Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Frend's show is on Guys Good Morning. It's Wednesday,
February fifth. The Frend Show is here. Hi Caitlin, Hello,
Hi Jason Brown, Hi Paulina, Hi, Kiki Morning Show. B
Shelley on two hundred and fifty bucks. I just guessed.
I hope I'm right, and the show is Shelley Showdown.
Am I right? We have five questions? Thirteen hundred bucks? Actually,

(00:22):
so I'm not right?

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Bellamina to care that this morning side and gets.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
To a look. Thirteen hundter bucks is the price? Just kidding?
I don't see. He's right. You could win next hour
on the show. We're paying bills today thirteen chances at
one thousand bucks. Your first chance is coming up as well.
Waiting by the phone. He's new. Why does somebody get ghosted?
We'll investigate next hour. The entertainer report is coming up
this hour, though, what are you working on?

Speaker 3 (00:45):
K a producer for the Grammys is now telling us
weighing in on Bianka Sensori's dress, and Kim Kardashian is
super pissed about it.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
I can tell you that much.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
KICKI karaoke this morning in need of a theme now,
Bellahamene pitched me in the eleve this morning. Oh, we
also have to we have to work on bellahamine a
little bit. Still, we got we got a lot of
work to do because she does the thing where she
goes with a lot of exuberants. I have an idea
and then she tells me the idea and I'm like okay,
and then well you don't have to and then like

(01:17):
lowers your head and does the thing like it's like,
I'm like, we can't be deflated every time. If I
were deflated every time, I am deflated every time I
come here. Never mind, you know what, never mind Bella.
I mean, you're fine, You're all good, but you know
you got to know we need we're working on Bellahamine,
you know.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Confidence.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Yeah, well we had to work on you a little
bit too, Paulina.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Oh I am a whole different person from day one. Fred,
Yeah you are. I was scared to look you in
the eye like I that's because you were instructed not to.
You still you still were instructed not to, but you
do it every.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Day you came in.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Yeah, I challenge the rules.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
We had to. We had to work with you on
and we still are, what seven years later on can
I ask a question and then ask the question? No,
just ask the question you please. By all means your
question is valid.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
I'm validated around here, valid right, I think I think
I stop that though, I do think that I've kind
of taken that down a little bit. That can ask
a question. I think now I'm just like Fred and
then I say the question.

Speaker 6 (02:11):
Right, yeah, but you have an approach when you're walking
up to me. I'm like, oh here it comes like.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
You can just now you have something for me, And
the look on your face and you go, can I
hold your hand when I tell you this? And I'm like, Helena,
you're setting it up to tell me that, like my
cat's dead. I don't have a cats, but like the
cat's dead, right, And I'm like what, Paulina. And then
it's like something that is not going to kill us,
like if you need to hold my hand tell me that,
Like we're off the air, someone stole all the microphones

(02:38):
and you know, and our key cards don't work anymore.
Like that's you need to hold my hand for that
for that.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Okay, God, I'll do better. I'll do better.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
But Bella Hamen pitched, well, it was Super Bowl is
which a super Bowl halftime is what she Oh? Yeah,
which is good. I don't know how many Kendrick Lamar
songs we could do, but then we could do like
super Bowl halftime shows of all times. But I feel yeah, well,
I just feel like it's the same artists. We do
it for Gaga, Beyonce.

Speaker 6 (03:05):
The one the one year that was like the most
iconic here that had like Aerosmith and s Britney, Mary j.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Like, we could do that year. That year was nuts,
whatever year that was, we could do that.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
I love Aerosmith.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
Yeah, what's your favorite Aerosmith song? Would you say? Hold on?
I'm good typing all of them? You're in all of them.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
I met Steven Tyler. I made you do that.

Speaker 7 (03:26):
Well, you know, I used to work in digital, so
I was everywhere doing everything. And he came to the
station at one point and he made the staff take
a full group picture with him, so it was like
five of us and then he's just there in the
middle and I have the frame in my house.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Well, good for him, I know he met me like
he met a legend. O.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Good for you. It's exciting, all right. Well, then maybe
you should learn some of the songs. Yes, and then
we'll do them. Yeah, well do them. Jason Brady tried
to kill your your partner last night? Is that my understanding? Yeah,
this is It was a couple of nights ago.

Speaker 6 (04:01):
But yeah, I decided to, Uh, I am cooking more,
and so I decided to make a debut and new dish.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
And where are you getting these dishes that you're debuting magazines?
No Lazymeals dot com. Oh okay, my skill is very low.

Speaker 6 (04:18):
Okay, so I go for the easiest of the easy,
and so this one was very easy. I will make
anything into a cast role. Okay, just put anything into
a baking dish or on the oven, and she's on
top and like we're good, right, Well I made this
guy made this castle role. And I could just tell,
like Cathley there, I was like, I don't know, like
this is a We were having the same issue when

(04:39):
you were at about You.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Fred was looking at me like this ain't seasoned and
excuse me, excuse me. When I was a chef at
Benihanna a few weeks ago, all right, and you guys
hate the food. I hate the food. Later and the
food tasted fine. Yeah, it was great. It was you
need sauce, salt, dip it into soy sauce, and problem solved.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
What sauce?

Speaker 5 (05:03):
What?

Speaker 7 (05:04):
It was great after But in the process I was like, wow,
he's getting like he's close to the finish line and
I ain't seen that salt shake yet.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
The chicken white, you know what? It was good? Who
dare you? How dare you? Did all of you feel fine? Afterwards? Yeah?
All of you?

Speaker 2 (05:22):
I was hammered. But on the way home, okay, great it.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
In the car leftover, Hana, No, I didn't with your hands.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
I guess it wasn't spice correctly. Then she was craving
my Benny Hannah right, and he craved your meat, craved MYI. Okay,
so you were making a what did what were the
contents of said castor? Okay?

Speaker 6 (05:46):
So it was ground beef, egg, noodles, peas where it's
some other vegetable that was green.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
It so hamburger helper with vegetables basically with cheese on top.
Oh my god, anything just sounds actually horrible. But anyway,
so you yeah, so I made it. I was like, okay,
I can do this.

Speaker 6 (06:10):
You just mix it all together and put in a
dish like hell yeah, right, So I can't get out
of the oven, and so like I'm like filling up
my water cup and he walks in. Mike walks in,
and he just stops like in front of it and
is just staring at it, like not like getting a plate,
not getting.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
Just staring at it.

Speaker 6 (06:27):
But he doesn't want to saynything because I like have
my you know, sort of back to him. So I'm like,
you know, looking through my peripheral, and I'm like I'm
looking at my peripheral.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
And so I see him just standing there.

Speaker 6 (06:39):
So then he like takes the littlest scoop and puts
on his plate and he's just standing there.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
In the kitchen eating it. Normally we make our plate,
we go sit down and eat.

Speaker 6 (06:46):
He's just like standing there, like sampling it, saying nothing,
saying nothing.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
And I knew it was bad.

Speaker 6 (06:51):
So I made a plate and I'm starting to eat it.
And it was the most silent dinner and neither of
us anything to each other. And then two days later
he was like, that was prison food, which you just
gave me, literal prison food.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Wow, he accused you of giving him prison food.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
Yeah, how did you wait two days to say that?

Speaker 6 (07:10):
To like I brought it up. I made some comment
about cooking, and he was like, he was like, never
made what you make? You know again two days ago?
Because that was awful giving me prison food?

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Wow? Now ungrateful that he cooks something for you. Oh never.
I don't even think he knows how to turn the
other on. I think if somebody cooks something for you,
you you have to you eat it and you don't
say a thing.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
What Oh okay, I thought you're gonna say you have
to cook something for them. I was gonna say, don't
you start that?

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Well, I think that's a nice thing to do. No,
because your boyfriend, you tell me the theory.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
There are cookers and then there are personality hires that
stand there with the cooker, the chef, if you will
and entertain them.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
They have a glass of wine, they tell jokes. Can
I grab you anything?

Speaker 1 (07:53):
I say so, personality higher.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Yeah in the kitchen.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
So I thought you were about to say some crazy
stuff like we got to eat be cooking you know.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
No, I'm sure you. I'm sure you do your part.
Personality higher. No, but you know, if you if someone
makes a meal for you, you have to eat it
and then you have to just be quiet about it. Yes, Now,
if if someone asks me and like, like my mom,
my mom is a she's a very very good like

(08:25):
home chef, and she's taken courses and you've done all
this stuff. My dad's not. My dad is no dummy
in retirement. He has sent her to like various schools
that's like for a week at a time or whatever,
because she wants to do this. She wants to travel
and how to cook like food. So he'll be like,
go and then she comes home and she's, you know,
making the food for him. He's not an idiot, and

(08:47):
she's really really good, but like she'll make something and
then she'll ask for feedback, and I know in that
case she wants to know really what I thought, because
she is like actually concerned with you know, I don't
know if she made it for other people. So I
try and be honest ish like, but she never made
me anything really bad. But the point is there's so
much cooking for me. I eat it and I say

(09:08):
thank you, and that's the end of it, like I'm
not coming back later. And by the way, that was terrible.
The only problem is if he thought you thought it
was good then it's happening again, like that will be
on the rotation of lazy dishes, and the.

Speaker 6 (09:21):
Rotation is small, so like we're, you know, every two
weeks eating the same thing. So I'm sure he was
probably like, we're not adding this in.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Just he could have done it better though. He could
have been like, you know, hey, I like these things.
I didn't particularly care for that one though. That's how
you do that. You don't say you just fed me
prison food. Oh, just like my orange chicken. Oh that
was so bad. Don't ever try to make your own
orange chicken. That was a bad night too. That to
me sounds like something that I would just run down
the street and pick up. You know, there are certain
foods I'm just you know, I'm not making orange chicken.

(09:50):
I'm not. I don't I'm not doing it worth it.

Speaker 8 (09:52):
You know.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
I have another theory while we're talking about food, and
I think a lot of people would agree. But no
one ever cooks for me ever, really, because I either
order it or make it myself. It's just me at
the house. And I was at my friend Bruce's house
over the weekend, and this guy cooks everything like bist
like like it's ten o'clock at night, and there may
or may not have well, let's just say everyone was

(10:14):
a little hungry on Friday night at ten o'clock. Maybe's
rhymes with munchies. And and he says to me, do
you want cookies? And I was like, do I want
chocolate chip cookie? Like? Okay, sure, And in my mind
it's you know, slicing bake. No, no glass bowl comes out,
flour measuring cups, melted butter, chocolate chips. Oh yeah, No,

(10:37):
we did a whole thing. The mixer. I mean I
was handed like one of the little things that the
little blender things. You know, it's a liter Maybe that
may have been something he wanted to watch. I don't know,
but it doesn't matter at the point. But where I'm
going with this is he cooked all weekend and I
was eating food cooking. He made me a sandwich. Sandwich
is made by other people for you taste better the

(11:00):
ones you make yourself. That is a that is a
proven fac even theory's a fact. Yes, that's right. Sandwiches
somebody else makes for you tastes better than the ones
you can make yourself. Why, I don't know, Oh yeah,
and I mean at home because obviously you go to
like you know, Subway or Jimmy John's or whatever Jersey Mics,
and then they make it for you. It tastes good.

(11:20):
But I and to how someone gives you a sandwich
that may it taste better than any other kind of sandwich.
That's so true. Yeah, that's what you should tell him
next time you make something that he doesn't like. Be like, well,
there's lunch meat in the fridge. That's what my mom
used to say. I didn't like dinner, Like, well, then
there's bread and lunch meat. You should tell them just
like your mom. Okay, the front door.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Mon't pick me up up?

Speaker 1 (11:46):
Yeah, never mind, Actually, don't do that. I'm not equipped
for that. You can't live with me. Trending stories after
Guy got Bruno Mars back in two minutes, Fred Show,
The Fresh Show, this is what's trending. It would have
made a good point about the sandwich, but she'd have
to disagree a little bit. A text it says, it's
not because your brain already consumed it's because rather, the

(12:06):
reason that sandwiches taste better if someone else makes them,
it's because your brain already consumed each ingredient that you
placed on the sandwich I'm making it, so when it's
time to eat, you're no longer as satisfied. What I
would argue is that my brain didn't consume it. I
consumed it because if I'm making a sandwich and it's like, ooh,
piece of turkey for me, my mouth, even though the
sandwich is for me, ooh piece of turkey. Here a

(12:28):
couple on the sandwich. Oh, another one for me, A
couple more on the sandwich. Ooh the cheese, ooh, cheese
for me.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
I have to eat while I'm crying, exactly so bizarre.
I'm like, you're about to eat, and you're eating as
you're making food.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
To eat exactly so then it's almost But by the
time I get the sandwich, it's my second sandwich, and
I'm not as hungry for it anymore. So I think
that is really what happens. If someone makes me the sandwich,
then I guess I, you know, anticipate exactly right. And
there's something about like if a friend or you know,
family member makes it for you, it's like made with
love something you know, Oh, it just tastes better.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
I agree.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
I can't explain him. Trending stories headlines to start your Wednesday.
And I love how I have to look at the
thing every time. I have to look to see what
day it is. For some reason, I have no concept
of time or day these days. Yeah, I don't know
what it is. This is. Well, I guess we're in
February now, but January could have been eighty days. As
far as I was concerned. It certainly did. Paulina. The

(13:22):
proceeds from the All Star Fire eight benefit shows last
month are expected to bring in more than one hundred
million dollars. The team behind last week's jewel shows at
the Intuit Dome in LA and the Kia Forum so
that the proceeds raised by the shows will help support
the LA region's immediate needs and long term recovery from
a series of wind whipped wildfires. That's hard to say.

(13:43):
I saw Spencer Pratt on one of the social media
platforms yesterday talking about how he got a quote to
rebuild his home twenty five hundred square feet two point
five million dollars. And that's just the house, that's not
anything inside of the house. And of course their entire
house burned down, so they have to re furnished this
twenty five hundred square foot house, So you have to
ask yourself. I mean, I know it's California and everything's

(14:04):
more expensive, but I guess that isn't taking into consideration
a lot of what's going on with tariffs and wood
and all kinds of other stuff. So I mean, you know,
do you He said in an interview that we had
with him a couple weeks ago, that he wanted to
rebuild there because he's from there. But for two point
five million dollars for you know, that size of a house,
you probably have to ask yourself if it's worth it.
And he doesn't know for sure if insurance is covering it,

(14:27):
because they didn't cover the house. They did cover his office,
but he had part of the office at the house.
I guess he had like, you know, storage there. I
don't know, but this is a problem that's going to be,
you know, multiplied times. However, many people lost their homes,
and you have to ask the question, do you really
do you want to move back there for that price?
You know, and how how much is being at home

(14:47):
or how much is being near to where you were
before the devastation. How much is that worth to you?
I mean two point five million dollars for that. There's
a lot of money. Yeah, plus how we're much it
costs to put furniture inside of there. But the Grammy
weekend also raked in millions for charity. They're talking about
somewhere around twenty four million dollars, and that's from the
Recording Academy's charity focused partner, Music Cares. So that's going

(15:11):
to wildfire relief as well. Waffle House is adding a
fifty cent surcharge on any egg based menu item. The
charge was announced on Monday and affects two thousand locations
in the US, hopefully temporarily. The company said, well, we
hope that these price fluctuations will be short lived. We
can't predict how long the shortage will last. At two
egg breakfasts with toast in his side listed at seven

(15:33):
to seventy five on Tuesday, I guess I don't know
if that's a plus a dollar or what. But yeah,
egg prices, man, egg prices.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
I love eggs. So this is really devastating to me. Yeah,
I can't eat as money.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
You really upset about that.

Speaker 9 (15:49):
The bird flu well, yeah, that actually ruined a lot
of things for me this year.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
The bird flu did in it? Did the bird flu
ruined many things for you this year?

Speaker 5 (15:55):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (15:56):
Like my omelets in the morning.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
Oh well that's one thing, My many of omelets. Okay.
The Scottish government wants everyone to know that it does
not plan to ban cats. Okay, this was I guess
an issue. Yeah. I mean people worried about TikTok and
eggs and but the cats and the Scottish government. Yeah.
The First Minister, John Sweeney Swiney was forced to issue
the statement after a report by independent experts brandon felines

(16:19):
is a threat to Scotland's wildlife and suggested containment measures
be considered to reduce the damage. They said that there
are seven hundred million birds killed by cats every year
in the UK. That's a lot of birds. Cats killed
seven hundred million birds every year in the UK.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Right, what it is meeting up like the brge is landing.
Come get me.

Speaker 1 (16:40):
There's there are seven hundred million birds that can be
dead and then there are that many birds left.

Speaker 6 (16:45):
Right be replenished with another's right million? My god, someone
messed up the math right.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Swinney, who had Scotland's semi autonomous Edinburgh based government, spoke
to journalists to defend the administration pro feline credentials. Let
me just clear this up. The government is not going
to be banning cats or restricting cats. We have no
intention of doing that. We would not be doing them.
And here's another one for you, And of course we
come right back to the United States for ridiculousness In politics,

(17:12):
a Minnesota senator is proposing reversing a law put into
effect last year that banned the consumption of beavers in Minnesota. Yeah. Why.
Under state law, homeowners are allowed to trap or kill
beavers that are causing damage to their property. They're not
allowed to poison the animals, and they must notify a
conservation officer if they kill a beaver. Eating nuisance beavers

(17:34):
was legal until the law was changed in twenty twenty
four as part of the Environment Environment Bill. There the
change was questioned by other senators who don't understand it,
as well as this guy. Under a proposed bill last week,
one senator is proposing to remove a line from the
statute that says human consumption of a retained beaver, I
guess is barred, So I don't know they're delicious?

Speaker 7 (17:57):
Yeah, you know, this is not what I meant when
I said we need somewhere new meat, you know, the
bes alone.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
Have you been to Minnesota?

Speaker 3 (18:04):
No?

Speaker 1 (18:05):
No, No, you could be like our fund tact yesterday
Charles Darwin who says that there wasn't an animal he
didn't try. I don't What is the most obscure animal
that you've tried? Kiki?

Speaker 2 (18:14):
A deer on accident?

Speaker 1 (18:16):
How did you accidentally eat a deer?

Speaker 2 (18:17):
My grandfather cooked it and tell me it was chicken.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Yeah, yeah, yeah. My dad used to do that growing
up too. He'd go hunting. He's a hunter guy. And
he comes home, he come home or whatever he came
home with and you know, grounded up whatever. And it
was in the freezer and I know it was in everything,
venison or what I know. And they said it was
they said it was beef. You know, they lied to me,
of course, because yeah, I don't know anyway. Beaver.

Speaker 7 (18:43):
I'm not down with the beavers, you know, leave the
beavers alone, Okay, the Beaver's and the beaber the beavers,
the beavers.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
And the beavers. It's National Tower with a friend Day,
which Yeah, this is the wildest, the wildest trending. That's
what I've ever done. We talked about beating beavers, we
talked about not killing cats. Seven hundred million birds, rip yep.
I don't know what else like it? What else did
I cover? Uh? Money, money for fires and eggs are

(19:12):
expensive and Kicky wants to get in the shower with me.
It's also National Weather Person's day to day as well.
The entertainer report. Kaitlyn's got that next back in three
minutes Fred Show.

Speaker 10 (19:22):
Caitlin's Entertainer Report is on the Fread Show.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
He Diddy is expected to be hit with over ten
new civil lawsuits in the coming days. I mean another day,
another story like this. That same lawyer that we've been
hearing about, Tony Busby said that more lawsuits will be.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
Filed in the next seven to ten days.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
And he made that announcement as he filed another case
in New York on behalf of an unnamed man who
says that Diddy assaulted him in twenty fifteen. Ditty has
been held in a federal jail since September as he
waits for his trial to begin in May. Rash Kapor,
an executive producer of The Grammys, addressed Bianca Sensori's pantyhose dress,
which was revealed after she dropped that big fur jacket. Now,

(20:03):
he says that the dress code listed on invites is
artistic black tie. However, in the music industry, he says
that's up for interpretation. He explained that the dress code
is really for anyone presenting or performing, but as far
as people attending, that would be something that the Recording
Academy would have to answer to. I mean, this is
not a new thing. I feel like the Grammys, out

(20:24):
of any award show, is where people take the craziest
fashion risk.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
I mean, who was it.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
Alyssa Milano wore that chain dress and she was naked underneath.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Like I get to tell a recording artists, like a
musician that you know, you have to wear a standard outfit.
It has to be black dress, it has to be,
you know, a tux, and that's not happening for sure.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
I do feel like in the past it's been like
a little bit more artistic the ways that people have
chosen to show their body.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
I mean, this is just I'm naked, whereas writes like.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
Black tie, I'm wearing a black tie and that's it.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
Yeah, right, Courtney Love has done some wild stuff. I
mean we've seen it before, but it just was so like, yeah,
like I don't know, yeah, I think so. I just
worry that it wasn't her decision. And you guys know
how I feel about that.

Speaker 11 (21:08):
Now.

Speaker 3 (21:08):
Someone who isn't super happy about the dress, if you
want to call it, that is Kanye's ex wife Kim Kardashian.
She's extremely worried about the effect it's going to have
on their four children and the example that he's setting
for them.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
North of course, idolizes her dad.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
They're working on her album, Bully, her upcoming album, and
she tries not Kim tries not to speak poorly of
Kanye in front of the kids. But what are what
are you supposed to say as a parent when your
kids are like.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
Mommy, why is daddy's wife naked?

Speaker 1 (21:34):
Now?

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Kim?

Speaker 1 (21:36):
What now? Kim?

Speaker 2 (21:37):
Are we saying it's the same girl?

Speaker 1 (21:40):
You're comparing that to that.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
I'm not comparing that to anything.

Speaker 7 (21:44):
I'm just saying Kim should be quiet because she's made
a lot of questionable decisions that her kids can question
her about as well, from.

Speaker 2 (21:51):
Tapes to Playboy covers to all type of things.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
I don't know that the video that got leaked twenty
years ago, Christian allegedly. I still don't know that. I
believe her own mother put out a video over but anyway,
maybe man.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Here she filmed, Okay, I.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
Don't know that that in making a risky fashion choice
encouraged by the brainwashing of Kanye West, I'm not sure
if that's exactly the same. I don't know, guys, because
I saw a lot more at Kim Gardasian than I did, well,
not much more, but a lot more, right, somewhat more.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Yeah, If she did record that tape in private with
the intentions of it never being seen, I don't think
it's the same.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
If she did release it, then obviously we'll never know.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
But I think people can make tapes in private, you know,
as long as our kids don't don't see. But I
don't know. I still feel like it's it's very overt
and it's a little bit different. But she obviously is
well aware that a fight with Kanye is not going
to get her anywhere. So I don't think she is
saying anything. This is just sources saying this is how
she personally feels. As for saying she's worried about what

(22:56):
his friends will say, I'm sure they're also saying stuff
about her, but this is an I think that's happening.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
She also doesn't like how Connie.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Stood there ordering Bianca to do really demeaning and humiliating things.
She can see how he kind of gets off on
this power trip, which you know, he's seeing their fully
closed and she's not. Also hearing from other sources that
Bianca tried to back out of the stunt.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
She'd rather be in a pretty dress.

Speaker 3 (23:18):
But he gets his mindset on something and he certainly
is eating it up in a sense. Deleted Instagram post,
he shared a screenshot of Google stats that show Bianca
was more search than the award show itself, saying, we
beat the Grammys. My wife is the most googled person
on the planet called Earth.

Speaker 7 (23:34):
Which is crazy, Like, we gotta do better as a society.
Why we'll googling it.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Because we're a bunch of pervs. Yeah, you know, oh,
naked woman for free. I don't have to know. Okay,
I got to look at that, you know, I got
to check that out so I can be you know,
relevant with my coworkers. I got to be able to
say that I.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
Saw it, and I saw it multiple times, you.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
Know, how many times today I justify my Google search?
But what it's for research purposes. I'm a broadcaster, show prep.
I gotta know what that looks like.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
You're a journalist.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Now he might be right, though, because speaking of the Grammys,
their live broadcast CBSS was down eight point eight percent
from sixteen point nine million last year. And it's crazy
because I guess, how would you know this? But I
thought that that was the best awards show I've seen
in a really long time.

Speaker 8 (24:20):
Now.

Speaker 3 (24:20):
Viewership has peaked for the Grammys at forty million in
twenty twelve and ever since has been steadily dropping in
the following years.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
But I think we are so back because I loved it.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
By the way, if you missed any part of our show,
The Fred Show, you can catch up on everything by
downloading that free, new and improved iHeartRadio app and searching
The Fred Show on demand.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Morning. Everybody waiting by the phone? Why did somebody get ghosted?
That is new and we'll do it in a few
minutes the beginning of next hour. We have that for you.
A game show Wednesday today, definitely gonna beat Paulina our
little basic trivia game and Kiki Karaoke and we're going
with it. We're going with bellahamines super Bowl theme next
week Valentine Day, obvious joyce because nothing says romance to

(25:03):
me like Kiki singing ballads, power Ballast. Yeah at that
so so yeah, yeah, nobody. It's good because you know,
I had to think about it for a minute because
at first I was like, we're not doing a Kendrick
Lamar or Kendrick Lamar Kiki Karaoka. But we can do Prince.
We have to do Prince.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Prince get here.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
People are on the text. That's one of the best
super Bowl halftime shows of all time when he's saying
purple rainy in the rain, come on. Okay, yeah, so
Prince is one and then we'll come up with the
other ones. We'll have to have an internal debate here
on what it is. Your request, okay, or send your request.
You can text a meet five five five three five,
see Bella. I mean like, you just got to give
me a minute. Yeah, you know, I hadn't even had

(25:42):
a sip of coffee yet, and it's and she's been
up for an hour or at least, so to thinking
about you.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
We got to let you think about it.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
I gotta think about it.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
You got a process.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
We can't be defeated right away. Then you come back around, right.
I just got a marinade. Give me a minute, let
me take a little sip of this duncan. It's it's
gonna come to me, you know. And it did, and
she was right, Yeah, just can't be defeated right away.
We're teaching, we're learning though, we're learning around here. This
is great. She's doing such a good job. I don't
think we've been off the air in several hours. I
know this is fantastic.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
Good job girl.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
Yes, yes, we should put up one of those like
boards like no safety hazards in three hours. I actually
I one time went I was pretty young, but I
went to like, uh, I shouldn't say this. I went
to a very important facility. I think it was a

(26:32):
field trip or something. I don't want to say it
because it's just timely. It's not really great timing for
this particular thing. But it was a very important place
and I went there as part of some education. And
I toured and they had a sign right as you
entered this thing, and it said no incidents in this
place in one day. And I was like, oh no,

(26:57):
oh no, no, no, no, you need to take that sign.
I'm looking forward to saying four and eighty and it
said no incidents in one day. I think. I think
that's when the sign comes down for a while. That's
what I think. Blogs, our audio journals will do him
next in two minutes Frend Show.

Speaker 10 (27:18):
Yeah, they talk better than they cite. These are the
radio blogs on the Fred Show.

Speaker 1 (27:24):
It's like for running in our diaries, except we say
them aloud. We call them blogs. For now. That's kind
of an old timmy word, isn't it. I don't know,
but we can't call it anything else. We're gonna have
to call it blogs. In like thirty years, he's a
diary rights diary. Well, it'll be funny, like like you know,
it would be like calling it dial up internet. Now
people are like, what, no, it's gonna be blogs in
ten years. It's blogs now, it's blogs in right, Yeah,

(27:47):
go ahead, game, let's take it away.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
Thank you, dear blog. So while we were on.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
The air yesterday, I got a text that kind.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Of derailed me, took my focus away a little bit.

Speaker 3 (28:00):
It my nine year old, almost ten year old, thirty
eight pound dog, little Willie took half an edible yesterday,
ingested half of a Marishwana edible.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
I need to hear both sides of the story. What
kind of day was he having?

Speaker 3 (28:18):
She maybe was having a day. Yeah, she maybe was
having a day. And I hope that she had a
good trip. But I wanted to cry. I started thinking,
if I can't even be a dog mom, maybe I
shouldn't be a real mom.

Speaker 2 (28:30):
So and it's not like me to just take half
an edible. So that's where that's where we go. We
go wrong. For allegedly, allegedly I did, though.

Speaker 3 (28:41):
I took half and stupidly put the other half in
my bra.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
Okay, and then got undressed and.

Speaker 1 (28:51):
Then oh, it fell out.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
The edible must have fallen out onto the ground.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
Yeah, because there's no other place to put the other
half of the edible.

Speaker 2 (28:58):
I learned my lesson. I learned my lesson. I was
going on a walk. It was a whole thing.

Speaker 3 (29:03):
I was going on a walk, and I didn't want
to take the whole thing and just wanted to take
half at the time. Put the other half in there
forgot fell on the floor.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
And in the morning I.

Speaker 3 (29:10):
Realized, like, oh my god, this edible is somewhere on
the floor. And so I told my boyfriend, I'm like,
just like, keep on the lookout because I don't know
if I took it or I don't know if it's somewhere.
But by that time, baby.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
I've seen what your dog is capable of. And nothing
last on the floor. Nothing will live on the floor.
That's edible, no baby.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
And so I got a text during the show. I
think I know where that edible went. And I'm like, oh, great,
you found it. He said, no, I didn't find it.
And then he sent me.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
A picture of our dog with her eyes.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
Going two different directions, and he said, she's in the clouds, baby,
she is in the clouds.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
So what do you do? Do you call the vat
and what do you do?

Speaker 3 (29:46):
So unfortunately, this has happened once before, not at my hands.

Speaker 2 (29:52):
Now, this was my boyfriend's dog.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
He raised her, but years and years ago she also
got her hands on an edible a la him. So
we've each done it once now, and really you can
take them in if you're scared, but there's nothing really
you can do.

Speaker 2 (30:06):
You're supposed to put them in a dark room.

Speaker 3 (30:07):
That's how they test is they put them in a
dark room and if they stop shaking, they know, okay,
they're high.

Speaker 1 (30:12):
So I think that the giveaway would have been when
Willie the Dog grabbed the phone ordered door dash, taco bell.
Well she did, and anti EN's cookies, missus Fields or
whatever Antie ends pretzels, ya, you know what.

Speaker 3 (30:25):
So I canceled my whole day. I felt horrible. I
cried about it a couple of times because I felt
really bad putting her in danger.

Speaker 2 (30:30):
But once I.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
Accepted the situation, I said, I got to get my
girl some you know, some Cheetos, some Nacho cheese. We
got to put on some SpongeBob and we got to
ride this thing out.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
So I got home and she was she was high.
I mean she took ten milligrams. Yeah, she was high. Yeah,
she's got a little hangover this morning.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
She's still her eyes are still going in another direction,
but she's being more and more.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
Like herself every day. I do feel horrible.

Speaker 3 (30:55):
If you think we're laughing about it, I don't think
it's funny. It's very bad. It's never gonna happen again.
But I had to laugh after until the next time.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Drug paraphernalia in her or whatever I'm never doing that again.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
I shouldn't keep things in my bra. I learned my lesson. Yeah,
I learned my lesson.

Speaker 3 (31:11):
And I know, like that's have been saying since the legalization.
They see it all the time and it's very very sad.
So it's never gonna happen. I box your dog, my girl.
My girl was high, and I just hope that she
at least had a good trip, you know, I just,
I just I felt horrible, felt horrible.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
So my girl, my little cheech and chong, she's okay, that.

Speaker 1 (31:35):
Needs a little release every now and again, you know,
a little little relaxation.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
Yeah, she's very stressed.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
I know people give their dog CBD, but would not
recommend th.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
Okay, yeah, I wouldn't recommend storing toxic things in my bra.
But I mean, you know, the last time I had
an edible, hypothetically, I didn't stick the other half in
my underwear. I know, but maybe I should from now on,
better than me, good storage. You know, just where is
that other half? Oh? Let me just reach that in
my pants. More Fresh show next right here, it's the

You guys, I'm the bearer of bad news. A winter
weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service

(32:47):
for Chicago Land starting Wednesday evening and lasting overnight ahead
of as system that will bring a wintery mix of precipitation,
including potentially hazardous ice accumulations. So this is somewhere between
four and six pm whens Day in the southern areas
and then moving to northern areas, and it runs through
six am on Thursday. They're saying slight early snow, chance,

(33:08):
winter weather advisory, freezing rain up to I guess the
tenth of an inch of ice glaze, and then a
chance for snow sleep and thunder what thunder sleep, thunder
sleep b So that's that's we have to look forward
to for the drive home tomorrow and then into uh

(33:28):
into Thursday morning. But yeah, but we'll we'll traverse the
conditions and we'll be here and we will perform our
duties as chief entertainment officers. Yes, for your slippery drive
to work on Thursday morning.

Speaker 6 (33:42):
Careful, be careful to Yeah, you give yourself extra time
Thursday morning.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
Or I guess it is tomorrow morning. I don't know
what day it is again, but that is tomorrow morning.
So tonight into tomorrow. Yeah, tomorrow is not the day
for TikTok and driving Tomorrow is not the day for
eating Benny Hanna with your hands and driving.

Speaker 2 (33:58):
Going right or ball tires. So girl, you know what
not men say anybody else.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
In because we were talking specifically about you. Who else
do you think is that he's going live on TikTok
while driving and eating Betty Hunter with their heads pretty
sure that told me you so you please be careful.
It's the Fred Show. I just need one Disney producer
to be driving somewhere in for one day and go

(34:25):
that dude's voice. He should be the voice of a turtle.
Fread's show is waiting, still waiting for my bag as
the voice of a tortoise. I could do. It came
when I could. I believe you. Yeah, thank you. One
of these days it will happen. And you'll know when

(34:46):
I come in here driving a Rolls Royce the New Purse. Yes,
take some money, Hi, Jason Brown, Morning Hiki, Good morning
Shelby Shelly one thousand, three hundred bucks in the showdown.
You can win if you can beat her in five
pop culture questions in the show in about twenty minutes.
Got a waiting by the phone follow up from last week,

(35:06):
which we'll explain in just a second. But this was
the which situation was this? We do so many I
can't remember now.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
TikTok, you TikTok.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
A couple h the TikTok when I went away? Remember, Yeah,
she freaked out on the date that TikTok. Yes, they
roll on the date when TikTok went away. It was
a date with Kiki actually, and it was a very
emotional evening when TikTok went away and this guy's like,
you know what's going on here? And then he agreed
to go out with her again. We convinced him and
then we're going to see what happened. Yeah, thank you.

(35:34):
After it, we do so many of these things I
can't remember. And then a new waiting by the phone.
Before that, we have a special guest next hour, Heather
from an animal rescue called One Tail at a time.
They have a dog in the puppy bowl. Now, I
was initially told there was a chance that the puppy
was going to show up. Apparently the puppy is has
other engagements available, the puppy was not available. We also

(35:57):
weren't sure if we were going to be able to
get the puppy from the boy through security all the
way up here. Even though the puppy is very famous,
but nonetheless very excited for this. The Chicago rescue, that's
big recognition. I hope they get a lot of attention
from that. They did really good work though once till
out of time. I also have some incredible news to
share this morning, and it was on Facebook publicly, so

(36:19):
I think it's our okay for us to share. But
if you remember in December, at least the people who
listened to us in Chicago, we do a radiothon for
Loarry Children's Hospital every December to raise money for the
hospital here and the group of iHeart stations in Chicago.
Last year, I guess it was raised over a million dollars.

(36:40):
Thanks to you guys, all of your donations. It was
over a million dollars for Ary Children's Hospital. We met
a lot of the families and the patients. In fact,
we got donations from people who listened to us all
over the country, which is very very nice, very kind,
and we're grateful for that. But we met one little
boy named Marshall, and Marshall came up with his dad
and he was waiting for a heart, for a heart transplant,
and you know that can take a long time. I

(37:01):
believe he'd been there for eight months at the time.
It was a number of months that he had been there.
And this kid was unbelievable and uh, just so much energy.
And we asked him what his favorite song was on
the radio. Thought, here, I like high hopes. I can't
against thee Oh you can dance without the music, Well,
you don't have to do that. A play a song.

(37:22):
I'm gonna play right now. You can sing it too, really, Okay,
we're here. I'm gonna play right now Number one. Kiss
that app say that, say kiss that fam. Why that's
what we're doing. Why you can kind of hear him
singing sing No wor left it on, so we let

(38:01):
him sing on the air most of the song. But
he got a heart. He got a heart yesterday and
he's in recovery now. And I saw a post from
his mom this morning that said that things were going
really well. So he got Marshall got his heart, and
and we were trying to remember exactly what toys I
agreed to buy him when he got his heart. We

(38:21):
talked about Blue. He was Blue was determined. Blue was
a girl. And I didn't know that Tilly. I didn't
know that, and my niece Polly would be just mortified
if she knew that. I didn't know that. But we
talked about hot wheels, we talked about some of the
green cars, and I told him when he got his
heart that he could have anything he wanted and so
we're going to make sure we get all the toys

(38:42):
and we're gonna send them over there today or tomorrow.
But anyway, Marshall got on Maria wish he and his
family the best. Let's be waiting by the phone. It's
new and next in two minutes. Fred Show's never been
left waiting by the phone. It's the Fred Show. Marcelle,
good morning, welcome to the program. How are you hey,

(39:04):
I'm great, Thank you, thanks for having me. I appreciate it. Yeah,
So hopefully we can make you more great, greater and
figure out what's going on with this woman Daisy, who
you went on a date with. Tell us how you met,
about any dates you've been on, and then what's going
on right now and how we can help.

Speaker 12 (39:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
So, like you said, met Daisy, we met on bumble.

Speaker 13 (39:23):
So she reached out to me first, and after a
few days of texting and chatting, we went to dinner.

Speaker 1 (39:30):
I'll be honest, I thought.

Speaker 13 (39:31):
The date went really well, but I must be wrong
because she is straight up ghosting me.

Speaker 1 (39:36):
Okay, so you look back on this date and you
you're thinking, great conversation, good chemistry. These are the questions
I ask every single time but you less a date,
thinking I'm gonna hear from Daisy again. I'm going to
reach out, She's going to respond. We're going to go out,
you know, at least a second date. You felt that
good about it, for sure? For sure?

Speaker 13 (39:53):
Yeah, it was very I mean it was just easy conversation.
Everything was chill, We had good laughs, nothing I felt forced.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
Yeah, it was cool. Well, fair enough. So this woman
now is not responding to you. I assume you've texted her,
you've called, you've tried to plan the state and nothing.
You feel like she's ghosting you, Yeah, very much. So well,
let's going to play a song. Come back in a
couple of minutes. You'll be on the phone. Marcel. We're
gonna call Daisy see if we can get her on
the phone. We're gonna ask all these questions. At some
point you're welcome to jump in on the call, and

(40:22):
the hope, as always is that we can set you
up on another date that we paid for. So good.
I appreciate you so much, Thank you. You've got to
hear what happens next Part two of Waiting by the phone.
After Sabrina Carpenter back in two minutes on the Fred show.
By the way, we're commercial free for the next almost
an hour. You don't have to go anywhere. The entertainmer
report thirteen hundred bucks for the show. Bea is Shelley
Game Show Wednesday. All coming up, It's the Fred Show.

(40:43):
We're commercial free, Hey, Marcel, Yeah, let's call Daisy. Welcome back.
By the way, this is a woman that you met
on Bumble. You guys messaged, you went on a date.
You thought the date went great, except you've reached out
to plan a second date called text whatever both. Maybe
I'm not sure and she's not responding to you at all,
and it's bugging you as it would most people, because
you're looking back on the day and saying, well, wait

(41:03):
a minute, what happened? What did I do? Because I
thought it went well? Yep, yep, that sums it up.
All right, Well, let's call her now. Good luck, Marcel,
thank you? Hello?

Speaker 12 (41:18):
Hi?

Speaker 1 (41:18):
Is this Daisy? Yeah, Hey, Daisy, good morning. My name
is Fred. I'm calling from the Fred's Show, the Morning
radio show, and I have to tell you that we
are on the radio right now and I would need
your permission to continue with the call. Can which ha
for just a second on the show. Would you mind? Wow?

Speaker 2 (41:34):
Okay, yeah, sure, I.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Know it's a little bit shocking, but you can hang
up any time. But we're calling on behalf of a
guy who says he met you on bumble and you
guys recently went out. His name is Marcel. Do you
remember meeting Marcel? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (41:45):
I do.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
Okay, Well the tone changed, right, it usually does. So
what happened with this guy? Because he called us and
had nice things to say about you. He said that
he had met you on bumble and you guys went
out and he thought the date went well. But now
he can't get a hold of you. It sounds like
there's more to the story. We asked him, you know,
and he said everything went great. I don't know why
she's not calling. I mean, what's your version of the story. Okay, Well,

(42:08):
first of all, he showed have been ugg boots, which
was questionable. I let that slide boot.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
Yes, the dude is kind of on a dude a boot,
that's true.

Speaker 1 (42:20):
Okay, maybe the boots with the fur on the inside.

Speaker 13 (42:25):
You know what.

Speaker 2 (42:26):
I didn't look, but I let it flide.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
I was just like, you know, whatever, like maybe he
just I don't know, I don't know. What I thought.

Speaker 2 (42:31):
I was just like, I'm just going to give him
this one, but then I'm sorry if it grows anybody out.

Speaker 1 (42:37):
But I realized he.

Speaker 2 (42:39):
Took off both of his shoes and was barefoot under
the table.

Speaker 1 (42:42):
Oh so he sat down at the table at the
restaurant and just went ahead and made himself at home.
His shoes come off, yeah.

Speaker 2 (42:52):
Huh, showed up been ug boots and then took them
off under the table.

Speaker 12 (42:55):
And I don't know how you feel about this, but
I don't think min should ever show their feet.

Speaker 1 (42:59):
Agreed, Yes, well, now hold on, I agree. I get pedicures,
but nonetheless boots and no socks too. That's also kind
of barefoot public. That's not the worst part. Oh god, yeah,
that wasn't enough.

Speaker 2 (43:17):
He then set both of his feet up on the
booth and was playing and was like picking out his seat.

Speaker 1 (43:24):
You're not wrong, you are not Okay. Now you've crossed
a lot as I and no socks and then now
he's picking at his feet at the restaurant at the
table he's eating. Okay, Yes, I've had enough. Please stop.
You are not wrong at all. We have so many

(43:45):
layers of problems here. I forgot to mention that Marcell's here. Marcell,
you're wearing a boots right now? Are you? You're picking
at your feet? What are you doing? I'm so forgetful,
I'm saying, I gotta be honest with you. I'm barefoot
right now. I guess I'm breaking the rule again. That's surprising.
Are you in public? I hope not. No, I'm not.
I'm in the comfort of my own home. But like
we're talking about my own feet here. I can't touch

(44:06):
my own feet, not in public. No, No, why are
we picking at anything in public? We don't pick at
things in public. What are we doing? We have in
a society? My feet clean. I was just touching my feet.
I wasn't picking at him. I was just like I
had my hand on my foot, Like, why you foot
in your hand at the restaurant? Is what I need
to understand.

Speaker 2 (44:25):
Shoes off?

Speaker 1 (44:25):
It's it's we're eating. There are other people there, they're clean.
My feet are clean. I am very I'm a very
clean person.

Speaker 2 (44:36):
Put on the bread and the wine like I'm eating
the bread.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
Yeah, this is come on, man, we don't you don't
you got to leave your shoes on in public unless
we're at the pool or something, you know, in which
we definitely were not, and then if we were, we
would wear ug boots to the pool. So I can't
be doing and the socks thing too, like a little odor.
Maybe I know what are we doing?

Speaker 2 (45:00):
Okay, I wasn't gonna say anything, but like there was
definitely there was definitely a smell.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
No, we don't pick our noses, we don't pick our feet.
We don't. I mean we wear shoes in public. I
mean we live in a society. I'm they don't. My
feet are queen, thank you very much. They say, I'm
an adult.

Speaker 13 (45:19):
No, listen, they're one of those things where you enjoy
your own scent, you know, like oh no, no, no.

Speaker 1 (45:25):
Well you know what you're allowed to do that there
then yeah, no, I don't think I've ever sided with
someone more than I do with Daisy. In my whole
We've heard a lot of crazy things over the years,
but this is just it's just gross. We don't just
don't do that. Leave your shoes on the restaurant, Daisy.
I'll ask the question. I know the answer. If the

(45:46):
dude wears socks and shoes and keeps them on the
whole time, would you go out with him again.

Speaker 2 (45:51):
Don't do it?

Speaker 1 (45:52):
Oh she hung up.

Speaker 2 (45:53):
I don't blame her.

Speaker 1 (45:54):
Oh she didn't even know. Well, okay, so that answers
that question. Daisy, she's so disgusting me this it's so
traumatic that she can't even say, all right, Marcell, look,
I'm sorry, man, it's not gonna work out. I appreciate it. Guys,
thank you. Yeah you don't see by the way, you
don't seem phased by this, like I don't. I don't
think you're gonna hang up and change. I'm I'm I'm

(46:14):
my own person here putting on my feet. Don't stink.

Speaker 13 (46:18):
I'm an adult. And I mean, I guess if this
is I'll be honest. I was unaware, and I'm you know,
I don't know that I'll change my whole life around.

Speaker 1 (46:29):
Because of it.

Speaker 13 (46:29):
But I'm also not gonna, you know, take this information.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
And do nothing with it. I guess, Okay, Well I
can be I'm not sure. Yeah, be smarter, please and yeah,
you wash your hands, wash everything, watch wash everything, Marcel.
Good luck to you. Thank you. The TikTok waiting by
the phone and follow up from last week.

Speaker 14 (46:50):
We do that.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
Next a the entertainment of for thirteen hundred bucks to
show by Shelley all coming up. It's the Fresh Show.
It's the Fresh Show. So waiting by the phone. I
guess it was a little while ago. We had Brianna
and Seth on Brianna called us and wanted to know
why Seth was not interested in another date, or at
least didn't seem to be. He hadn't called her sense
the date they went on, they were out for a
long time, had a bunch of drinks. She thought they

(47:12):
had a good time, so we called Seth. He revealed
that Brianna was very emotional on the date about the
loss of TikTok. TikTok apparently went away while they were
on the date, and she could not control her emotion,
was sad, crying hysterically. So we got them both on
the phone. We were able to sort of resolve this
and Seth agreed to go out with Brianna for a

(47:32):
second date. We have Seth back. Good morning, Seth. Seth,
how did it go? Because I don't know where Brianna is.
We only have you, but you agreed to go out
with her again. She was very emotional on your first
date over over TikTok shutting down for fourteen hours. But
but you went out again? How did that go? Yeah? Yeah,
so things were good, gay, you know, we actually went

(47:56):
on a few days.

Speaker 15 (47:57):
But it's one night we were watching a movie in
my place and her phone updated and she realized she
lost TikTok and it was the first night all over again.

Speaker 1 (48:07):
I got PPSD and I just said this and set
things off right there. Oh, she updated her Why does
she do that? Automatic updates off?

Speaker 12 (48:20):
Right?

Speaker 1 (48:21):
Wait a minute, I need to do that too.

Speaker 2 (48:22):
Then, yeah, I did it.

Speaker 1 (48:23):
Honestly, I didn't even think about that, thank you, because
I'm trying to avoid the same meltdown. You know, it
would have been a personal, private meltdown. But still, wow,
So she she lost it again, and this is after
several dates, so now she didn't have TikTok at all.
We've been talking on the show about how people are
spending like fifty grand on eBay to get phones with
TikTok on them so they can still watch it. So

(48:45):
you're done with her now? Yeah? Yeah, I had to
be over okay, man, I mean it was going still well,
you know, but we just can't keep we can't keep
doing this you know, we we take TikTok away, we
give it back, we take it away again. This is
difficult to manage, right, Yeah, we're in limbo. I don't
like it. Yeah, all right, So you just your issue
is that she seems to put a lot of emotional

(49:08):
weight on her access to TikTok and you that's not
something that you want to deal with. Yeah, I think so.
It's not like I'm anti TikTok, but it's just it was, yeah,
too much.

Speaker 15 (49:17):
Like I honestly thought that, you know something, her mental
stage just is is so fragile it goes.

Speaker 1 (49:23):
So I don't know, it does seem that way. Okay, Well,
imagine if it were to go away, like really go
away say it? Yeah, okay, Well it sounds like you know,
maybe you you could, if that were your persuasion, you
could go out with Brianna Jason.

Speaker 5 (49:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
I would have hit Brianna up right away. Yeah. Unfortunately, Shew,
you know, offering what I'm well, what I'm trying to get. Yeah,
you know, right too, Seth. All right, Well, thank you
for the follow up, and I'm sorry it didn't work out,
but I appreciate you playing our little game here. Thank you.
Ye Caitlin's Entertainment report. He is on the Fread Show.

Speaker 3 (49:55):
New video shows Marcus Jordan and name drop his famous
dad to Ca in an apparent effort to try to
get out of trouble before his arrest yesterday morning.

Speaker 1 (50:05):
So cringe, so crazy. Car is on a train, halfway
on a train track. He's slurring his words so bad.
And you got to bring your dad.

Speaker 2 (50:13):
Into it, right, I mean he tried it. He certainly
tried it.

Speaker 1 (50:16):
So he's so pissed that with my kid, I'd be like,
you did what you did all that and then you
bring me into it.

Speaker 2 (50:21):
Michael's already mean.

Speaker 3 (50:22):
I can't imagine how he feels about his son embarrassing
him like that in front of the whole worlds, like
he is not playing around.

Speaker 2 (50:29):
I'm sure.

Speaker 3 (50:30):
The footage was captured on the police officer's body cam
at one fourteen am, starting when they first discovered, like
Fred said, Marcus and a woman inside a blue Lamborghini
suv and they were stuck on some train tracks. Initially,
you see Marcus, he was trying to move the car
off the railway when the tires kept spinning in place
no matter how.

Speaker 2 (50:49):
Hard he pressed. They asked him to get out of
the car.

Speaker 3 (50:51):
He tried over and over again to get the cops
to help break his car free, but as his speech
seemed pretty slurred and his balance was off, cops made
it clear that they weren't going to help him get
his car off the train tracks. As they pat him down,
and when they felt along his waistband, he brought up
his NBA legend Dad bro Marcus Jordan. I'm Michael Jordan's son.

(51:11):
I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm trying to get home
and I made a wrong turt okay. Cops eventually walked
him away from the car, which he says cost three
hundred thousand dollars.

Speaker 2 (51:20):
After he admitted to having some drinks. I don't think
it was only drinks.

Speaker 3 (51:24):
They did a field sobriety test and then they felt
like he failed.

Speaker 2 (51:28):
They put him in coughs.

Speaker 3 (51:29):
Seconds later, dug around in one of his pockets pulled
out a baggie full of a white powdery substance they
later claimed in documents tested positive for cocaine. He got
really pissed off. At one point he was telling them
that they'd all that they'd find in his pants was
a big d and some cajones.

Speaker 1 (51:48):
He said that, yes, I didn't see that. Had I
stopped watching. Every name dropped his dad.

Speaker 3 (51:52):
I'm like, okay, all you're gonna find in my pants
is a big d and some balls, is what he
told him. So he was getting more and more agitated,
told them the child f out again.

Speaker 2 (52:02):
Not a good look.

Speaker 3 (52:03):
He was booked on three charges dui crashed with property damage,
possession of cocaine, and resisting an officer without violence, and
he was released from custody a few hours later.

Speaker 2 (52:14):
So, wooh, I don't want to be there when his
dad talks to him about that.

Speaker 3 (52:18):
Despite reports, Jonathan Majors is not being considered to return
to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, at least not currently. So
there's a ton of reports online right now that he's
in talks with them, but he apparently hasn't engaged in
any talks after he was booted in twenty twenty three
following a guilty verdict in his criminal trial. Despite rumors
of a potential return gaining traction on all these fan websites,

(52:41):
the studio says we're not considering as of now bringing
him back back.

Speaker 2 (52:45):
Now.

Speaker 3 (52:45):
This is sad because he was well on his way
to becoming Marvel's biggest villain, King the Conqueror. I don't
know what I'm saying, but that's who he was playing.
It was a couple of years ago. It all came
crashing down after he was found guilty on two or
four counts in that trial in which he was accused
of roughing up his ex girlfriend. He has been working
hard to rehab his image ever since, but an mcu

(53:07):
return is not in the cards, at least for now.
And Sabrina Carpenter and Jason you were just talking about
how nowadays artists will always release an album and then
we got to get a deluxe album because we got
to get as much money from the fans as possible.

Speaker 1 (53:20):
It's the same album, but we got to make it
different color. Yeah, more right, Maybe include like a little
booklet in there or something that's exactly it's the exact
same thing. But how could you possibly have four and
not the fifth? Right?

Speaker 2 (53:36):
So, fred this is your girl and your album Short
and Sweet.

Speaker 3 (53:39):
She's giving us the deluxe version on February fourteenth, with
five new tracks. Now, one of those is a duet
of her single Please Please Please with Dolly parton that
song was made for Dollie. That's worth the deluxe it.

Speaker 2 (53:53):
Is, it is worth.

Speaker 3 (53:54):
The other four are new songs called fifteen minutes, Couldn't
make it any harder, Busy Woman, Bad Reviews, which I
know Fred will be up listening to that album because
you're her.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
Yeah, all night, all night long, every night. Really okay,
that's all that plays on a loop and it that's
exactly right.

out with this gorilla thing.

Speaker 2 (01:00:00):
Are you well? But something else?

Speaker 1 (01:00:02):
Yeah? And people they keep asking me like, where did
that come from? And the truth is, I don't know.
And I've googled it to see if it's like a
movie reference or a TV reference or whatever. But you know,
new listeners to the show are like, why do you
do that? Where's that coming? All I can remember is
that some guys that I grew up listening to on
the radio in Phoenix, Crazy Kid and Rubens, they used

(01:00:24):
to do that. And I don't know where it came from.
I don't know if it's the Phoenix Sun's Gorilla or
I don't know what it is. But anyway, we started
saying it. You are the gorilla. You are the dominator
of this game, and that's where it came from. And
that's all I know.

Speaker 3 (01:00:37):
Yeah, I guess, so, well, maybe you could like beat
your chest or something like a gorilla you.

Speaker 1 (01:00:42):
Into that instead, or well, that's not entertaining for the audience.
I'm beating my chest right now. Nobody can see it.
I beat my chest constantly. Every day. I come in
here and I beat my chest and everyone's like, what
are you doing? And I'm like, I'm asserting dominance, all right,
Shelly a thousand wins tomorrow maybe okay, what goes dominant.

I guess I won't go home, Okay, I was thinking
about it. Yeah, I mean, I'll say, guys, let's welcome
our friend from One Tale at a Time, Chicago Animal Rescue.
Heather is here.

Speaker 2 (01:08:43):
Good morning, good morning, so happy to be here.

Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
It had to be you. It had to be you.
Your pr people were like, we'll handle this. I'm like,
oh no, no, no, no, I know. Heather and Heather's
coming because you started this whole thing.

Speaker 12 (01:08:54):
I did, yes, in two thousand and eight, so it's
been seventeen years, which is crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:08:59):
And you were like a bigger lawyer who went to
bigger lawyers school and you were out here doing this
and You're like, Nope, I don't care. I have all
this debt from being a lawyer. But no, I'm going
to say forget that and I'm going to go and
start an animal rescue, which is, I don't know, people
know this highly profitable. Oh right, so it's a big
money making endeavor. Ye, So like what was the inspiration there?

(01:09:20):
So I started it in law school because law school
is brutal. So I'm like, I need something else in
my life. It's not hard enough. Let's start an animal
Let's start a nonprofit at the CENTA.

Speaker 12 (01:09:29):
Okay, I need a connection to the real world. So
started it and it did really well, and then it
just grew organically. So I had a choice in twenty fifteen.
You know, we can let it just kind of do
its thing and be a small animal rescue, or I
can make this big move and see what it can
really do.

Speaker 1 (01:09:45):
Yeah, and so now I mean the impact in Chicago
and surrounding. I mean, how many animals come through there annually?
I mean how many adoptions? Do you have any idea
what those numbers are?

Speaker 12 (01:09:55):
Like, Yeah, we're close to two thousand adoptions a year.
And then we all also have a big community program
where we help people keep their pets, and thousands of
animals go through that program, which is really cool.

Speaker 1 (01:10:05):
Yeah, and so I'm looking at the email address to
get the website. One tail dot org is the website.
But the reason that you are here is because one
of your adoptable puppies, Boone, is going to be a
star of the Puppy Bowl this weekend.

Speaker 12 (01:10:19):
Yes, but where the hell was Boon? So he's very busy?
Must actually he was adopted so the family. Yeah, so
because they filmed the Puppy Bowl. Yeah, I'm like, giving inside, Taylor, are.

Speaker 1 (01:10:33):
You suggesting big gambler? So are you suggesting that if
she bets on the puppy Bowl there's already an outcome?

Speaker 2 (01:10:40):
Okay, Well what I'm hearing is I like these odds. Yeah,
I have no idea what happened. We're not in the room.

Speaker 12 (01:10:47):
They like take the puppies and scurry away and then
like then they bring them back to us. So we
don't know how Boone did, but he was in it.

Speaker 1 (01:10:53):
Wow, what kind of dog was Boone?

Speaker 2 (01:10:55):
He's a So this is again, this is why I'm
not invited to these things.

Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
I don't know Fred much dog like a lot of
other rescues. Thank you, muppy A fuffy one. Well, because
I do the pilots and poll seven people all the time,
we're like what kind of dogs did you fly?

Speaker 5 (01:11:08):
Like?

Speaker 1 (01:11:09):
Did they were dogs? I don't know. It's like one
dog met another dog on the street and they got
it on and then look at this, exactly eighteen puppies later,
here we are flying along. Okay, so everyone can watch this.
This weekend, it was one hundred and forty two rescue
puppies from eighties shelters are competing in this puppy bowl thing,
but it was one of yours. Do you get paid
for this?

Speaker 2 (01:11:29):
Like?

Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
What was the benefit? What did you get?

Speaker 18 (01:11:31):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
No, we don't give a donation or anything. They don't
give you a dog food or anything.

Speaker 2 (01:11:36):
They don't, but they I mean it's a lot of
nice press.

Speaker 18 (01:11:40):
You know.

Speaker 12 (01:11:40):
We get to do stuff, fun stuff like this. We
have an event at parking field where we'll do like
a watch party. So it's an opportunity to bring awareness
for like, let's adopt puppies.

Speaker 2 (01:11:50):
People come in.

Speaker 12 (01:11:51):
We have a lot of great adoptable puppies that aren't
booned that people can meet to.

Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
Well, I look now you're now you're on the Fred
Show in multiple gigantic cities and everyone one knows about
one tail at a time, one tail dot Organs as
if you needed it. And then you have the best dog.
Trout is the best. Have you guys seen Trout before? No,
this dog is described Trout for the people who don't
know about Trout.

Speaker 13 (01:12:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (01:12:13):
So I tried to bring him today and you were like,
I don't think we're going to get a ninety five
pound dog past security.

Speaker 1 (01:12:18):
So he didn't come. Is he like, is he a Burmese? Yeah?
So he's the best.

Speaker 2 (01:12:25):
He is great. He is a rescue puppy.

Speaker 12 (01:12:27):
He was found in a pond in Kentucky, just chilling,
and I brought him up here, fostered him and kept him.
And now he does like therapy work. He does agility
very slowly, very poorly, but he does it. Just the nicest,
sweetest dog in the world.

Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
And he continues to like to roll around in the
mud and the pond, and like on her social you'll
see all that this dog is filthy all the time.
And he has like, you know, a mane. I mean
he has like how long is his hair?

Speaker 12 (01:12:51):
It's he's like Saint Bernard, Like he looks like a
mini Saint Bernard. Basically, So a lot of dirt and
stuff in my house.

Speaker 1 (01:12:59):
You did I see a video upon a time, Heather,
were you like slept outside because he wanted to sleep
outside or something.

Speaker 2 (01:13:04):
So I raise money every year for Giving Tuesday.

Speaker 12 (01:13:07):
So we were raising money and I said, if I
raised five thousand dollars or more, he in my backyard
will dig a hole and like sleep out there. So
he dug a hole and I slept like it wasn't
for that long. It was a very cold day, but yeah,
I went outside and slept with him.

Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
Whatever. I was convinced that you did it.

Speaker 14 (01:13:21):
So with it.

Speaker 1 (01:13:24):
But anyway, if if anyone wants to watch the Puppy
Bowl this weekend, and you'll see boone that is a
one tale at a time success story. And if anyone
wants to adopt an animal, or if anyone has a
tremendous amount of money and would like to give it
to someone. One tail dot org is where to do it.
And Heather, I got you out of bed for this
and that's it. The whole thing's over. That's amazing. Yeah,
so now I asked you can go back to bed
or whatever. Ill that was the thing. Like your prpole

(01:13:46):
were like I even get out of bed. I'm like,
oh no, it's got to be you me for are
you friend? I would thank you? Yeah, but I am
amazed at your story and it's really inspiring to me
that you gave up something completely different to go do
this and then it's become this big, which is why
it had to be you.

Speaker 2 (01:14:03):
Yeah, thank you.

Speaker 12 (01:14:03):
It's been wonderful. And yeah, if people want to watch
the Puppyeople, I have to plug this. People want to
watch the Puppy Bull with us Park and Field This Sunday,
we'll have a little event.

Speaker 2 (01:14:12):

Speaker 12 (01:14:14):
And then also we have Puppy Grams next week where
you can order a puppy Gram to your workplace or
to your home and we'll bring a litter of puppies
for you guys to hang out with.

Speaker 1 (01:14:25):
One more time. So if you live in Chicago, the
chicagoand area, what are they going to do?

Speaker 12 (01:14:29):

you can buy a puppy gram and tell us where

we will bring a little of puppies to you to

the dogs and cats that need us.

Speaker 1 (01:14:45):
Okay, and then what if we do something where like
if they hate their ex, that will feed something to travel.

Speaker 2 (01:14:51):
So we're doing this.

Speaker 12 (01:14:52):
We're doing the litter box saying we'll write your ex's
name on a litter box. So go on Instagram One
tail at a time and it's tell us your access
name will make it happen for you. We'll send you

to Oh. I thought it was just a part of
the ro Just explain the rules. Okay, anyway, get half

(01:25:09):

Speaker 5 (01:25:13):

Speaker 1 (01:25:14):
Oh my god, this is an absolute train wreck. You know,
the last couple of weeks, you've really impressed me and
and this is just a disaster. But okay, finally, Rihanna, Stephanie,
you've already won the game. But Rihanna, we're going with
Rude Boy. Rude Boy by Rihanna. Jason thinks its song
as too repetitive, get it wrong again. Jas is like

(01:25:40):
the songs too repetitive. I'm like, well then it should
be easy to get. Come on, boy boy, something, can

gonna be a little smarter soon night, Babe. We can
get it on, babe, We can get in on minute.

Speaker 1 (01:26:31):
Because I like you. Thank you. I didn't hate that.
I mean, you have the right idea, you know, but
you don't get a point for that. Seventy. That's three
for three, you win. Nice job, excellent work. Yeah, I
mean you had the right sentiment there. We talked about

(01:26:51):
captains and harder and bigger, We talked about all those things.
The focus well clearly, Stephanie, hang on one second, have
a great thanks for listening. Oh good god. The entertainment
report is next. Friend, going to the store Entertainment Report.

(01:27:18):
He's on the Bread Show.

Speaker 2 (01:27:19):
All right, just have time for a little quickie, y'all.
But Lil Wayne is not going to be at the
super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (01:27:25):
He confirmed he's going to be m i A from
Sunday's Big Game on his Instagram stories to spelling fan
theories that Kendrick would bring him out if you thought
that you were wild. He did assure fans that he
has something very special for us in the works for Thursday,
February sixth San, I got something exciting coming for you.

Speaker 2 (01:27:42):
Till then, I'm just chilling as you know.

Speaker 3 (01:27:43):
There was kind of a mixed response when Kendrick was
picked as the official halftime performer. Some felt that the
New Orleans native was snubbed by Jay Z's Rock Nation,
who produces the show. So far, only Sizza Kendricks soon
to be tore Me It has been confirmed to join
him on stage, and months after Swizz Beats and Alicia
Key's son Genesis told a reporter he no longer likes

(01:28:04):
Taylor Swift because she cheated on him with Travis Kelce.

Speaker 2 (01:28:08):
A new video of them from the Grammys shows they
may be back together. Okay, so.

Speaker 3 (01:28:13):
Swiss Beats and Alicia Keys obviously have been known to
bring their kids to these award shows, and Swizz shared
some behind the scenes looks on his Instagram stories. In
one video, the couple's younger son is seen twirling and
dancing with Taylor. Then they were seen jumping up and
down holding hands as Shakira performed. He also included a
shot of both of their boys standing with her looking

(01:28:35):
at something on her phone.

Speaker 2 (01:28:37):
So they are back together. Ten year old son Genesis.

Speaker 3 (01:28:41):
He was upset that she cheated on him, but I
think they're all is right, and I deliver being a.

Speaker 1 (01:28:46):
Little boy, and like, you know, if I had like
a hot teacher or a hot babysitter or something, being
very offended that they were seeing someone else. Yeah, you know,
that was ten, so it was there were a lot
of issues there, but but I was very it was
very upsetting to me. What do you mean high teacher
as a husband? No one talk to me about this.

Speaker 2 (01:29:02):
It's rude as hell.

Speaker 3 (01:29:04):
And this all started when she was in her lover era.
And I don't know if you remember the video, but
she spotted going like this to him and he's waving
back to her, and so they've been dating in his
mind ever since him.

Speaker 1 (01:29:14):
Trust me, I feel the same way.

Speaker 13 (01:29:16):
I know.

Speaker 1 (01:29:16):
I've had hot women look at me and I just
were together obviously.

Speaker 2 (01:29:19):
Truly, though, that heartbreak when you're younger does kind of
hurt like it does.

Speaker 1 (01:29:23):
Yes, I'm serious. I can remember being very upset same
that a grown person didn't share the same feelings that
I did as an eight year old.

Speaker 3 (01:29:32):
I know I feel you by the way, if you

Speaker 1 (01:29:40):
The show is on Friend's Fun Fact Fred Fun so
much so. This is random, But there is a dude
named Frank Hayes. Frank Hayes old Boy. The guy wasn't
even really a jockey, like a horse jockey. He was

(01:30:02):
a stable hand who sometimes filled in during races. On
June third of nineteen twenty three, he won his first
and last horse race. At some point while riding the
twenty to one long shot Sweet Kiss. I'm sure you
bet on that Kaitlin Hayes suffered a heart attack and died.
But the horse finished first and his body was still

(01:30:22):
on his saddle, and he was declared the winner. He
was only twenty two. He'd been required to drop ten
pounds of water weight in the previous twenty four hours
as possible. The dehydration and weakness proved to be a
lethal combination. But the guy, I believe he's the only
jockey in history that won a race while not being alive.

Speaker 2 (01:30:41):
I would venture to say he is.

Speaker 1 (01:30:42):
Yeah, I mean, crazy things have happened, but yes so.
His name was Frank Hayes. This was in nineteen twenty
three and Canlon won the bet.

Speaker 2 (01:30:51):
Yeah bet is a Batman.

Speaker 1 (01:30:52):
He was part of a parlay. More press shown next
