it's
like her brother. Oh so I bet there'll be a
very big transition period for her.
Speaker 2 (55:14):
Oh yeah, get it really yeah, baby crying, Dad, go
get the baby.
Speaker 1 (55:19):
Got a name?
Speaker 2 (55:24):
Got a name?
Speaker 3 (55:28):
That's kind of funny. That's that's me. Now, I don't
know the girl's crying. Well, the girls my sister Amanda,
she's thirty five or something like that. Yeah, I know,
so Olivia's tune. I'm so bad with these ages. Everything's
gone two and a half. Yeah, everything happened so quickly
around I'm trying to keep tracking everybody's kids and spouses
(55:49):
and everything else. But so Polly was I guess around
that age, and she did just fine. Now it was
another girl, which I actually maybe the girl part would
have made it thought maybe a little more competitive, right,
But no, she seems to be doing really well with it.
So hopefully the SAME's true for you.
Speaker 2 (56:05):
I hope so.
Speaker 1 (56:06):
I hope so, because I thought.
Speaker 3 (56:07):
For sure we were gonna have a little monster on
our hands because Polly was so used to everything being
about Polly correct and but no, she's been doing really
well with us.
Speaker 8 (56:14):
You wait when Mavee gets older and maybe can walk
and talk, those two will have their time, yeah, or
like when they're both in high school at the same time.
Speaker 3 (56:24):
Oh my god, my brother in law is so screwed.
He's gonna have three of them. Oh man, God bless him.
That's what I'm going to see him in Chicago a lot.
I need to come to Chicago for bid. You don't
have any business here?
Speaker 1 (56:37):
Yes I do.
Speaker 3 (56:38):
Matt is back, assistant principal, Matt him Matt.
Speaker 1 (56:43):

Speaker 1 (56:56):

find Emily in Pairs?
Speaker 2 (59:01):
That's Netflix?
Speaker 3 (59:02):

Speaker 1 (59:06):

shirtless pick with Paulina in Hawaii?
Speaker 13 (01:00:31):
So I don't know what.
Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
I don't know what he's doing there. I don't know what.
Speaker 3 (01:00:34):
Military Mic is always in a tropical location. He always
gets stationed, you know, in the sexiest place with his
shirt off. I think it's undercover work that he's doing.
Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
Is that what it is?
Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
Potentially?
Speaker 3 (01:00:48):
Yeah, that's like you know more than me, Well that's
what it is. Yeah, all right, hey Matt, great job.

Speaker 3 (01:01:00):
We're very excited for you in your your motherhood quest
as it continues. And god, it is crazy that you
weren't even planning because I remember I kept asking, like,
you know, like the annoying person you're gonna have more.
Speaker 20 (01:01:11):
You're gonna have more, and you're like, I didn't know
for like two months. Like that's how naive I was.
I had no idea. I like almost just found out myself.
Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
Yeah, wow, that's.
Speaker 2 (01:01:24):
Yes, it is. It's same unplanned.
Speaker 1 (01:01:26):

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
It's the hottest morning show.
Speaker 5 (01:01:44):
Get it.
Speaker 3 (01:01:45):
The Internet is apparently ruined a bunch of words for
us all. I have two sents of words that drive
everybody crazy. The first this is the list of words.
I don't even know where this came from, but I
thought earlier the Internet has ruined end these words. We'll
start with this hack hack. The term hack has been
(01:02:05):
ruined by the Internet, like this hack will life hack
will blow your mind. The second one, I don't know why.
Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
Facial Jason will tell you offline, we'll.
Speaker 1 (01:02:19):
Know you know. I'd like to. I'd like you to explain.
I just I don't exactly. I don't know. I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:02:26):
When someone says they're getting a facial like and they're
going to the SPA.
Speaker 1 (01:02:29):
Like.
Speaker 5 (01:02:29):
You know, there's people on the internets that are like, oh,
I didn't know, Well, I guess I've never made that mistakes.
Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
Yeah, I guess okay about it. But you know, you
hear that kick.
Speaker 2 (01:02:55):
It's very different things.
Speaker 1 (01:03:01):
We're learning about Giggy.
Speaker 3 (01:03:06):
Oh okay, because that was an explanation, that was that
was the information I didn't ever need. Okay, Karen triggered gaslight.
People are done with all those words there talking not
on there. But you know, I love this list. This
(01:03:27):
is the second list of words that people are done with.
The corporate terminology. This is the crap that the middle
managers say because they heard somebody bigger than them say it,
and so they think that they should use these words
because it makes them seem as though they're like connected
with this, you know, the vernacular of the of the
big corporate guys. You know what I'm saying, The same happened.
(01:03:50):
I don't know if this happens in your business, whoever's
listening right now. With the dress the outfits too, like
whatever the big guy wears, then you'll start to see
the middle manager start to dress just like them. Because
I don't know, it's like a uniform, like our New
York uniform became jeans and a button down and a
blazer and like like a cool like dress Tannis shoe
(01:04:10):
kind of thing.
Speaker 1 (01:04:11):
It became had a bunch of years ago.
Speaker 3 (01:04:13):
And then you start seeing all the guys around here
that are trying to be suck ups wear and you
could always tell, You can always tell when corporate's coming
to town too, because they wear the uniform, you know,
because they want to fit in. And now the uniform
is becoming jeans and a button down, untoped, no blazer,
and so we'll start seeing that here pretty soon soon.
These are the words, though the annoying office jargon that
(01:04:35):
we're all done with synergy more efficiency via collaboration outside
the box.
Speaker 1 (01:04:42):
I need you to take ownership of that.
Speaker 3 (01:04:44):
See I know, Jason right now, who's in all these
cringes exactly?
Speaker 1 (01:04:48):
Hey, what value added?
Speaker 13 (01:04:49):
You know?
Speaker 3 (01:04:50):
Value add That's all we do around here, is value added.
Speaker 8 (01:04:54):
It's all we do around here. Give it away.
Speaker 1 (01:04:58):
I'll tell you what. Let's circle back on that.
Speaker 3 (01:05:01):
Let's not reach out instead of like contact, going forward,
proactive takeaway. My takeaway from that was thought leadership, authoritative
leaders that that means that you know, onboarding. We got
on board that person for them, mission critical. We got
to get something done, scalable, you know, to increase.
Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
To me, these.
Speaker 3 (01:05:23):
Actually, these aren't the worst ones I've ever heard. They
are way worse. Low hanging fruit. That one drives me crazy.
Put it in the think tank, that is, put it
where in the think tank. You got to go in
the think tank.
Speaker 1 (01:05:37):
You got something to say about that one.
Speaker 13 (01:05:41):
Come in the think tank to learn.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
Yeah, circle back on that conversation.
Speaker 1 (01:05:49):
This mission critical, that we end this now.
Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
Erotic the Friday Throwback dance party that he's up next,
It's the French show.
Speaker 13 (01:05:57):
Camlin's Entertainment Report.
Speaker 1 (01:05:59):
He's on the Red Show.
Speaker 5 (01:06:00):
Billy Corgan's mother in law was injured after a car
drove through his coffee and tea house, Madame Zuzu's, in
Highland Park, Illinois. The Smashing Pumpkins singer is married to
Chloe Mendal, and he shared this announcement on behalf of
his wife in an Instagram post.
Speaker 2 (01:06:16):
Shortly after everything went down.
Speaker 5 (01:06:18):
He says that his mother in law was at the
tea and coffee shop having lunch with their son Augustus,
who thankfully was able to leap out of the way
and he's not injured, and obviously the coffee and tea
shop is going to be closed until further notice. I
don't know the extent of his mother in law's injuries,
but she and the driver were both sent to the hospital.
So thinking of, you know, his mother in law and
(01:06:40):
the driver, I don't know what happened, that's really scary.
A Pennsylvania news station is trending after they accidentally shared
election test results that showed Vice President Kamala Harris winning
the state.
Speaker 2 (01:06:53):
In a statement, they explained that.
Speaker 5 (01:06:54):
The test results showing Kamala getting fifty two percent and
former President Trump with forty seven had been randomly generated
and sent out to help news organizations make sure their
equipment is working properly.
Speaker 2 (01:07:07):
Those numbers should have not ever appeared on the screen.
Speaker 5 (01:07:10):
So they made a big oopsie and they're saying, sorry, yeah, okay,
I mean, I.
Speaker 2 (01:07:15):
Don't know, I don't know, but I do know it
is specific.
Speaker 5 (01:07:22):
But I do know that, you know, these TV news
stations always have things done depending on which way things
are going to go. I don't know how you would
know the numbers, but they definitely do have things done
in advance because they want to be quick with it,
or like, you know, if someone's sick, they always have
these you know, rip graphics ready.
Speaker 2 (01:07:42):
But you can't be showing that stuff before we even
have gotten all the votes. Damn it.
Speaker 5 (01:07:47):
Influencer and Barstool podcaster Brian al LaPaglia or breon Chicken
Fry as you know her, isn't ready to talk about
her high profile split from singer Zach Bryan, so she
posted a message on TikTok saying she and bff's podcast
co host That's a Mouthful, Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards
actually tried to record a new episode, but they weren't
(01:08:08):
able to get through it because it.
Speaker 2 (01:08:09):
Was too hard for her.
Speaker 5 (01:08:10):
She said, I'm having a very hard time figuring out
how i want to handle this publicly due to all
the backlash. I'm going to put my mental health first
this week. Remember, after his Riya profile started making its
rounds on socials, Zach announced his split from Brianna last
week in his Instagram stories, which forced Brianna to respond publicly,
saying she was blindsided and she didn't know that he
(01:08:31):
was going to make this announcement.
Speaker 2 (01:08:32):
She knew obviously they broke up.
Speaker 5 (01:08:34):
But figured, oh, okay, we'll keep it private for a while,
especially because it seems like he's the one who messed up.
Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
She said she felt discarded. There's also a.
Speaker 5 (01:08:41):
Video that's allegedly him in a college student's bed, oh
before they broke up. He's so talented. I hate to
see him being just a major.
Speaker 1 (01:08:54):
He's on a weird path right now.
Speaker 2 (01:08:56):
Weird trajectory.
Speaker 5 (01:08:58):
He gets drunk into a lot and then deletes it.
I know that because he literally says I was drunk
and tweeted that. He has now had three high profile
breakups to where he posted almost.
Speaker 2 (01:09:09):
An identical statement, and the.
Speaker 5 (01:09:12):
First one was a marriage he served her allegedly while
she was serving our country.
Speaker 2 (01:09:18):
The second one was allegedly he.
Speaker 5 (01:09:22):
Started with Brianna before that was over, and then posted
almost the identical statement when him and Brianna broke up.
So it's now becoming a pattern. I don't know what's
going on with him, but he's really talented and needs
to get it together. He's kind of be in a
d bag. This breakup, though, came amid another controversy for Brianna,
a rumored fallout between her and her longtime bestie and
(01:09:44):
podcast co host Grace O'Malley. They've been best friends since
I think college. I don't know if it was actually
but I think since they were little. I think they
grew up together. Correct me if I'm wrong. But during
this breakup, she didn't wish Grace a happy birthday online
this week, people just roasted her for it and she
literally goes, you guys, I wish her a happy birthday Privately.
(01:10:06):
She also wasn't at her birthday party. Then Grace felt
like she had to comment, and she did write. She
said yo last year was a whirlwind for their friendship,
but she made it clear she was on Brianna's side
in the split because she shared a photo of herself
holding a prop gun pointed at Zach and said, now
that I.
Speaker 2 (01:10:23):
Have your attention, please let grieve. So it's been a
tough month for Brianna.
Speaker 5 (01:10:31):
But she is obviously going to discuss the split at
some time. Dave Portnoya has also been going in on
Zack as well. Came cardown she had scared the absolute
hell out of me when she posted a photo of
herself dressed as what they're calling an albino alligator. It
was complete with a prosthetic tail and some really long
pointy nails. She also had those like creepy contacts in
(01:10:51):
her eyes. She said the costume took two weeks to make.
I don't know what the reason was. It didn't really
I didn't get it. What why why?
Speaker 2 (01:11:01):
I have no damn idea.
Speaker 5 (01:11:05):
By the way, her sister Kylie did a version of Barbarella,
and then she also did me more in strip tease.
She just I think the trend is now becoming do
a photo shoot in your costume. It's like, not you,
You're not going anywhere. And then she and Kendall last
night went to a party. They did the Lizzie McGuire movie,
which was really singing to me, pallo, it's very cute world.
Speaker 2 (01:11:26):
Yes, and then wait no, that's Hannah Montana.
Speaker 1 (01:11:30):
Oh no, that's a what's the song? They said, they
did a video of the song.
Speaker 5 (01:11:34):
Hey, no, he this is what dreams I made us.
Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
That's the right.
Speaker 5 (01:11:40):
And then Kendall also teamed up with Haley Bieber to
recreate the iconic simple Life photo.
Speaker 2 (01:11:46):
But Kim is.
Speaker 5 (01:11:48):
An alligator, so I don't know. She really scared me.
I don't appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (01:11:51):
Kim.
Speaker 5 (01:11:52):
By the way, you can catch up on everything you
missed from the Fred Show by grabbing that free I
heard radio app and searching the Fred Show.
Speaker 6 (01:11:57):
On bread Fun Fat Red Fun.
Speaker 3 (01:12:09):
Guys, did you know that the Titanic tragedy almost happened
in another form, like three days before the one that
we all know about? Did you know this, Kaleen, you're
a Titanic lady.
Speaker 2 (01:12:23):
No, I knew.
Speaker 5 (01:12:24):
There's lots of conspiracy theories, like of whether or not
that was even the ship or anything, but I didn't
know the house.
Speaker 3 (01:12:29):
So just days before the Titanic struck an iceberg and
sank in April of nineteen twelve, it almost hit another boat.
According to a letter from a steward that was written
on the doom ship's stationary so right into his wife
one day after setting sail from the United Kingdom, The
guy who died in the tragedy mentioned that as the
ship was leaving the docket narrowly miscolliding with another boat,
(01:12:51):
which I guess could have sunk it right there, which
people's going on with that character. People may have been
able to survive that, but I don't know. So we
got away yesterday after a lot of Trouble, reads the letter,
which was auctioned off by the Way in twenty nineteen.
As we were passing the New York and Oceanic, the
New York broke her robes and verily, very nearly ran
into us, but we just happened to avoid a collision.
(01:13:12):
It must have been a trying time for the captain,
so I don't know that. Maybe wasn't the captain's fault.
But the point is they almost ran into another boat
in the harbor on their way out to whatever shipwreck.
Speaker 5 (01:13:24):
A listener sent me a book written in the year
that the Titanic sank, about the Titanic, and it is
still like my most prized possession ever, this very old book,
and I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:13:36):
But there you go.
Speaker 3 (01:13:36):
There's a little bit talk about a fun fact. The
tragedy could have happened days before. But maybe then people
would have been able to like swim right to land
or something.
Speaker 1 (01:13:45):
I don't know. I don't know. But now now you
got a party trick. You can tell everybody about it.
Speaker 2 (01:13:50):
You guys, we're going to bring the mood down.
Speaker 1 (01:13:52):
Yeah, everybody could. They couldn't died before
