I just want to say that it's very embarrassing to
have an allergic reaction as an adult.

Speaker 4 (00:29):
And I don't think we talk about this enough.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Okay, because over the weekend, you know, I like a
colorful drink, so I would if there's.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
A drink on the menu that is the color of
a highlighter, Kiki will get it. Yes, it doesn't matter
which color of the highlighters either, it could be any
of them. But you basically, if you drained a highlighter
and put it on ice and like in a fancy glass,
that's what Kiki will order.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Every time.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
So I met this new Mexican spot and I order
a margarita. I got to get the margarita and the
man lists me the flavors and he said key and
I said, oh my god, I have to have the
green Kiwi margarita.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
So he brings me off this margarita. I'm sure it
was real, keywi it?

Speaker 3 (01:08):
What's so green? It was the cutest little lime looking color.
And so I'm sipping and snipping and just chatting away.
And as I'm talking, I can start to feel a
tingling sensation around my lips, and I'm like, okay, all right,
I don't know what's going on, so I like a
little bloss I try to keep going up.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Then I'm like that. So then I'm like, ooh, something's happening.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
But I don't want to interrupt the date, you know,
like I don't want to interrupt the conversation.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I want to be normal.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
So I'm just playing it off and I'm like, whoa,
I'm getting tired. Girl, Like, let's get this check because
I don't know what's happening to me. So and so
the guy brings the check and I'm packing up.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Now.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
She has her daughter with her and my best friend Tiffany,
and so she's taking her sweet time to get the
baby all together. I'm like, girl, my lips, I can
feel they're just tingling. So get in the car and
I look in the mirror and I'm like Okay, it's
a little they're a little red, and I could feel
that they're a little swollen. So then I'm like, okay,
I don't know what to do, you know, So I'm

just like, okay, let me marry up and get home.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
So I get home and then Timothy's talking to me
and he's like, what's wrong with you?

Speaker 3 (02:18):
And I'm like, I'm like nothing, nothing because I don't
know how to as an adult, Like I'm having a
reaction and I don't want to freak everybody out. So
I'm like, I need some benadrill or something, so don't
have any benda drill. So I go and put I
don't know why I thought this was a solution. I
put vacilline my wife why I'm so embarrassed for some

reason because at my big age, just being like I
am having a reaction because I ordered a key we
my reda Like, how don't you know what you're allergic to?

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Have you ever had an issue with keiwi in the past? Wait?

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Back, am I kindergarten?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
So I'm thinking, so we knew that ahead.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
But I used to be allergic to everything, like anything
cituous back in the day.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
So I'm I'm sitting, I'm sewing.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
But the whole thing is, I'm so embarrassed to tell
anybody that it's something going on. So I just like,
you know what, I'm gonna put a little ice on it.
And then I just wanted to sleep.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Not your airways closing or anything like that, just being away.
Just allute it up and go to bed. That's all
you gotta do.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Yes. In the next day, I just scrubbed, like I
woke up and it was like a bunch of dead
skin and it was a little little crusty around my
weting you know, where I'm alive.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
And I just want to say, you know.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Well she was sold a little at the mouth, but
then she just went and brush her teeth, you know,
because that's just puts a vase alina on it. And
it was like, I'm glad you're okay. I worry about
you do too, and people worry about me.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
