upset his family. I mean, we've seen it online with
this memoir, but new documents are showing that she's trying
to make sure that she's the only one who can
profit off of his name. So TMZ got their hands
on the NDA that his family says that Alison had
them signed in order to attend his funeral, and it

essentially financially blocks them from doing what she's doing, aka
collecting money from a memoir about their relationship and his death. Now,
under this NDA, twitch Is family and others who signed
it agreed to hand over any proceeds from interviews, books, articles,
or programs about him straight to Alison, which I think
would deter anyone. As you know, his family has been

ripping her online for this press tour she's been on
to promote her new book, pushing back against her claims
that Twitch was a drug addict. The NDA from his
funeral is the one we're talking about, and that's what
deeply upset them.

And for what it's worth, I try to give sides.

Allison's oldest daughter Wesley is defending the NDA, arguing that
its purpose was to keep people from photographing his body.
She even said when Twitch was a live people who
attended certain family events would have to sign NDAs.

The document also states that Allison is the only one

go to the Move with Kindness Foundation, which was started
in her late husband's honor. She also claims that his
family wanted a ton of people she didn't know at
the open casket portion of the funeral. And I read
a little excerpt from her book, and basically it was
like I narrowed it down to thirteen because I didn't

or that would be a last image that everyone sees.

I don't know about asking someone's mom to sign an NDA,
but if that's the case, then I think that's valid.

She said, our lawyers told her to do that.
