Speaker 1 (00:00):
Fred's show is on. I've been gone for a week.
That's making me laugh already. I'm laughing. Oh good, big
on for a week or Jason? I mean you were
always funny. You were not funny about how is the
hair in the ear situation going?

Speaker 2 (00:14):
It's still there because I don't know how to get
it out. I tried just plucking it like with tweezers,
and it didn't work.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
I can't see that.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
No, absolutely not. I would love to ask him, will
you pluck this hair out of my ears?

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Just to see what his answer would be. All the
things that people do for each other in relationships, I
feel like that's a reasonable ask. I mean there's so
many I've heard so many worse things in that.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Right, I cut his hair like he lets me cut
his hair, Like the back I have to line up
because he gives himself his all his hair is the
same length, like he just like whatever, uses the clippers whatever.
He'll be like, you know, come line up my bag.
So I have to like go and like line up
the and I try to get it as straight as
far you do. At the same time, you're like.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Oh yeah, not my ears. You first you scratch my
back out scratch yours. I understand why, Well let me
high kaling. Hi, Jason Brown, I asked you, I asked you, Hi, Roufio,
good morning. Hello, Hi Paulina, Hi Ki Ki good morning.
Shelby says, money, Uh the showdown. I have no much.
I have no I have no much. I have no much.

(01:16):
I have no idea how much I have no much?
Thank you? Eight hundred bucks is the price, Pella, I mean,
is here as well? What is Jason? What comes to mind?
Would you say as the most disgusting thing? And I
say disgusting, but we'll say disgusting thing that you've been
asked to do in your relationship disgusting. I don't know,
because I feel like I would. I would suffer in

(01:38):
silence in a relationship. A lot of things could be
happening and I would never tell you, you know, if
something was stuck somewhere or or you know, I don't know,
I need I need something to be looked at, or
I was worried about a bump or a something. I mean,
I would I would suffer in silence. There's just no way.
I'd be like, hey, can you take a look at this?
And I'd bend over something no way.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Yeah, he suffers. I've it's like I'll be like, do
you want me to look at something? And he'll be
like no. But I mean, besides, like watching his dirty underwear,
Like I don't.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Think wild pause. I think I was gonna say yeah,
change yeah word yea.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Is dirty underwear. I can't really think what happened? I
don't know.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
What do you want? That's the worst thing. I mean, Okay,
so you don't have to you don't have to specify
if it's current relationship or previous relationship or you or
someone else. But what did anything come to mind? You guys?
You had to ask someone like, hey, can you do
this for me? And you didn't want to hm. I
mean because you guys all have like live in relationship experience.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
I do not.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
I mean my boyfriend over the break had to try
to pop my nose ring back through multiple times and
there was a lot of blood and screaming and crying.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Why did you take it out?

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Oh no, it just pushed itself right on through and
the skin started to grow over it. Because it only
takes three to five minutes, I learned, And that happened
a couple of times before we had to go to
a professional because I knew I wouldn't, you know, go
back to get a peers because it was too dramatic.
But yeah, we were in the bathroom just with a
lot of trauma going on. Oh I got Yeah, so

(03:32):
that couldn't have been fun for him. It certainly wasn't
fun for me.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
But this is why you don't have that kind of
stuff done at the mall. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Yeah, no, I shouldn't have done it, you know, while
I was drunk with.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Something sharp paper clip. Oh yeah, I'm supposed to do
it yourself. Yeah, we know people, we know medical professionals.
I'm sure who could help you with this. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
No, I ended up having to go to a medical professional,
and he told me that I was crazy to try
to repierce something that already was so swollen.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
I had so many issues. But I'm a badass, So
here we are. I'm a badass, so here we are.
I reap it, man, really, so nothing else you guys
can say. Again, I live alone, right, so like, and
I've never lived with anybody, so I can't imagine a
time where I'm like But I can think of a
lot of times in my daily life where I think God,
I think I know it's here, you know, like this

(04:31):
is a this is a moment I need to be alone,
or like I don't want any I don't want to
have to conceal this, you know, like if you don't
feel well, or like I eat something, or like I
think I would probably be I was thinking about this overbreak.
I would probably be fifty pounds later if I were
in a relationship, because that extra little thing that I
eat that I know is going to hurt my stomach,
or that I know is like gluttonous and unnecessary. If

(04:55):
somebody were watching me do it, I probably wouldn't do
it out of fear of judgment. Like two desserts, you know,
in the to go order, like you know what I mean,
Like nobody, if nobody, I wouldn't do that if somebody
were gonna see me do it, or somebody like the
amount of food I consume sometimes I wouldn't do it
if somebody were like, hey, you know you don't eat

(05:17):
all that, you know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
But if you're in a relationship, like your partner might
not eat that much and then there's always leftovers, and
then you ain't gonna lose no fifteen pounds, But let
me tell you that you say.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
You say one to five, I said five zero. I
would be I would be a swimsuit model if I
had someone looking at what I was consuming, because you know,
I do a pretty good job. But then sometimes I'm
like nah, huhu. And I know, I know, like there's
certain foods I think we all like them. Ice cream.
For me, I know I'm not gonna feel great after
I eat the ice cream, but I'm not gonna not

(05:51):
eat the ice cream unless there was someone there who
would be affected by the aftermath, and then maybe I
wouldn't That only lasts for so long.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
After a while, you just say yeah, you get comfortable.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Yeah, or you eat like more than you want to
because like I always have to, like have dinner a
lot of times, Like I don't want to have dinner,
but he'll be hungry, so I'm like, then he gets
mad when I don't eat, so then I have to
eat by himself, so like I have to eat when
he eats.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
I never not want to eat, right, I.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Relieve, Like there's some nights where I don't, like I
don't need to have dinner, Like I don't know, like
I'll be like I'll like get something little like just
because he'll be like, I don't need to have this
these like fries, but like I'm eating it right before
bad because like he does, don't eat by himself.

Speaker 6 (06:37):
That's a supportive partner though, because I hate when I
don't make me eat by myself.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
I am.

Speaker 6 (06:41):
I'm like, my god, I'm literally dating you. You are
That is the most annoying thing ever, Like, you're not hungry?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
What do you mean? You're not hungry? You are hungry.
We are, we got hungry hungry, but I'm not. Oh
my god, well kicking your man's out hungry because he
already ate. And that's the problem I secret meal already

(07:11):
he already wants the paint, the place or whatever else.
But big big Kim already ate something exactly.

Speaker 6 (07:17):
And that's even more frustrating because I'm like, oh, you're
not hungry because you already ate without me. But now
you want me to sit here and look like a
pig eating by myself together.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Yeah, Ruphia, when you go get your secret meals, how
do you how do you then act hungry later? Oh?
I have to eat, you know I can't.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
I have to always be hungry, you know what I'm saying,
like a secret meal, I could be full to the
max and then just to be like, oh, you want
to get something to eat?

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Yes, I do want to get something. I can't. I can't.
I can't let the lie go. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
I can't tell the truth, Like, no, I just had
Wendy's by myself.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
I can't say that, Oh yeah I'm hungry. Yeah, let's
go get something. For those of you who live with someone,
which is everybody but me, and for those of you
who get secret meals, which I don't have to do.
But this goes back to what I was just saying.
I just I just do it. But are you doing
it because you're hungry and you want something and you
don't want to be judged by the item that you want,

(08:14):
or are you doing it because you want something that's
just for you, like you just want a moment that's
only about you. Like if you were to come home
with food, you obviously can't sit there in front of
your wives and spouses and partners and just eat, and
it would be rude just to eat the food in
front of somebody else and you didn't offer to get
them any but like that, But why not. Why not
just call them on your way and be like, hey,

(08:35):
I'm stopping here. I'll get you something if you want it.
It's because you want it, just to be about you
for a minute, rufio.

Speaker 5 (08:42):
Because like, what I want to eat is something ess
is not going to want to eat. You know what
I'm saying. Like last week, you know the show was
off whatever on vacation. I had to come to work,
and then I left work a little earlier than that.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
You know.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
Then I tell my wife and I went to White Cast.
So and I ate a second ten.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
A second test, yeah, white Castle.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
Yeah that I gotta conceal my you know, my toots
later because it's on you.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
You are on health journey, sir. Don't you have high cholesterol?
God that you do? Please sir?

Speaker 5 (09:22):
Oh my god, my wife's not going to eat white Castle.
I know she's not gonna White Castle. So I gotta
go by myself to eat white Castle.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
I hear you, thank you?

Speaker 7 (09:33):
I mean I do, yeah, because Hob is pickier than me,
and like you know, I'm in my Taco bell phase
and she won't even look at taco Bell like I
have to sneak.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
It won't either. I can share. Really. I mean, I'm
not trying to sit over here and tell you that
it's authentic. Anything be Taco bell is taco bell. I know,
I don't know who doesn't like taco bell. I honestly
don't think I've ever met anybody who doesn't like Who
can't find somebody to eat a taco bell? It's the
same eight ingredients, fourteen different forms. I was like, give

(10:03):
it a shot, just give it a chance. But he
won't like who doesn't like foreign ground beef mixed with
cheese that gets hard in about thirty seconds and lettuce?
And yeah, who doesn't like that? There's like some combination
of that, whether it's in a tortilla hard soft bowl

(10:24):
of some kind like all three, yeah right, or rolled
up into one and then put under one of those
like uh like like whether they press it down, you
know what I mean, like pressor like a panini maker.
But taco bell? Who isn't like that? I don't think
I can trust a person who doesn't like that, That's
what I'm saying. All right, Well, every day Paulinea is

(10:47):
she's one more reason to divorce the man, one more reason.
You know, it's and you know what the good news
is you already have a plan for it. So for
the divorce, Yeah, that's right, thanks to Taco Bell. Sponsored
by Taco Bell. You know, I mean at least three
times a week you tell us what you're gonna do
when you leave him. So I was just so calm
because Taco Bell. Or do I all the Taco Bell

(11:10):
you can eat? That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (11:12):
All the Taco Bell I can eat, all the time
I can have at home watching I'm not watching the
Hills now, I'm rewatching it.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
I am. I know, but he's got to be out
of the house. You really are discovering the two thousands?
Where were you?

Speaker 5 (11:26):
It wouldn't be different, Like, okay, so you eat it
because like how do you eat it? Because Hobby doesn't
want to eat it? Or you just love Taco Bell.
Like for me, I feel like if I was allowed
to eat whatever, you know what I'm saying, Like if
just like just eat whatever, it wouldn't feel the same
to me, you know what I'm saying. That's why my
secret meals are special, because it's very special.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
I shouldn't be eating this, man, I'm just hungry, like
Taco Bell. Now A bunch of question I have from
this segment is what time are you telling Jess you
leave work? I would be happy to tell her what
timee you're dead working? Please don't do that. I won't
never mind. Oh my god, Kevin's here till at least

(12:09):
five people and we make him eat all this food
the whole time Fresh show. This is what's trending. You
can always call in text the show eat five five
five three five Bellahamina is standing by to take your
calls and your texts, which this whole fast food topic
reminds me of. And I'm pretty lucky my mom didn't
do this very often, I think because she likes fast

(12:31):
food too, So like if I wanted best food, we'd
not always, but if we were out, like we'd get it.
But I knew a lot of parents, a lot of
my friends and parents would be like, no, we have
that at home. And it's like, no, we but we
don't have a big mac at home, like I don't
have it, or you got mc donald's money, well not right,
but it's like they take you home and it would
like get some sort of like frozen beef patty to

(12:53):
stick it between two slices of wonderbread with some cheese
and be like here you go, here's your you know whatever.
It's like, this is nothing like that. Like, first of all,
this cheese is not actually like glowing nuclear color. That's
the first problem, the first problem. The second problem is
this bun isn't right. The third problem is I don't
I can identify what this meat is. That's a problem,
you know. And so it was never quite the same.

(13:15):
It was never not It was never anywhere close. But
did your parents ever try that on you? Like, no,
we have ice cream at home. It's like, no, we don't.
We don't have that kind. We don't have that kind
of ice cream. We don't have what I want. She
used to be so angry in the back of the car. Yeah,
then you wish idea.

Speaker 6 (13:32):
And you don't have to bring me back to that
trauma roombia. But that was probably one of those days.
So she said no to McDonald's.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Oh I hope you wont to her. No in my mom,
in my mind, yeah, yeah, this woman, your sister mom Helena,
who took in everybody. You're wishing her death because she
wouldn't she wouldn't buy, she wouldn't buy eighty seven people
that she has adopted McDonald's. No, it was her actual

(14:00):
it was my actual mom was still same thing.

Speaker 8 (14:03):
Oh then and then no, no, I promised, that's not why.

Speaker 6 (14:09):
But oh my gosh, I thought it was for a
long time when I killed my mom over McDonald's.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
If only you've got me that six piece wouldn't have
this problem exactly. That's a wild we got McDonald's. Yeah.
I never wanted to cure y'all parents, no single time.

Speaker 9 (14:29):
Girl.

Speaker 4 (14:31):
I mean, I definitely like was upset at them, for sure,
But I knew I needed that mom.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
I said that next level. Okay, I told my mom
to her, no, thank you. I know it was killing
the room. Whoa, No, we're not going to breeze over
that one. What? Yeah? Oh I was. Oh yeah, I
said not nice things to my mom.

Speaker 10 (14:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:53):
You notice you regret things in life like that. That's
that's right there. Yeah, I'm familiar with regret in life.
I know a thing or two about that. I have
a lot of it. Most everything I did before today
and today is young. So yeah, today is young.

Speaker 7 (15:13):
Yeah, I said not nice things to my mom or
my sister.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
I can't even get into it. It's that bad. But
you guys know I take it to hell. Yeah, I
think that's where it started. If we had to really
go back, and I'm back, I have to thank you guys,
because you know, my mom listens to the show every
day a little bit later on because she's in Mountain
on Mountain time, so she listens later, and as we
all know, it's not up by the time that she
wants to listen, which is about eleven o'clock Central. If

(15:37):
it's not up, then someone on the show gets a DM.
I think she thinks it's going to me, but she
doesn't for whatever reason. Is You're real clear on where
dms go. So sometimes sometimes it's to the Friend Show.
Sometimes it's to Paulina, sometimes just to Kaylin who she
thinks is Paulina sometimes and then usually it's to me
and then I have to then whatever it is I'm

(15:59):
doing stuff and then figure out why the podcast isn't up,
you know, to her liking or whatever. But she listens
to you guys talk and then sometimes she'll call me,
like overbreak, she was like, you know, you really weren't
that bad growing up compared to the stories that your
friends tell. Yeah, I knew that at the time. But
you know, luckily thirty years later she's figured that out
that I, in fact wasn't that bad. No death threats

(16:21):
to my parents, wild man. I mean we had we
had our moments, but never that. I mean, I think
the worst I would ever try and do to them
was silent treatment, which was what they wanted from home bag.

Speaker 10 (16:45):
Belongings.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
I tried that a couple of times. I didn't make
it real far. I used to be so upset over
fast food.

Speaker 6 (17:00):
I'm serious, in the same of the car, like give
her the middle fingering.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
The chairman.

Speaker 6 (17:12):
See me, but like if you're sitting in the car
directly behind them, like I would be like back there
and give her the middle finger name, but I'm like,
you know, not voicing it, but just yelling it. And
then like I would go home and want to slam
my door. But I knew if I slam my door,
she was going to get me, so I had to
like slam it, but like stop it before.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
You know, I was psycho apparently. Wow yeah, man, wow,
all this all this silver and six piece nugget. I
just wanted that daily double man. I wanted to play
the Landwich. Yes, well all right, p Kik's mob your mom,

(17:57):
I said, some maybe that's the topic. Man, How many
topics did we come up with in the first fifteen minute,
because that's a topic right there is How many things
did have you said like that that you later then
say like, oh my god, it came true and I
didn't mean it. I didn't mean it like that. Like
that time I told my best friend at the time
that if he ever died, that I wanted to sleep
with his wife. And he laughed and then he died.

(18:22):
What no, no, you want to talk about regrets. I
regret not no, no, But it was like this, I
mean when he was he was perfectly fine, you know,
healthy guy, you know, ten over ten years ago when
we became friends, and god's probably more than that now,
twelve years ago, and he was perfectly healthy and he
had this fine I guess second wife is so beautiful.

(18:45):
This woman amazing and like she's an amazing person, a nice person, beautiful,
And I was just like, how did you get that?
You know, because at the time we were like brand
new friends, and I'm like, how the hell did you
land that? And he's like I don't know. I'm like, dude,
anything ever happens to you that's mine and we laughed
about it all r P. Wow. He passed away of
cancer and we didn't know at the time. We didn't know,

(19:08):
and I didn't do it. I didn't do it. It
wasn't my fault, but I probably shouldn't have said that.
It was all funny games at the time Untilion Tillian.
So yeah, but do I do I regret it? I probably.
We did joke about it, like you know, after of
course everything was revealed and he wasn't you know, wasn't

(19:28):
doing well. We did joke. We could tell a joke. Yeah,
you smashed that man?

Speaker 6 (19:34):
Who is oh god, I know a man?

Speaker 5 (19:42):
Don't.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Oh god, At least I didn't kill my mom over.
We listened, but we don't joke. You're sandwich is so
good though. Oh no, oh no, let's talk to Rico. Hey, Rico,

(20:09):
what's up? Man?

Speaker 11 (20:11):
Hey?

Speaker 12 (20:11):
Long time?

Speaker 13 (20:12):
No talk about how you guys doing.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Rico, Man, You're always welcome here, Please save us. What
did you want to say? Good morning?

Speaker 13 (20:20):
No about the food, about you got going out the
restaurants and you know, hiding some food from everybody.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
This this isn't about wishing death on your parents and
this is no oh.

Speaker 13 (20:32):
My god, no, oh my god.

Speaker 1 (20:36):
Am I right? Yeah shouting, yeah, praise the Lord.

Speaker 13 (20:43):
I still have both of mine.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Yeah, same, same anyway, But what about the food? Yeah?

Speaker 13 (20:49):
Sorry, no, so so my dad he's always thinking of
my niece's nephews out the RBS, McDonald's, the further. I'm
just like, where is that money is coming from? But
if we were little, he would always though, there's rice
beans at the house.

Speaker 10 (21:04):
I'm like, at the house.

Speaker 13 (21:10):
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, yeah, we
have we have no money for this.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
I'm learning that's what grandparents do, and that's what grandparents do.
It's just stuff just comes out of nowhere. I'm like,
where the hell was Yeah, where was this? Anyway?

Speaker 13 (21:26):
I don't know, man, I'm just like I'm just I mean,
maybe I'm better, but still I'm just like, we have
the money that we used. Family is supposed to go
for a vacation man, so you know, but now we're
using it for colud.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
Now we got rice and beans at home. Man. Hey, Rico,
thank you have a good day. Are cool?

Speaker 13 (21:47):
Hey, take care guys.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
I appreciate you.

Speaker 5 (21:49):
Man. His dad's not buying them RBS, his kids, RVY.
He's still not getting it. That's right, Yeah, yeah, that
is the real thing. My mom will go out, come home.
I'm like, where'd all this come from?

Speaker 1 (22:02):
This toy? What is today? Oh? It's Wednesday? Okay? For oh,
I didn't realize we're just celebrating Wednesday, I guess. Okay,
so we've we've missed a couple of sports reports here, Jason,
So just for fun, since the games were already played,
why don't you tell me who you think one? Because
I look yeah, so let's let's do our picks now,

(22:26):
even though the game's already taking place for you. Keep
it here, all rufio, keep it tally, keep it tally.
All right, let's see how he does. Hold on here,
we'll tell you. We'll tell you what the end, how
it went since we were on vacation last week. Patriots
the Patriots, not off? The Cardinals. Vikings Kings okay, the Seahawks,

(22:55):
Jets the Seahawks all right, yes, you're two and one
so far have already taken place. Titans commanders, ooh, commanders,
that was a win too. Charges Falcons, Uh, Falcons nope,
Texans Jaguars the Jaguars nope. For once, I thought maybe

(23:20):
you were gonna do better after the game we abad
be played Steelers, Bengals, Steelers YEP, Buccaneers, Panthers, Oucaneers, YEP, Rams, Saints,
Rams YEP, Eagles, Ravens Eagles, yes, four, and the Bills fo. Nope,

(23:42):
it was the Bills to Nights.

Speaker 14 (23:46):
She should be.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
It was ugly. Then Brown's Broncos tonight Monday Night Footballs.
It has not taken place yet.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Okay, So the Browns are gonna win the Jason Browns Okay.

Speaker 5 (24:02):
Yeah, I got seven and four, all right, So you're
not bad at this when the games have already taken place,
don't matter.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Asked me from two weeks ago, did you do Bears
Lions or is that not the doing? Well? Yeah, I
guess this week too, So yeah, I guess I didn't
do Thanksgiving games. Oh, probably the Lions. Okay, the Lions.
And then what about the Giants and the Cowboys? Oh god,
probably the Cowboys. Yeah, and then the Dolphins and the Packers.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Oh, I gotta go with the Dolphins.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Okay, No, Packers are one of the Raiders. And the Chiefs. Oh,
the Chiefs. Yeah. I don't know if that helped you much, Okay, Okay,
And you. You know, some might say, well he saw
the scores, No he didn't. I did not.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
I did see Lanny Wilson perform from the halftime show,
and she did a little bit. Yeah, I don't know
what they're doing with her.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
I was like, what happen that morning? I was like, girl,
she got a boyfriend named Duck. The guy's name is Duck.
She's from Louisiana. The clox, I mean needs to be.
He used to be working a little hard to keep
that butt in place.

Speaker 2 (25:21):
She looks amazing though, but yeah, like I don't know that.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Yeah, I worried about her. Man that squeezed in those
pants and up there on that stage in the middle
when she was on tour. Was it last summer with
Riley Green and all those guys and like just sweating
her ass off and he's like skin tight pants. It
was amazing. But I'm just like, damn, girl, she ripped
him at one of the shows. I remember that. Yeah,
I think I was at that show. I think I

(25:49):
ripped him. I think it was my phone.

Speaker 3 (25:52):
Did that?

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Well, he ain't working hard enough, apparently, Booty Slacken. Also
in sports news, the Chicago Bears have fired the head
coach Matt ibra flues following last Thursday loss to the
Detroit Lions. I don't know how many things this guy
had to screw up before they realized that he got
his coaching degree on online somewhere. I don't know, but

(26:21):
the Bears have it as Thomas Brown, who has just
recently announced the offensive coordinator the interim offensive coordinator, will
now be the interim head coach. He ebra flues fourteen
and thirty two. He won thirty percent of his games,
and it's the third worst in Bears history. So and
he never won a road game. On Sunday. You play

(26:42):
every which is his job, right, that's what you're supposed
to do. Wow. Anyway, but I love how they gave
him the radio treatment Fred. They made him work. Yeah,
on the Friday, they're like.

Speaker 5 (26:54):
Hey, oh yeah, do this press conference and he's like,
I'm confident I'll be getting ready for San Francisco next weekend.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
And then an hour later see it yeah, and then
riding poles to let me grab my hat so fast up.
We gotta have a word. Yeah, if you could come in,
if you could come in. There's a few folks in here.
They're like to have a chat with you. Yeah, that
is the radio tree. But they make you do the
show and then they fire you, yes, sir, like can't

(27:21):
you do to be nice? If like? And they usually
like to do it either. Well, I've heard of guys
getting fired right after vacation. I've heard of a lot
of people getting fired right before the holidays. Don't make
me come in, don't make me get up at you know,
five o'clock, at four o'clock in the morning, come in here,
get fired, Like, can you call me like on a
nic Saturday afternoon, you know what I mean? Just be like, hey,

(27:42):
it's not working out, you know here, have a good one,
your kid doesn't work anymore? And then I can you know,
I can figure it out from there.

Speaker 4 (27:48):
And the Bears need to send out that like internal
email that's like, hey, this person no longer works here
because the players were finding out from TV, Like don't
they have those emails like we have.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
Like yeah, that's just five minutes before was like, yeah
I got a job. It's all good, right, direction no
longer yeah, yeah, a lot.

Speaker 15 (28:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
So there's that Black Friday, which was this previous Friday,
which I didn't realize was really even still as much
of a thing anymore, because I feel like we've been
talking about Black Friday for like a month, and then
you can still get a lot of the Black Friday deals,
And I guess I thought the whole Black Friday premise
was kind of before online when you you had to
line up for a TV, which I saw all over

(28:31):
TikTok over the weekend. I think was Best Buys or
somebody overbought all the TVs, Like, if you want a TV,
I think you can get one. Uh, we're really cheap
right now, because they were just stacked up everywhere because
that was a Black Friday tradition which you had to
tackle somebody, Yes, to get a Tello, to get a
nice fifty inch flat screen, you had to run somebody over.
But apparently now they got tons of them because I

(28:53):
don't know if people just start lining up outside whatever store,
if the store just isn't there for them to line
up outside of. I don't know what's going going on.
But Black Friday shopping did break records this year, with
spending up ten percent over twenty twenty three. Ten point
eight billion dollars was spent online on Friday, which is
nearly double what was spent just seven years ago on
Black Friday. Cyber Monday is today, and that's expected to

(29:17):
generate thirteen point two billion dollars, which is six percent
up from last year. What'd you guys buy anything?

Speaker 3 (29:24):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (29:24):
Taylor Swift, vinyls and books saying beating people up at Target?
They were not crazy?

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Is there were like all these lines because I was like,
oh my god, like I'm not going awaiting like a yeah,
because they were available on the website the next day.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
But I was like, Okay, I'm gonna try.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
So I had to drop Mike off at the airport
at like six am and Target open at six ams.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
So I swung by Target at.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
Like six twenty and I just walked right in, like
grabbed my stuff and walked right out like I was
out in less than.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
Five I went to Target at like nine o'clock at.

Speaker 5 (29:51):
Night, and there were there were plenty of books, yeah, vinyls.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
I was like, Okay, Taylor, right, yeah, talk about mass production.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
I may know what she's doing obvious, see with what
the holidays and stuff, but it doesn't really matter, Like
isn't it kind of mean that she would do it
around the holidays? I guess parents are gonna buy the
stuff for their kids at the same time. But you
gotta spend money on a bunch of basically to all
the grown ups buying this crap, so you gotta well,
I guess kids too, but it's grown up money buying
this stuff. And you gotta buy a bunch of Christmas

(30:18):
gifts anyway, you know, for other people, So then you
gotta spend on yourself. Now, first, it's kind of mean.
I think. I don't think it's very thoughtful. She needs
her support. Okay, out here, clearly I was fighting.

Speaker 5 (30:31):
I was fighting people because my niece's worked there was
yesterday and she wanted all the stuff from the Wicked collection.
I was fighting tooth and nail these people like I
need the side Like I was like, it's like I need.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
It, eat is for my niece. So I was elbowing
people left and right. Think it's some wicked merch for
my niece. Yeah, I love how you make it about it.
You would have elbowed people anyway. You would have run
people over here. Did everyone see Wicked? Or yes?

Speaker 12 (30:59):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (30:59):
What'd you go saying? Loved it?

Speaker 7 (31:01):
I'm not even a theater girly, not even close to
it that got I am, I'll be at the theater now.

Speaker 5 (31:05):
I didn't see it. I saw the trailers and I
see a commercials.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
I don't understand. Oh lord here, I don't know, but
let me just talk about it. I saw from the trailer. Right.
I'm not dissing the movie at all, but sounds like I.

Speaker 5 (31:24):
Saw the scene where she gets on the train whatever
alphabet right, she gets on the train and then Glinda
joins her. They go to the train to to to Oz.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Right, Yes, it's Glendon. Now she dropped the gu Glinda, right,
where was that train in the regular Wizard of Oz?
You know what I'm.

Speaker 5 (31:42):
Saying, Like, Glinda comes down, Dorothy gets there, lands on
the other witch of the Wicked Witch of the East, right,
and then Glinda's like, oh, yeah, you gotta go see
the Wizard take this yellow brick rove through the woods
in the forest and all the scary things.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
When she knows there a train, she is answered, if
you see a move that would be revealed if you okay, cool,
and then starts with the Wizard of Oz.

Speaker 4 (32:10):
The Wicked movie starts out with the Wizard of Oz
and then tells things out of order kind of and
then gets back in order.

Speaker 1 (32:16):
It's a prequel, but they start with you.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
But I'm just saying, if there's a train there, why
she make her go through the forest in someone else's shoes, like.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
She knows took train to go see the Wizard years ago?
Suber out here? Why would you? Why did Alice jump
in the damn hole l s D?

Speaker 16 (32:36):
And then.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
None of this is real? I don't I don't want
to spoil it for you. Where did she get the LSD?
I have a lot of questions, like a carpet, all
these cars out here, Cinderella and glass shoes.

Speaker 10 (32:54):
That's so dumb.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
I mean, you know, I just won, That's all you know.
I mean, have you like a whole new world? Have
you seen this world? I like the other one? You
know what I mean? The under the sea ladies, stay
down there. It's way better. Now. I'm gonna go see
the movie. I think it's you. Yeah, you love a music?

(33:16):
All right, let me finish this. A woman dining in
Olive Garden said that one of her breadsticks appeared to
be as with the letters O and K and the
number six in a dark font. Olive Garden was quick
to respond to her social media post, writing we're concerned
about this. Can you please send an email to whatever
at olive garden dot com with your name and where

(33:36):
you went. The TikTok user then shared a follow up
post revealing with the company has sent her one hundred
dollars gift card. Thank you, Olive Garden. She said, TikTokers
have theories about where the letters on the breadstick came from.
They say it's from the plastic bag they come in,
and when they sit in the freezer for a while,
that can happen. Another user agreed, likening the phenomenon to
temporary tattoos and explaining the moisture likely cause the ink

(33:59):
on the bag to try answer to the breadstick before
it was baked, So I don't know if that was
edible or whatever. But it always cracks me up when
you get some weird thing at a restaurant or a
bad service somewhere and it's like, well, here, here's more
of it, here's a gift card to come back. It's like,
by the way, that wouldn't stop me from eating olive

(34:19):
Garden very little wood actually, But I'm also just I'm
just saying like it cracks me up with a business
is like, I know exactly what we can do here.
They're really upset about it. Let's give them more, and
in this case, that's what they did. Have you heard
about these honey packets that men are supposedly eating. Health
experts are warning against a new sexual trend that's going

(34:40):
across college campuses. I'm proud just say I don't know
what this is, but maybe my life would be more
exciting if I did. Men are sharing that they're eating
honey package to boost their sexual performance. They are said
to contain natural ingredients, but healthcare professionals say that they
have the same ingredients found in Sia Allison viagara. Some
of the ingredients can lead to blood pressure spike, chest pains,

(35:01):
vision changes, and heart attacks. Doctors are also worried about
the package being combined with alcohol, which could lead to
severe drops in blood pressure, dizziness, and fainting when mixed.
It's concerning because most of the men using these package
are not addressing true sexual dysfunction. So, Kiki, what's your
brother selling out here? I don't know. You need to
get on them. Honey pass. That's the latest one of

(35:22):
product from Farmer Dance. He's got hot honey, he's got
sweet hat. He got honey in a jar. He got
honey in a bottle. He had the wrong kind of honey.
I needed whatever this is? Is this the same as
like those blue shoes or whatever else? You like? How
I'm acting dumb like you? Tell man, I don't know

(35:46):
where these things are? Where would one get some of this?
If anybody were curious, where would you go for something
like that? Do you think? And brain rot is Oxford's
Word of the Year for twenty twenty four, due to
concerns over endless social media scrolling and my numbing content.
More than thirty seven thousand people voted to help choose
the winner from a shortlist of six words drawn up

(36:07):
by Oxford University Press. Brain rod has defined as a
supposed deterioration of a person's mental or intellectual state, especially
viewed as the result of over consumption of material considered
to be trivial or unchallenging. Shout out, well, that's what
you're listening to right now, So shout out to brain
rot and we give it to you every single day.

(36:28):
It's National Monday, National Special Education Day, cyber Monday as well.
We'll get to blogs waiting by the phone. This Morning
Money with Shelby is Shelley All Next, It's a French
Fried show. It's the French Show. Good Morning. One O
three five Kiss FM, Chicago's number one hit music station,
our Capital one. Jingle Ball sold out and it is
a week from today, you guys, A week from today

(36:48):
at All State check Carlow, Teddy Swims, Jason Derulo, Pens
and Boom Medisine, Beer, Sweetye, MCT Dream and one zero
going to be there. And we have tickets every single
hour today to celebrate the fact that we're one week away.
And everybody who wins tickets is signed up at a
grand prize, which is Jason Brown's personal front row tickets.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
Yes, you can see us right up close and personal,
which you may wish, you may.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
Wish to use your other tickets. I'm not right. It's
they're doing their own. Wow. Is that the one that
sponsored by four Seasons Heating air conditioning? You and then
they meet my ear hair? Yeah? Wow, Well, my part's

(37:34):
gonna be underwhelming. So uh so, jingle Bowl tickets every
hour today on one of three five you could be
sitting in front row as well. The Lions played the
Bears we talked about that. Ebral Flues got fired the coach,
and now we have a coach who wasn't in offensive court.
I mean, talk about the gloat for this guy. You know,
he's not even the offensive coordinator. Now he's offensive coordinator.

(37:55):
He's not that for a week and now he's the
head coach. So that's cool for him. Congratulations. But Caylen
and her boyfriend Shane, who is a Bears fan, went
to Detroit, where Kaylen is from, and attended said game
at Ford Field, but had to behave himself because you
guys were in a part of the stadium I guess
that where it wouldn't have been appropriate for him to
be cheering for the other team. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (38:17):
So, like the person who got the tickets from asked,
just like, don't wear anything Bears in these seats, and
my boyfriend was like, okay, I'm wearing a hat. So
he at least wore a hat. But he learned real quick.
Right when we got out of our uber in Detroit, we're.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
Gonna say, there's the whole being in Detroit thing that
might determ me too. Oh my god.

Speaker 4 (38:35):
He was getting booed as we watched places people were
saying few have this. But then when things took a
turn during the game and he looked visibly sad, there
was a dad on the other side of us that
started to comfort him. So he was like, it's all right,
my guy, But we shouldn't have beat you guys.

Speaker 17 (38:52):
We were so close. We had the game in the bag. Agin, Yeah,
we should not have. I'm a little scared. We got
We're we've got a lot of injuries. But yeah, he
learned real quick.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
The congratulations, Francisco, thank you.

Speaker 4 (39:06):
Oh yeah, yeah, okay, yeah it was.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
It was a crazy game. But yeah, yeah, I've I've
only been to a few stadiums before where I was
wearing the opposite teams, you know, the the visiting teams there,
and in most cases it goes very poorly. It's not fun. No, No,
the nicest of people, by the way, with the Pittsburgh
Pirates fan, I don't know. I don't know if they're

(39:31):
known to be nice or whatever, but I went there
for a wild card game of a million years ago,
beautiful park, and everybody was so kind. They're like, oh, welcome.
Because I was were in cub stuff, of course they're like, oh, welcome, welcome.
I was like a J carri Edit shirt Welcome. I'm like, welcome,
we're kicking your ass. You're out of the playoffs. Like,
why are you being so nice?

Speaker 4 (39:48):
They're just a nice in general there. Yeah, they're really
nice in Pittsburgh, cred I. I went to a Lion's
road game versus the Cardinals, and they weren't as mean
as I thought.

Speaker 8 (39:56):
Maybe they were going to be. I wore jersey. But
it also depends on how your team. Like if the
Bears were doing well, you know what I'm saying, I
would I would welcome all the trash talk, you know.

Speaker 5 (40:07):
Yeah, Like if they're crappy and you still have to
get the trash talk, I'll be like, God.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
This is so this is so bad. Yeah, And I'm
not saying this kid, I think it. But it's like
if I'm in Detroit, I'm like, you're wearing a Bear's hat,
like you're talking crap about yourself, right, Like take the
hat off. That's embarrassing. Yeah, you're already you're already miserable.
I don't need to make it worse. You know. That's
like that's like you know, being mean to like the

(40:33):
feeble kid, you know, like you don't do that because
I don't. I don't need to hear it. It's already
miserable enough. We lose every week, Like I got it already.

Speaker 4 (40:41):
At one point, he was clapping when the Bears did
something good, and I put my hand in between his
hands and was like, you don't don't do that here,
and a lion's being.

Speaker 1 (40:48):
A couple of rows back, was like, eh, let them clip,
like so drunk.

Speaker 4 (40:52):
Like I'm like, first of all, stay out, like stay
in your relationship and get out of mind. But then
you guys started doing really well, and I turned back,
I said, are you happy now?

Speaker 1 (41:01):
And he's like, no, you can't clap anymore.

Speaker 5 (41:03):
Man, What would you What do you think he would
have done if the Bears would have won that game
in that suite, Well.

Speaker 4 (41:09):
We were in club seats, but it wasn't as sweet,
but I think, I mean, he.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
Would have been respectful.

Speaker 4 (41:14):
Yeah, yeah, he's he's not as big of an a
hole as you are, but he's got a.

Speaker 1 (41:22):
Bear shirt under his other shirt. Yeah. Let me tell
you something, Rufio. If I ever were in that situation
with you, and you know, I love you like a brother,
but like, it'd be one thing if you wore the
hat and people were mean to you like or you
just you didn't you were unassuming, but yet you were
still a Bears fan. That would be one thing. But
you wouldn't. You would. You would get in someone's face

(41:44):
and then I would leave you there. I would leave
you there, and I would love that. I would just
love Yeah, yes, because you would antagonize people and then
I can't defend that, so I'm sorry, but I would.
I would say, Jesus take the wheel, and I would
go home, uh and leave you there. Now, if people
were bothering you just because you existed as a fan,
now that's not cool. But you know, you would get
in someone's face and I would then get in the

(42:06):
uber and go home. Who's gonna hold me back?

Speaker 14 (42:09):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (42:09):
Well, whom sambaks back? You're the one guy. Yeah. I
don't want to go to any sort of games with you. No,
my wife watch TV with me. Yeah, watch the game
at home. Let alone go through a game. Yeah, No,
that's not happening. It's the Fred Show. Rufel. Shut up.

(42:33):
Does not feel good. I'm coming fast and hard, hard
and fast with the facts this morning. You can get
a long email about this Josie. If you agree with
rufeel thank you.

Speaker 10 (42:42):
I agree with Rufe.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
That's all we need from the caller. That's awesome. Fred's
show is on. Hey, good morning everyone, Backrod vacation December second. Yes,
it's Monday, and the Fred Show's here. Hi Kalin, good morning,
Hi Jason Brown, Hi, Hi Rufio Paulina, Hi, ki Ky,
good morning. Shelb is eight hundred bucks in the showdown

(43:05):
in about twenty minutes. You can wait if we can
beat our pop culture expert in five questions. Melahaminas here
on the phone and the text. The Entertainer report is
coming up. Waiting about the phone. Good news stories this hour,
blogs as well, what are you working on? K Well?

Speaker 4 (43:17):
One of Josh Allen's ex girlfriends, he's the Bill's QB,
had something to say about his new engagement and it
was not very nice.

Speaker 1 (43:25):
Oh no, it wasn't. Oh, I don't know where that's
out of order anyway.

Speaker 18 (43:32):
It's blogs, blogs, blogs, they have the radio blogs. I'm
the right show blogs. Well, aren't you guys less nasal
than the old guys? I can't do it as well.
It used to be blogs, you know, but it's not anymore.
All right, you want to hear about your Thanksgiving? Go okay,
dear blog.

Speaker 6 (43:50):
So you know, Thanksgiving was my birthday, in our birthday
for it and yes, thank you, thank you, and I
spent it with family. So we all gather at my
aunt's house and she was hosting. We brought a bunch
of food. Shout out to Bela. She provided some advertisers
for me. Kaylyn's boyfriend made me some fresh bread. So

(44:11):
I came ready to have a good time.

Speaker 1 (44:13):
Pmisary, now like what is this like? Are we are
we a cafeteria? What's it was? Giving pot luck? Okay,
the breadshell?

Speaker 6 (44:21):
Yes, So I brought all my little goodies. I made
some seafood salad. Yeah, and so I was ready to
have a good time. You know, Thanksgiving is like my
favorite holiday and it's usually around my birthday. So it's
just a good time. So we go, We begin dinner
and everybody gets their food and comes to the table
and my aunt was like watching everybody as we were eating,

(44:44):
and she just started noticing that we were all on
our phones, like everybody was scrolling and kind of just
you know, you make a little conversation and go back
to your phone.

Speaker 1 (44:53):
Whatever.

Speaker 6 (44:54):
This lady, okay, turn this dinner into a diddy party.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
She went, yes, yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 6 (45:03):
She went around and collected everybody's phone. She said, give me, like,
give me your phone, give me your phone, get me phone.
So we're all like, okay, maybe all right. She's like,
because you guys don't know how to disconnect, you don't
know how to socialize with one another, you haven't seen
each other all year, like you need to spend time
with each other. I'm like, good for her. What So
I'm like, okay, I'm thinking maybe she'll just do this

(45:24):
through dinner. No dinner is over and she's like, okay,
what we're doing next? And everybody's like, we need our phones,
Like can we get She's like, no, you guys won't
get your phones till you leave.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
You know me? You know me? Oh my god.

Speaker 6 (45:38):
I went I felt like I was going through withdrawals,
like from an addiction right now, where like I went
from like oh, she's so crazy, like we're gonna get
through dinner, and then it was like reality set in
that like I really have no access to my phone.

Speaker 1 (45:54):
Then I got angry so disagreed. Yes, yes, yes, an.

Speaker 7 (46:02):
Exception.

Speaker 1 (46:03):
Yeah, the desperation set in.

Speaker 6 (46:04):
So then me and my my friend we started running
around the house like trying to sneak around and figure
out where she put the phones.

Speaker 1 (46:11):
Y'all went down the streets to seven. It was torture.

Speaker 6 (46:15):
It was torture, and I'm like, I've never I never
felt like that. Like I literally I had the shakes,
like what about it's my birthday?

Speaker 1 (46:25):
What if Fred is calling?

Speaker 3 (46:26):
Me?

Speaker 1 (46:27):
Like you know, it was because when you're when you're
when you're mid on that one time.

Speaker 6 (46:39):
Yeah, but I'm like, I don't know what to do
with myself, and it just it was eye opening, Like
I don't know if that has ever happened to y'all,
but I can't.

Speaker 1 (46:49):
I can't do that good for you. Yeah, I thought
it was crazy. She had those plastic bags they have
with the concerts and stuff. She really did.

Speaker 6 (46:58):
She was not playing what a Yeah, we had to
really we had a disconnected Thanksgiving.

Speaker 4 (47:03):
I admire her because, like I think, I do agree,
like it's really hard for us to disconnect. I mean,
obviously people are probably also worried about.

Speaker 1 (47:11):
Like emergencies and stuff, but I admire it.

Speaker 4 (47:14):
I would be terrified to ask people for their phones
because of reactions like yours.

Speaker 1 (47:19):
So she's a g for that. Yeah, man, it was
because I was really concerned actually, because for about fifteen
minutes you were not live streaming. I had no idea
where you were driving, what you were doing. I had
no idea what you were cooking or eating. I really
didn't know. And then I tried to contact you, but
I wasn't able to reach you. This was really terrible.

(47:40):
But luckily on the sixteenth minute you came back.

Speaker 14 (47:42):
So there was a big Tim siding on your story
too slight, Yeah, there was. Emoji wasn't fast though, I
missed it, missed it. That boy consume.

Speaker 1 (47:54):
I'm telling you.

Speaker 6 (47:55):
We did karaoke at the while we were in prison
and thanks so we had a little jail karaoke and
Big Tim killed it. He really did well.

Speaker 1 (48:05):
I must have missed it while I was doing the
candlelight vigil for you. Waiting. Phone is two minutes away
after Do you yet? It's the Friend Show? Don't move
ever been left waiting by the phone. It's the Fred Show, Melanie,
Good morning, Welcome to the Fred Show. Hi guys, so
tell us about this guy Chris. We won all the background.

(48:28):
How you met about any dates that you've been on
and why do you think you're being ghosted? Just to
fill us in.

Speaker 16 (48:34):
Sure, So I met Chris on Mumble and he clicking
out for drinks. We went on one date and yeah,
thanks for going. Well it was you know, it's really
fun and I think we clicked. So we were after
drink crew on my place, so I'm sorry, I'm he

(48:58):
wanted to weave on my place and so I asked,
you know, he wanted to come out kind of my placing,
hang out for a little bit. Everything was totally PG
and like we just kissed and you know, it was fun,
but that was it, and yes, I want to see
him again. Everything went well, but I just don't know

(49:18):
why he hasn't called.

Speaker 1 (49:20):
Okay, Well that all sounds pretty promising. I mean, you know,
when you meet on these apps, you don't really know
if there's chemistry until you see the person in person.
And so that part went well. The drinks went well,
you had a good time, good enough to go back
to your house and you know, hook up a little
bit or I guess kiss and not really hook up,
but nonetheless that's all good. And you were hoping to

(49:40):
hear from him again. You were excited.

Speaker 16 (49:42):
Yeah, it's really excited. Yeah. I mean all we did
was kiss It was like, you know, really really pig
and then we got along and I mean more than that,
like I think we could. So yeah, I was just
wondering what happened?

Speaker 1 (49:54):
So what happened to this guy? So let's call Chris.
We'll see if we can get him on the phone
and ask some questions for you, and hopefully whatever's going on,
we can straightened it out, set you guys up on
another date, and we'll pay for that. All right, Okay,
we're gonna find out what's going on next in part
to you of waiting by the phone, then the Entertainmer
Report and eight hundred bucks with show bys Shelley all
in the next twenty minutes on The Fred Show. Chavarone,

(50:14):
The Fred Show is on and we're commercial free. Hey, Melanie, Yeah,
all right, welcome back. Let's call Chris. You guys met
on the dating app Bumble, went out for drinks, a
little kissing after the date back at your place. But
you want to know where this guy went because he's
not reaching out for another date. You fully expected that,
and you want to know why That's right? All right?
Let's call him right now. Good luck, Hu, Hi is

(50:42):
this Chris? Yeah, Chris, good morning Fred from the Fred Show.
The whole crew is here, and I'm sorry to bother,
but I do have to tell you that we are
on the air right now, and I would need your
consent to continue with the call. Can we chat for
a couple of minutes on the show?

Speaker 16 (51:00):
Little word?

Speaker 1 (51:00):
But yeah, sure, I might be too. No, well maybe not,
but let's talk about It's the thing we do called
waiting by the phone. There's a woman named Melanie who
you met on bumble and you guys went out for drinks.
Oh yeah, okay, right, So she called us and told
us that she had a great time with you at
drinks and that you guys kissed a little bit and
she was excited about the potential hope to hear from

(51:22):
you again, and so she hasn't. So can you kind
of fill us in as to why you haven't reached out?
Wait for real, big less Oh man? No, yeah, we
had a really fun day.

Speaker 3 (51:37):
No, yeah, So yeah, we had a really fun and
normal day like normally go away, like like everything was cool, fine,
and we'd made out and that was fun and stuff.
But then and so we get to her place and
she puts on some music and like some candles just
at the vine. I love, yeah, right, and like they

(51:59):
were this is like it's like kind of like silly,
but they were like good candles, you know, like when
I smelled it, I was like, oh, that's like.

Speaker 1 (52:05):
A that's like a night like that was good as
opposed to like those like the ones that spell like
turkey dinners or whatever. She didn't turn that she didn't burn,
that one would turn out. Yeah. I mean some might
say that's not good. I might say it is okay.
So anyway, so they're good smelling candles. You know, you

(52:25):
got the music going like this is she's set in
the mood. I don't see what where's the problem. So
then so.

Speaker 3 (52:31):
Then she she hooked her phone up to her smart TV.

Speaker 1 (52:35):
I think I think it was to play the music and.

Speaker 3 (52:38):
A photos blade show came out, or it was something
to have TV on the background. I don't know why
she did it, but the photos started coming up on
the TV. Then she went to grab drinks and I
was just chilling out and looking at the photos of
her family, her friends from the places she traveled. All cool,
and then like all of a sudden, like.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
Right in a row. It was one, two and then three.

Speaker 16 (53:01):
Back to back to back on the screen and not
and not that they were all.

Speaker 13 (53:09):
Like completely different.

Speaker 3 (53:11):
They were all different, all shapes and sizes, all like
colors of the rainbow. Like it was impressive, like it
was a good like I was like, go get it,
like go get your.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
Do this times. Now I have a fear that my
are gonna come up. You save them on the same
camera roll as everything else. I don't really save them,
but I didn't roof.

Speaker 4 (53:31):
You'll say the other day that it automatically goes into
your album if you get sent a photo.

Speaker 1 (53:35):
Because it really it does.

Speaker 4 (53:38):
And sometimes I said the vibe with like, you know,
a nice little side show.

Speaker 1 (53:41):
And now I'm scared a slid out the power point presentation,
Like when do you show it deck to people? Like
what some power present Yeah, in some cases it sounds
like that all all shames and sizes. He said, Wow,
So she's got a little collection going. I've had this

(54:05):
happened before. I've had this where like my buddies will
pull out their phone to show me a picture and
then it's like a picture of something else and they
scroll right past it like it didn't happen. Let me
bring Melanie into this. I forgot to mention that Melanie
is here. I always leave that part out. Yeah, Melanie,
you gotta you gotta find a safer place for those man.
They gotta go. They can't go with the mom and
dad trip to Ireland or whatever. You know what I mean.

(54:26):
You gotta put him somewhere else.

Speaker 16 (54:28):
Yeah, Okay, that's a sounder.

Speaker 1 (54:36):
Okay, Well here's my thing. Why why do you care, Chris?
Like why wouldn't you go on another day with her?
I mean so yeah, so she's been with other guys.
She's either I don't know, receiving or saving or finding
procuring other d picts. So she's got it.

Speaker 3 (54:50):
So what I know, it's stupid, but like like there
those those burned into my brain.

Speaker 7 (54:59):
Like a that like like kissing her or like if
we were.

Speaker 3 (55:02):
Kinda like like go all the way I have, like
I'd just be thinking of like those three.

Speaker 1 (55:08):
You know, so you kissed it too, buddy. Hey, we
don't know what she does those three. Maybe she just
saves the Maybe she's just an enthusiast, maybe she's yeah,
maybe she's just a fan. But you know she's a
fan and just like ast or something. Maybe she's a
doctor and those were privileged and they should probably should
have been there anyway, but nonetheless, maybe should have medical students.

(55:30):
She's studying urology.

Speaker 5 (55:32):
Shouldn't be like Halen who gets pictures from her friends like, hey,
is something wrong with my wha?

Speaker 1 (55:37):
What should call it?

Speaker 3 (55:40):
I don't know, maybe I mean they were pretty. They
were pretty, so like if it's that's that seems like
just like somebody.

Speaker 1 (55:46):
Complimenting, have a pretty one, I have so much. It
was yeah, pleasing, structured. Good for them.

Speaker 5 (55:54):
They take up the whole screen or is it you know,
full size picture?

Speaker 3 (55:58):
It was like, okay from really well. So one of
them was like like basically full screen, like it was
just right in my face, like, oh, that's like a giant.
And then the second one it wasn't as big, but
like the lighting was really good. It was like the
first thing yeah literally, and the second one was like
here's like like art like it was like it like

(56:19):
it should be in a museum or something. Yeah it
dude insecure, like listen, like go get it, like.

Speaker 1 (56:29):
You know, and so look, Chris, you can understand why
she might save these. I mean I can them. You
seem enamored with these photographs. I mean I can see what.

Speaker 3 (56:41):
I just I just it's like so in my head,
like I can't tell.

Speaker 13 (56:46):
It was just so much.

Speaker 1 (56:47):
One right after the other, like study things too. They
were on.

Speaker 3 (56:51):
Screen for a while, like and and yeah like that
she has a nice TV.

Speaker 1 (56:56):
So it was like boom in your head. It could
be some where he could be act and it could
be action shots. I mean, it could be so much
worse to yeah, oh boy, look so you can't get
over it, even though you really studied these and clearly
can you know, I mean you could probably like draw
me a picture you are not interested in seeing her

(57:16):
again because you're not going to be able to get over.

Speaker 3 (57:19):
I just can't get over. I know it's stupid and
like dumb, but I just yeah, they're they're burning my
red nose, and A're going to.

Speaker 1 (57:25):
Go over there, Melanie. They make apps and stuff where
you can hide these pictures, like conceal them other places
so that they don't pop up in the family travel.
Plus I mean this time it was him, but imagine
if it really was like your parents or family or
somebody coming over and you pull up the old shots.

(57:46):
I think.

Speaker 16 (57:49):
I don't know, I just I feel like, yeah, I
think they're really old and like whatever, they just popped
up and I don't know, you know, I mean the
technology and.

Speaker 12 (58:00):
Album and everything technology, but they're all.

Speaker 16 (58:07):
Together with my regular pictures. But I just couldn't get.

Speaker 1 (58:10):
That, Okay, all right, well, hey it's not gonna I
guess it's not gonna work out. Chris. I'm surprised, Chris,
you don't want to see her again? So you can
get it out of Look at the shots. All those
guys add to the collection. Bro, Come on now, not
bad the fame, you know what I mean? Good for you, Chris,
you do you mean you? Thank you both for your time.

Speaker 3 (58:33):
Of course I'm a going melody, but the luks you don't.

Speaker 16 (58:36):
Grace.

Speaker 1 (58:37):
So Kayleen has the Entertainer Report next eight hundred Bucks
with Shelby Shelley. Right after that, the French Show is
back in. Kaitlin's Entertainment Report is on the Fresh Show.

Speaker 4 (58:51):
Rapper P Diddy has been sued again, this time for
allegedly sexually assaulting a woman and dangling her from a
seventeenth story apartment balcony. So this lawsuit filed by a
woman named Brianna says this all went down while she
was staying at Ditty's then girlfriend Cassie's home in twenty sixteen.
She says that Diddy showed up late one night and

(59:12):
started to grope her when she rejected his advance.

Speaker 1 (59:15):
As she said, he dangled her over the balcony's edge.

Speaker 4 (59:18):
After he eventually pulled her back up, he assaulted her
and threw her into some patio furniture. She is seeking
ten million in damages as Ditty, of course, is being
held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Speaker 1 (59:31):
This made me so sad when I saw this.

Speaker 4 (59:33):
Actor James Vanderbeek is selling merch from his classic nineteen
ninety nine movie Varsity Blues to help pay for his
cancer treatments. A month ago, he announced that he's been
diagnosed with stage three at colorectal cancer. He did add
that he was in a good place, feeling strong, but
now he's sharing that he's partly covering the costs of
his treatment by selling signed Varsity Blues jerseys during the

(59:56):
movie's twenty fifth anniversary year, which is crazy. The shirts
were made to look like the jersey Warren by his
character in the movie Jonathan Mox Moxin.

Speaker 1 (01:00:04):
And it's a great movie if you haven't seen it.

Speaker 4 (01:00:07):
He noted on his Instagram page that one hundred percent
of his net proceeds are going to families recovering from
the financial burden of cancer, and then he wrote, including
my own. He was also in Dawson's Creek if you
didn't know that, but yeah, that kind of breaks my heart.

Speaker 1 (01:00:22):
But I ever thought he had like money, like money, money,
But I thought he had enough for sure from all
that stuff. Yeah, because Dawson's Creek and then yeah, Varsity
Blues and a bunch of stuff, I figured he had enough.

Speaker 10 (01:00:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:00:34):
Yeah, it made me really sad to read that Bill's
QB Josh Ellen and actress Hayley Seinfeld are engaged. They
shared the news on their respective instagrams with a photo
of them surrounded by candles. They started dating in the
spring of last year or before that, I don't know.
We first saw them then having dinner together in New York.
But there's a little drama with this proposal. So Josh's ex,

(01:00:58):
Brittany Williams is clay. I mean that her instagram was
hacked after screenshots are going around online showing her taking.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
A dig at their engagement.

Speaker 4 (01:01:07):
So in one of her Instagram posts, someone commented a
few days ago asking if she'd found the next pro
athlete to date yet after they got engaged her ex
and Hayley, and in a now deleted comment, she responded, writing,
Luckily my boyfriend owns a team and doesn't play for one.
I don't have to be with another brain dead CTE athlete. Yeah,

(01:01:27):
which is really really heavy stuff. She later said, my
accounts have been hacked several times tonight, trying to get
it resolved. If anyone has any tips, please let me know.

Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
It seems a little on the nose.

Speaker 4 (01:01:39):
I have to try the old hacking one, but she
tried it, so I don't know. But that's really that's aggressive.

Speaker 1 (01:01:46):
I hate it when that happens. I hate it when
when my account attacked and it's something Ie the terrible hacker.

Speaker 4 (01:01:56):
No stop hacking me and saying exactly my thoughts, my
old thoughts. In other wild engagement news, Martin Lawrence and
Eddie Murphy are now going to be in laws because
Martin's daughter Jasmine is engaged to Eddie sun Eric. They've
been dating since July of twenty twenty one, Eric met
Jasmine through.

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
Her uncle, so some famous in laws.

Speaker 3 (01:02:17):
So there you go.

Speaker 4 (01:02:18):
By the way, if you are looking for some last
minute Christmas present or maybe a white elephant present, because
I know I have to get a couple this year.
We do have a merch store, the Fred Show Merch Store,
and we would love so much if you brought the
Fred Show to your White Elephant gift exchange. You can
find the link for the store on Fredshowradio dot com.

Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
Well, what a creative spin, Caitlin. I love it. That
was really nice.

Speaker 4 (01:02:42):
Well, I actually think that I am buying stuff from
our merch store for my white Elephant gifts.

Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
So it's true. Wow, I can't wait for Next Hour,
you know, Honokas coming up? Yeah, i'lluse it up for
next Hour for you. Yeah you know, Hey, it's cane
and for the French show. Uh what's the advent calendar?

Speaker 3 (01:03:05):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:03:06):
And we don't have one, but we could have one
and wow, maybe next year. Okay, Caitlyn Kwanza is approaching and.

Speaker 4 (01:03:16):
Listen whatever it takes, honey, I'm shocked that we didn't
sell out after Jason and I's so commercial.

Speaker 1 (01:03:24):
That was well done. That was really well done. I
actually was a little envious. That was one video I
would love to have been a part of because I've
been to watch qb ST later night. Yeah you know me,
I don't like I don't like the little skits and stuff,
but like, you guys did such a good job with that.
But I I think I could do that for a living,
Like I've watched enough of it. I think I could
sell just about anything serious fun.

Speaker 4 (01:03:46):
But you could tell that our social media girl who
was filming it had never seen QBC because she she
just was like deadpan the whole time. And I'm like,
oh God, maybe we're not being funny, But I don't
think she supposed Yeah, it was crutch, but I think
she had just never seen QBC.

Speaker 1 (01:04:02):
But Jason and I might go into that it's so funny.
You guys did a good job. I went and bought
more Fred Show stuff. Go thank you please, Yeah for
all my friends for uh for hanakuf So I did that. Yeah,
Fred Show Radio dot com. But today is the last
day in case Kitlin Can mentioned that today is the
very last day for our friend show merch if you

(01:04:22):
were so inclined, And no, we're not making any money
on it. One dollar from each item that we sell
goes to Larry Children's Hospital in Chicago's if we ever
wanted a shirt or whatever. Uh, it's all up there.
The water bottles are really something special. Jason can tell
you all about the water right. Yeah, there's one right
here in front of you. I'm gonna do some asm
R No, I'm listening sound like quality. Listen what I

(01:04:48):
think quality? I think that's sound. Put whatever you want
in that way with the sweatpants. You can put whatever
you want of those bad boys period already for you now.
Freendshow Radio dot com eight hundred bucks show by Shelley.
Can you beat our pop culture expert in five questions?
And uh and get paid? Her record is nine seventy

(01:05:09):

Speaker 1 (01:05:29):
Hi show Shelley, Hi, good morning. How was your Thanksgiving?
It was fine. It was very relaxing.

Speaker 19 (01:05:38):
We did like a little thing by ourselves and we
went to a neighbors and then we put up Christmas
lights and the Christmas tree.

Speaker 1 (01:05:45):
Rat. Wow, it's pretty productive. Actually yeah wow? So do
you do you put like Christmas lights around your live
laugh love sign? Allie?

Speaker 19 (01:05:56):
Pictures of all my little signs that I pulled out.
I was gonna post them my little Merry Christmas and joy, and.

Speaker 13 (01:06:05):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
I have all that. So yes, whenever I go to home,
I'm always at home Goods and whenever I'm there those signs,
and I'm like, who buys these? I know she Shelley.
I wasn't let Shelley take this home over there. I
know where Kikky's kitchen is, Itsky's kitchen, home is, where

(01:06:30):
the wine is. I know where the pantry is to
because it says and laundry won't get lost? Fine that No, Nope,
Rachel is your challenger today for eight hundred bucks. Hi, Rachel,
good morning, Hi, good morning. Can you hear me? Okay, Rach? Oh, yes,
I can tell us all about you.

Speaker 15 (01:06:52):
Sure.

Speaker 10 (01:06:53):
I live in Chicago. I have two cats named Billy
and Walter.

Speaker 1 (01:06:58):
Okay, all right, well hi to the cam, Hi do you?
And eight hundred bucks is the price? Nine seventy seven
and sixty six of Shelley's record. She's won fourteen straight.
But you know, we've all been off for a few days,
so it might be a little rusty. Let's see how
it goes. I hope you win too. Oh man, okay,
all right, good luck, all right. In all the respect Shelley,
get the hell out. Off to the sound boof poof,

(01:07:19):

became the highest grossing movie based on a musical of
all time? Britney Spears is forty two today? Multiple choice?
Which of these is not one of her songs? Sometimes
I want to be with you or give me more,

(01:07:40):
I want to be with you, It's not which comedian
joked about one of her DUIs at the same event
where she was arrested last year.

Speaker 15 (01:07:49):
Oh jeez, three to.

Speaker 1 (01:07:57):
Match. Well, I think we take that right. Yeah at
the buzzer.

Speaker 18 (01:08:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
Jessica Albert was spout at Tanning on vacation the way
Yeah Jason Brown of all people, Yeah, you can hit
him up if you have an issue. It's j R. Brown.
Jessica Albert was spout at Tanning on vacation in Mexico.
What is the name of her baby? And Beauty Company

been revealed. Who played Wolverine in the movie? You got
a three? The last one wrong? Right? Thank you? That's
a three? How did it go? Three? She got the

(01:08:49):
last one wrong? Three? Did he say the wrong? He said?
Who played Wolverine? Oh?

Speaker 15 (01:08:55):
He did?

Speaker 1 (01:08:55):
Okay, okay, don't say me. Don't sit back. Not not
the time to discuss. Now that Shelley is back, here
we go. Cover your ears, Shelly. It'll be fine. See
hear a thing? What just became the highest grossing movie
based on a musical of all time, Wicked. That's right.
Britney Spears is forty two today. These is not one

(01:09:18):
of her songs multiple choice sometimes I want to be
with you or gimme more I want to be with you.
It's a Maddy Moore song, which comedian jokes about one
of her DUIs at the same event where she was
arrested last year. Oh that's right. Jessica Alba was spotted

(01:09:42):
tanning on vacation in Mexico. What is the name of
her beauty A Baby and Beauty Company? Honest? That's right,
The Honest Company and a deleted joke from Deadpool and
Wolverine has been revealed. Who played Wolverine in the movie,
Hugh Jackman. Yeah, that's right. Why were our things not good?
I'm like, I don't okay, I took them. I took

(01:10:05):
the mouse. Yeah, I'm like, get your head off my mouse.
Never mind. We only got one ding for the business.
Only got one. All right, that's a win for Shelley
win number nine, seventy eight, fifteen straight, eight fifty tomorrow
and Rachel, you have to say it. I'm sorry. You

(01:10:25):
did a good job. But my name is Rachel. I
got showed up on the Showdown, and you know the rest.
My name is Rachel, and I got showed up on
the showdown. Man, Oh, thanks for having me. Oh that's okay, Yeah,
that's exactly how it goes. It goes. My name is Rachel.

real Rachel's a new listener, but I she'll be calling
back tomorrow. Okay, So nice, Rachel, you tried to wrap

(01:11:13):
you try to wrap me in the gorilla. You're like,
that's good, Okay, Yeah, I got it, Fred, Rachel, hang
on a second, have a good day, and thank you
for listening. Welcome all right, thanks for having me stay
right there. Yeah, I'm a new listener, which means she'll
call in fifteen minutes for something else, which is fine
because we only have thirteen of you. I don't know

(01:11:34):
what happened, what happened who she replaced? Did Jenny say
she's never going to listen again? Yeah, Jenny, she'll be back.
She got mad. We were on vacation. She's like, you
guys don't deserve it. Yeah before Fred, Yeah, oh yeah,
she's back now, don't Jenny? We need it please, Jenny. Yeah.
Then I heard Marissa. I think she moved to a

(01:11:55):
country didn't have the internet, so she can't stream. So
that's how we're only at thirteen as we added Rachel,
but we lost what's your name? So anyway, Yeah, we
know him all my name, all of you, We know
all of you my name, you know. I almost kind
of feel that way to be honest some days. But
let's come back next. Kinta Key's Court. I don't think
we knew what the button bump was, but I'm bump girl.
Your kid sucks? Sorry? Wow to the point. More fread show.

(01:12:26):
Next Freads show is on. Hey back from vacation. Good
morning everybody, Monday, December second, Hi Kaylin, good morning, Hi
Jason Brown, Hi Proofio, Hello, Paulina, Hi, Hi Ki Ki,
Good morning show. Busy is here, Bellahmin on the phones
in the text eight five five five nine one one

(01:12:46):
o three five Ki kis court is next butt on
bump girl, your kid sucks? Just like that, Just like that, Okay,
just like that. Fun fact. This hour the entertainer of
fort trending stories all coming up. What are you working on?
K We are talking a big sports brawl. We are
talking a mascot who got a little too flirty, a

(01:13:06):
big sports bra, sports Bra Sports and.

Speaker 4 (01:13:13):
I'll tell you who used their husband in the shower
to sell one of their product lines.

Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
Oh I want to hear about the big sports brother. Yeah,
tell me tell me something about that. Sadly, you want
to hear about that. I'll stick around anyway. Two minutes
away from Kiki's court after Sabrina Carpenter, is the Friend
Show a fresh show? It's K's court. Alright, all right,

(01:13:40):
the honorable Kiki Leak is in attendance. Take it away, please,
all right, let's step in the courtroom. The gabble has
been hit. It says, hey, Ki Ki, please help me
with this.

Speaker 6 (01:13:50):
My daughter is a future w NBA superstar and she
currently leads her basketball team. She's been playing since she
was five years old and now she's ten. She plays
for our Park District team. In every season, she leads
her team to victory. However, there's a new girl that
joined our team this season, and to be completely honest,

(01:14:11):
she sucks. She literally can't dribble a ball to save
her life. She's slightly overweight, and she has two left feet.
I have no clue why her mother would torture all
of us by putting her on our team. I've complained
to the coach about giving her playing time, but he
always says he has to because her parents pay the
fees for her to play. I feel like every time

(01:14:34):
this girl plays, she makes it harder for my daughter
to win. I finally reached my breaking point when she
cost us the last game, and I lost my cool
and yelled out get her out of here. From the
stands I apologize after, but now they're threatening to ban
me from attending games. I'm truly considering, though, moving my
kid to another team, but she's begging to stay and

(01:14:56):
play with her friends.

Speaker 1 (01:14:57):
What should I do? I hate that my kid has
a suffer because her teammate is trash. I mean, you
could just do the topic on the area that kid
on the car. I thought of you.

Speaker 6 (01:15:11):
I thought of you immediately when I read this, because
I know you are that parent I am. But Rufo,
you cannot go over doing this.

Speaker 1 (01:15:19):
Like honestly, honestly, I feel like the girl should stay
on the team.

Speaker 5 (01:15:25):
It'll make her a better player playing with people that
are at the same skill level as her. And if
she was that good as a player, she should be
helping her teammate be better. She should be helping her
assist her to make a part of the team. That
this guy, look at this guy, I know.

Speaker 1 (01:15:47):
Let me say what I would never do.

Speaker 5 (01:15:48):
That that doesn't happen, then I'm taking my kid to
another team.

Speaker 6 (01:15:52):
That's real though, that that's a very mature way to
look at it. I you know me, I was this
kid slightly overweight to left ball. My parents put me
in every sport. I did ballet, I did tap dance,
I did of course, I couldn't do any of it.

Speaker 1 (01:16:06):
So I understand.

Speaker 6 (01:16:08):
You know, they are gonna be children on the team
that are not as good as your kid. You cannot
scream and yell and act out. And this is not
the WNBA. This is the partnership, right, you know what?
This is a hot seventy dollars for the season and
you out here acting like your kid is lebron Like, please, lady,
it's not that deep. And you are being a horrible

(01:16:29):
example for your child yelling at kids that are not
like from the stand like, what is wrong with you?

Speaker 5 (01:16:33):
You actually on hands And the funny thing this is
like if she were to take her kid to a
more competitive league, Yeah, kid might not be the best
player on that team anymore.

Speaker 1 (01:16:41):
And then what and then what how are you gonna
act this? Yeah? What are you gonna do when some
funny screams that your kids sucks? Right exactly?

Speaker 6 (01:16:48):
Like this is this is this is crazy. And I
don't think you need to remove your kid from the team.
I think you, as a adult need to mature, like
get your life together.

Speaker 1 (01:16:57):
True, Well, here's okay, eight five five five nine, one
one three five call now please if you have somebody
to say, you guys are the jury in Kiki Sport.
I would say this, If it's just one kid that's
not good, and you know, again you mentioned it's for
a park league or whatever, anybody can sign up, then
you have to take that into consideration. But if your
kids is that much better than everybody else, then maybe

(01:17:20):
you should consider finding a more challenging environment for your
own kid as opposed to complaining about the other kids
that aren't as good. You know, like, okay, so your
kid's gifted. Maybe, But then again, you're also going to
take into consideration. This is how parents talk about their
own kids. Sure, I mean, if you if you line
up all the parents that we know and ask them
about you know, if their kids good at something, they're

(01:17:40):
the best at it. I mean, but that's not possible.
How can every kid be in everything? Yeah? Because again,
like parents tend to uh, you know, sort of over
indulge when it comes to their their their their children's
own prowess because I think they think it's a reflection

(01:18:01):
on them. But so, if your kid's that much better
than everybody else and put them on a different team, right.

Speaker 6 (01:18:06):
I mean, that's what I would suggested. But she's probably
scared because, like Rufio mentioned, you take your kid, put
her on a better team, and now your kid is
not the star. Your kid is not the MVP anymore.
You know that that is a hard thing to accept sometimes. Yeah,
my parents never had this problem, so I don't really know.
This is, in fact, not a story about me. I

(01:18:28):
think I was the one the people were screaming, this
kid sucks them off the team.

Speaker 1 (01:18:32):
And they were like, Hi, you're so tall. That's exactly
what it was. They're like, we're gonna put this kid
on varsity all four years because eventually, maybe he can
use his hype for something. And the joke was on
them because they never to this day, I've never really
managed to to use the hype for well much. But

(01:18:56):
let me see here, preached Key Key, one of the
techs seven seven three. Her child clearly isn't suffering if
she's asking her to stay on the team. The mom
needs to stop worrying about her ego and let her
kid be a kid. If she's that good, she should
be playing on a competitive team like the travel districts.

(01:19:18):
This isn't even travel basketball. Somebody said, not that it
would matter. Refs and coaches will kick parents out all
the time in travel hockey games their kids. All the
games lead to beer game? Or was it all roads
lead to beer leagues like a league, like a fun league?
Oh okay, I don't know. I'm not included in those either. Yes,

(01:19:45):
how you doing Jackie? Hey?

Speaker 10 (01:19:47):
Hey guys, how are you?

Speaker 12 (01:19:49):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (01:19:49):
Good morning Kiki's court? What say you?

Speaker 10 (01:19:52):
Okay? So I had called a while ago in reference
to you guys were having a segment about bad parents, uh,
bad sports parents, and I was one of them talking
about my daughter being in volleyball, and you guys thrilled
me to hell because.

Speaker 1 (01:20:15):
No, not at all, not at all. I'm sorry, you're
obviously confused. This terrible these terrible people that did that.
You anyway, No, okay, let talk you guys.

Speaker 10 (01:20:45):
Okay, won't you give me a chance?

Speaker 1 (01:20:47):
Okay?

Speaker 10 (01:20:48):
So I was like, look, okay, so.

Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
Okay.

Speaker 10 (01:20:52):
So basically what I'm saying is that I feel like
if if my when my daughter and you guys drilled
me for talking crap to the other kids in the stand, right,
I mean in the in the in the on the court.

Speaker 4 (01:21:05):
Right.

Speaker 10 (01:21:06):
So but now my daughter, and you said well, and
Rufio said that, Oh well, what if your daughter now
that you said that, what if she turns out like
crap as a player when she gets older? How are
you going to feel about that? Guess what? My daughter
is a team volleyball at high school now and she's

(01:21:29):
rocking it out and they got rid of the crabby players,
probably because I was.

Speaker 17 (01:21:35):
Who I was.

Speaker 10 (01:21:36):
Yeah the time?

Speaker 1 (01:21:39):
Are you even allowed to watch your kids play volleyball?
From thee.

Speaker 16 (01:21:48):
Right now?

Speaker 1 (01:21:54):
All right?

Speaker 6 (01:21:55):
I do?

Speaker 10 (01:21:55):
I love you guys so much, but no, I appreciated
your feedback the first time. I'm because I did try
to domb it down after that because y'all made me
feel so bad. So then I'm like, okay, I'm gonna change.

Speaker 1 (01:22:08):
So I it's gonna be very exciting, Jackie. Once your
kid plays on TV, you're able to watch again from afar.
That's gonna be great. From very a far. It's good.
What's what's all those training orders don't apply anymore? You're
gonna love it so good?

Speaker 15 (01:22:25):
You got it, buddy, Jackie to.

Speaker 1 (01:22:33):
Email, She served my ass up. You see how sometimes
I got a guide the conversation a little bit. You
see how I got to kind of poke people into
getting to the point you try. It's kind of it's
kind of my job. And occasionally people are like stop talking.
I'm like, no, I just need you to say what
you're called about. But hey, am I am her? Good morning?

(01:22:54):
How are you good? How are you very well? Kiki score?
What do you think? Well?

Speaker 16 (01:23:00):
I think my son, I have a I.

Speaker 11 (01:23:02):
Got a big boy. He's did a sixth grade almost
two hundred pounds, almost six foot tall, and he wanted
to play soccer. And I was like, you sure you
don't want to do like.

Speaker 10 (01:23:17):
Like right right, I don't go soccer and.

Speaker 11 (01:23:22):
Like tennis are probably not your future kid, but you know,
but I'm very well.

Speaker 1 (01:23:26):
No, no, hold on a second, I need I need
I need to clarify one thing. He's in sixth grade
and he's six foot, two hundred pounds. Yeah, so, I
don't know if you're familiar with Fred's sports management agency.
I am currently building a roster of of young aspiring athletes,
and I think i'd like to sign your son to

(01:23:47):
an agreement right now on this right. Yeah, okay, So
then so not soccer, not ballet, maybe not not tennis
and how's that going?

Speaker 11 (01:23:58):
And so we find him out. I wanted to do
spring soccer, and I was super realistic with him. I'm like, listen, kid,
there's going to be like this is a.

Speaker 1 (01:24:06):
Lot of running, you know.

Speaker 11 (01:24:11):
But I think it is more of the parents. Yeah,
because like all of the kids on his team that
were like leagues above him, everyone was so kind and
like helpful, and there were times where I'm like, oh
my god, that's my kid out on the field. This
is this is not don't pass the ball.

Speaker 13 (01:24:30):
And all of all of the kids.

Speaker 11 (01:24:32):
So I think it one hundred percent comes back to
the parents. Just you just gotta let your kids. They're
going to learn one way or another.

Speaker 10 (01:24:39):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:24:39):
So that isn't it funny? How like you can sometimes
spot the kids like I may not. I may go
to a game where my friend's kids or whatever, and
I don't know the kids, I don't know the parents,
but I can almost immediately match the two based on
how the parents are acting and how the kids are acting.
And it's like, I know, I'd like, for example, if
I didn't know Rufio, I would know exactly which kid

(01:25:00):
was for sure. So yeah, thank you, thank you. Amber
have a great day.

Speaker 11 (01:25:07):
Thank you too.

Speaker 1 (01:25:09):
Glad you called. You'd be the one out there yelling
whatever is not the rules, it's not the rules. Just
two gold Come on, I won. Yeah, I would have
zero except for the fact that they look identical. Except
for that, I would definitely know which kid was Rus Andrea. Hi, Hi, Hey,

(01:25:36):
good morning, so Keiki's court. Just to recap your Keiki
judge Keey, make sure I get this right. This woman's
upset because her kid is basically better, in her opinion,
than every other kid on this this park league basketball team,
and she wants the kids that suck off the team, yes, immediately,
and she's been very vocal about that.

Speaker 12 (01:25:53):
What do you think, Well, that's terrible that I couldn't
imagine that, honestly, But I wanted to say I am
the mom with the new kid on the team this
year for basketball, this is his first year playing at
his school in his school team, and I just I
couldn't imagine that. But with my son being the first

(01:26:15):
his first year playing his teammates, the moment he gets
like a rebound or an assist or something, his teammates
go crazy and it's just like it's so nice to see.

Speaker 1 (01:26:27):
And not only that, but the parents.

Speaker 12 (01:26:29):
The parent so many parents have already said, we're so
happy to have Aaron on the team. Oh, like you know,
it's it's it's a team effort. And you know, I
just couldn't imagine being the parent of the of the
girl that you know isn't as good as as the
other girl. It's just you know, no, that's that's not acceptable.

Speaker 1 (01:26:48):
Yeah. I mean I remember growing up, my parents used
to say to me, like, there's always going to be
somebody who's better at things than you are, Like, no
matter how good you think you are. And I think
that's a that's a good thing. And I guess in
this case, if that if that's her, then so be it.
But maybe she needs to be on a team where
there's somebody better than her. And maybe this mom needs
to be humbled a little bit. I don't know, So

(01:27:09):
this is something to work towards.

Speaker 12 (01:27:12):
Yeah, definitely, no, that's no.

Speaker 1 (01:27:15):
Yeah, Andrea, thank you for calling. Have a great day.
Thanks you too, glad you called. Let me see here, Annaselli,
good morning, Good morning, Fred. Hi, don't yell at me please, Kiki.

Speaker 15 (01:27:31):
I just wanted to say thank you guys for the
story was so great, was the perfect thing for a
Monday morning. I am all on keeky side. I cannot
believe that the mom would just shout at the poor
little kids like that could be a highlight for them
just being on the basketball team, like playing with their friends.

Speaker 11 (01:27:47):
Then they're not that great.

Speaker 15 (01:27:48):
And it's just like absolutely insane that the mom thought
it was okay just be like stream at these poor
little kids.

Speaker 1 (01:27:55):
Yeah. I kind of hope that at some point that
mom gets humbled by some other kids, parents who you know,
the kid's better or something. You know, it gets a
little taste of her own medicine, see how it feels.
Not that I think that she'll care or that doesn't
strike me as a person who has the self awareness
to realize, you know, what's going on. But yeah, that
would be nice if at some point she gets to

(01:28:17):
see what that's.

Speaker 15 (01:28:18):
Like, right exactly, and if she really thinks her daughter
is that great, then yeah, take your kid off the
team and go to it and maybe a better team,
and then maybe he'll be humble.

Speaker 1 (01:28:27):
They'll see like that, girls like I just want to
play with my friends.

Speaker 6 (01:28:30):
Yes, the kids, it's always the parents, always, the kids
are there to have a good time.

Speaker 1 (01:28:35):
You know, they like winning, they like playing.

Speaker 6 (01:28:37):
It's always the crazy parents screaming from the stands, yelling
at the coaches, the throwing stuff like they mess it
up every time.

Speaker 1 (01:28:47):
Yeah, honestly, thank you have a great day. You well,
thank you, thank you for listening. Somebody texted, the girl
who quote unquote sucks is going to end up six '
three and in the w NBA. There you go, that
makes sense. These are kids, you know, you can't say anything.
By the way, Kiki, let me get this kid's number.
I must see if she wants to be part of
the agency. I mean, if she's that good, you know,

(01:29:11):
she get her signed up along with the you know,
six year oldest two hundred pounds and sixty nine or whatever.
The entertainer reports. Calin's entertainer report he is on the
press show.

Speaker 4 (01:29:21):
Justin Timberlake canceled his show in Oklahoma City for tonight
after suffering some sort of back injury at his show
in New Orleans on November twenty fifth, and Justin has
canceled multiple shows during his the Forget Tomorrow World tour.
Remember in October he had to reschedule six shows due
to bronchitis and laryngitis and also canceled a show in

(01:29:43):
Jersey thirty minutes prior to doors opening because of what
they called some sort of undisclosed injury. So that's what's
going on with him, hmm is exactly my thoughts. M.

Speaker 1 (01:29:55):
He's been canceled all kind. I mean, I know he's
had some issues court appearances and whatever, but he's been
canceling a lot of stuff. Yeah, yeah, like almost ten
shows I mean at this point. So I don't know
what's going on with him after what? Oh I just
that quote comes up. This is going to ruin the tour, right,
You're ruining the world tour?

Speaker 5 (01:30:15):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:30:15):
Well, the guy was prophetic what tour exactly? Man, Come on,
get to work fits yourself.

Speaker 4 (01:30:23):
Actor Rupert Grint, who you know as Ron Weasley from
the Harry Potter franchise, is facing a two point three
million dollar bill after he lost a legal battle regarding taxes.
So he was ordered to pay the money back in
twenty nineteen after the UK Tax Agency investigated his return
from seven years prior to that. The agency said he
wrongly classified five point seven million in residuals from the

(01:30:45):
Harry Potter movies like DVD sales, syndication, streaming rights, and
other sources as capital asset or as a capital asset
rather than income, which is subject to a much higher
tax rate. His lawyers appealed, but after years of dealing
with all this, a judge ruled against the actor last week.
As you know, he started in all eight Harry Potter

(01:31:06):
movies between one and twenty eleven as Harry's best friend
and earned around thirty million from the role. He previously
lost a separate court battle over a one point three
million dollar tax refund in twenty nineteen.

Speaker 1 (01:31:19):
So I don't know what kind of might the situation
stuff he's trying to do, but you got you better
be careful, man. You're gonna go to jail if you
miss this.

Speaker 4 (01:31:28):
Things got real ugly on the field after Michigan upset
number two Ohio State on Saturday, the Ohio State because
as Michigan players attempted to plant their flag on their
bitter rivals home turf, they were confronted by some of
the Buckeyes and a big old brawl kind of broke out.
It was so bad that Cobbs had used pepper spray
to break up the players.

Speaker 1 (01:31:50):
I don't know if you were watching, but like they
were all grabbing their eyes.

Speaker 4 (01:31:53):
The Big Ten Conference announced that it find Michigan and
Ohio State one hundred thousand each for violating the conferences
sportsmanship policy, but Ohio State says that their cops are
going to be investigating the fight. Speaking of college ball,
a Syracuse football reporter says the Miami mascot was hitting
on her during the game. Ashley win Skosky, a sports

(01:32:17):
anchor and reporter for c NY Central, called out the
Hurricanes mascot Sebastian for hitting on her at the Carrier
Dome on Saturday. She wrote, Sebastian just kneeled down and
asked for my number mid drive. It feels like he
has bigger things to worry about with his team on
the ropes in the fourth quarter at the Dome.

Speaker 1 (01:32:34):
But who am I to say?

Speaker 4 (01:32:35):
Lots of people on social word defending her, saying that
mascots probably shouldn't be hitting on reporters or anyone for
that matter.

Speaker 1 (01:32:42):
Shoot your shot, you know what I mean. If you're
a big sort of whatever costume, shoot your.

Speaker 9 (01:32:47):
Shot right, I'd be like, hello, who's been there? I'm
not talking, but right, the fiest hell girl do you
take a shot on love? And do you say okay,
because I don't know what you look like. You know,
but you had the but you had the balls to
walk up to me in a you know, Dumbo costume
or whatever and asked me out, you know, sight unseen.

Speaker 1 (01:33:10):
So do you go you know what? Sure? Why not?
It's my own little love is blind? Or do I say,
uh no, you're an idiot, I'm not doing it. I'm
going no on that one. Oh oh, you're going to
go out with someone you've never seen. I like mascots
and we have to like you in a sexual.

Speaker 5 (01:33:28):
Cool someone will get a lot of dough.

Speaker 1 (01:33:31):
Yeah, like the fluffies or stuff. She's that's what it is.
Whatever every day right, okay, Yeah, she likes in the car.
Oh my god. Right, she's got a fetish for mascots
and real quick.

Speaker 4 (01:33:50):
Malana tou led the way to a record setting Thanksgiving
Day weekend at the box office. Wicked, of course, came
and second, and then Glad You or two collected like
forty four million doing well. Yeah, it's doing well. I
mean movies are so back, the theater is back, and
I got to see the other two. But Wicked was
amazing by the way, you guys, this is I'm sounding alarms.

(01:34:15):
It is the last day that you can buy anything
from our merch store.

Speaker 1 (01:34:20):
This is the last day.

Speaker 4 (01:34:21):

we do, we don't know when last day. We got hats,
we got water bottles, we got joggers, we got sweatshirts,

Speaker 1 (01:34:43):
Okay, come on, so that what the birthday, whatever birthday

Speaker 4 (01:34:48):
That one most birthdays anything. Fresher Radio dot com is
where you click that. But it is the last day, people, Caitlin.

Speaker 1 (01:34:56):
When's I'm just curious though, because I'm just wondering when
would be the last time that I could order it's
from the French show store because you haven't mentioned when
it's over? When when is it over?

Speaker 15 (01:35:06):
Though?

Speaker 1 (01:35:06):
It's over today, y'all? Okay, everything must go. So when
I ask you tomorrow, then you're gonna tell me I
can't do it anymore.

Speaker 4 (01:35:16):
No, when you hit me up in my d MS
saying you're so sorry, but you know you stub your
toe and you weren't able to get around.

Speaker 1 (01:35:22):

Speaker 13 (01:35:41):

Speaker 1 (01:35:43):
Yeah? Oh love that, well not thet we haven't had
a hat already, so by the hats, okay, all right,
they get you a discount. No code. I'm just trying
to figure out. I'm gonna say, was it's my credit
card already. I gotta go drive and pick it up myself. Hi, Rufio,
buy it all? Yeah, Fred Show Radio dot com. Yeah,

(01:36:05):

So if you ever and by the way, that a
couple of the shirts, say one of the thirteen, because
was that your idea? Jason? No, was our bosses idea? Actually? Yeah,
he knows about this show. He does.

Speaker 4 (01:36:25):
He does all right, I'm gonna go find him and
see if he bought his merch because he does.

Speaker 1 (01:36:31):
Actually some thing taells me he didn't. But anyway, Fred
Show Radio dot Com. If you want some stuff, and
today is the last day to get it, so and
please don't ask us. I don't know if you've heard
earlier that today's the last day, but please don't ask tomorrow. Please.
I beg of you, and I know I know some
of you will get snarky and ask tomorrow and you're kidding.
But for those of you who are not kidding, today's

(01:36:51):
the last day, please go get it, Okay. I don't
know if we emphasize that enough. The Fun Factor More
Pread Show next a Fread Show, Fread's Fun Fact.

Speaker 10 (01:37:02):
Fred's Fun.

Speaker 16 (01:37:09):
So much.

Speaker 1 (01:37:10):
I learned so much. If the point of Black Friday
Cyber Monday is to get me to buy stuff, really,
what it's accomplished so far today and Friday for that matter,
and over the weekend was to get me to unsubscribe
to about everything. I mean, you guys, some of y'all.
I don't mean y'all, but I just mean, like you know,
collective y'all. Some of y'all stores, Uh, you guys did

(01:37:33):
your big one and you abused my email over the
weekend and I unsubscribed and now I have no idea
what's for sale. But I didn't need seven emails in
one day reminding me of the thing I already decided
in the first email I didn't want. But I mean, damn,
this has nothing to do with the fun fact. I'm
just sitting here unsubscribing. Like that's how how violently upset

(01:37:54):
I am about this? Violently upset? I'm going I'm taking
the extra cly, I'll just delete the email and be
like whatever, it's fine, you know, I'll just if it's
a brand, I like, I'll just delete it. Yeah, but
if you email me every day, three or four times
a day for five straight days, now, it's to the
point where I'm gonna find the unsubscribed and when I
go to unsubscribe, by the way, don't send me another

(01:38:15):
email telling me that I unsubscribed.

Speaker 5 (01:38:17):
I know, I just did it, okay, or that'll take
five to seven days for the unsubscription to go through.

Speaker 1 (01:38:23):
I'm like, okay, this just stop these emails. Please, guys
are abusing me. Um, here we go the fun fact today,
did you know there's a species of lizard that shoots
blood from its eyes. That's crazy. It's called the Texas
horned lizard. The blood is mixed with a chemical that

(01:38:45):
has a repellent taste, especially to common predators like wolves
and coyotes. So these spike little guys can aim the
blood it with surprising accuracy, and it can travel as
far as five feet. And if that doesn't work, the
lizard's covered in spikes and it can off off its body,
so the spikes protrude dangerously. I would say it's the
blood from the eyes that would do it for me.

(01:39:06):
I wouldn't get close enough for the spikes. I would
think the blood from the eyes would be like, ah,
you know what, we're not We're gonna go find something
else to eat, you know what I mean, We're gonna go.
We're gonna go to another predator or another prey or whatever.
Like I'm all set with that. I'm not getting close
enough for the spikes. But yeah, so there you go.
There's a species of lizard that shoots blood from its eyes. Yeah.

(01:39:33):
It was that or an office coffee cup fact, and
I thought this one was more impactful. So more breadshell next,
