Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yet I tell them back.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Yeah, they talk better than they sign. Tell me.

Speaker 3 (00:04):
These are the radio blogs on the Fred Show. I
like for writing in our diaries, except we say them aloud.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
We call them blogs. Paulina.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Yes, all right, thank you.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
I'm giving you the case of the car. Now be responsible.

Speaker 4 (00:15):
I am.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
I take it away, dear blog, Thank you, dear blog.

Speaker 4 (00:19):
I am going through this like I don't know if
it's just like a new thought or something that's coming
to me.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
But I don't pray for the downfall of many people.
I don't.

Speaker 4 (00:29):
But when it comes to some influencers, I question a
why they.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Have such a large following with the things they say.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
And then number two, I really wish that podcasting equipment
was harder to come by because not everybody needs that
a podcast or needs a platform when they just you know,
just say stupid things.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
You're saying.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
People should be licensed to be able to, you know,
have a podcast. There needs to be like some coding,
maybe like an interview process like say pre check or something.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
Like a pre check just say anything that you know,
show was there a little qualified to do it because
people just say things, yes, Kicky, I know, just people
just say things. Man, and it just drives me crazy.
And I don't know how the TikTok algorithm brought me
to this, but basically I saw that a and I'll
call her out by her name, but I saw that
a influencer by Avery Woods is her name. I don't

(01:18):
know of this woman. I don't, I don't. I couldn't
tell you something about her. But she's saying a bunch
of crazy things or whatever. People are like, you know, oh,
this is so controversial, and I think the latest one,
which was very recent, was her discussing I guess she's
a mother to discussing sea sections versus like vaginal birth,
and she basically was saying, and I'm gonna use the
word that she used, which I thought was like whoa,

(01:39):
But she said that sea section moms are pristine on there,
basically calling herself that because mothers who do it the
other way, right then quote natural way if you will,
or the vaginal way become wrecked. That's the word she
used down there, or like things are like yeah and
I no, no, And again it's not even like comparing,
but like both are so difficult. First of all, you're

(02:02):
you're giving birth to a child first and foremost, and
our bodies are are designed to to yes, carry children
and give birth to kids and have our children, and
obviously we heal from that. But either way, like it
doesn't make you less or more. Things aren't broken after,
you know what I mean. And I thought that was
just like a weird comment to say, very straight, especially

(02:22):
with a huge, huge platform like yours, like this is
this girl, and of course like the moms are our
mommy on on the TikTok and they're they're you know,
everyone's upset. And I agree with that because I just
feel like that's not I don't know, that wasn't the.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Right thing to say. I don't think.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
I think sometimes we can just be quiet, we can
turn off our microphone, our podcast equipment.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
I just felt like that was really out of touch.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
And I don't like that because I think that you know,
saying that having a sea section right like saves your body,
like no, like sea section moms go through it.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
That's pretty serious, abdominal search, very serious.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
You don't want to put that.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
I wouldn't think you'd want to put the misnomer out
there that somehow one is better than the other, or
you should do one because the other is going to
save your nether region because I mean I was talking
to my mom. My mom's best friend is a retired
obg an and she was saying that there's been this
trend in women scheduling sea sections because because it's like
you can, you know, stay on this time and day

(03:17):
and this is when it's happening and you can. I mean,
there are a multitude of reasons why people would want
to do that. But her point was not everybody needs
a sea section, like not everybody needs to you know,
most people can do it the normal way that the
natural way or what I guess both are natural. But
you know what I mean, of course, so if you
don't need to do that, if you don't need to
take that step, then don't take that step. And then
for this woman be putting out there that somehow like

(03:38):
you know, you won't heal or your stuff is not
right afterwards or whatever, which of course is not true.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
And you're a mother, and it's not true. It's not
true at all.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Like I'm no longer a practicing doctor, but I can
tell you that's not true.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
I know you gave up your license.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I did be on the radio. Yes, I understand that. Yeah,
do you think it's just rage bait?

Speaker 5 (03:53):
Like I think people just post stuff so we'll take
the bait and then be angry about it.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Could be because we're talking about it, right, you know,
like we're bringing up her name, we're saying what she said.
I again, podcasting equipment should be they should lock it
up like at Walgreens, you know, when you got to
like get the shampoo.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Now, they should put podcasts and equipment in there too.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
I agree, Like, I'm not got a woman implying to
other women that if you don't have a sea section
that somehow your stuff is not going to be right again,
or something like it's not going to be the way
that it was or less than perfect. When what you
guys do to create and give birth to humans is
an incredible natural feat as it is, So why put that?

(04:28):
Why perpetuate that that that insecurity or that feeling that,
oh wow, now I guess will never be the same.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (04:34):
I know women who who wanted to give birth vaginally
and had to go into an emergency sea section, and
I comonly imagine those women seeing that being like what
the hell?

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Like you know what I mean? One d perc like
just sit down avery to sit down anyone.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
Who thinks like that, because I think it takes my
being in serious strength regardless. Right, like you said, you
go in with one idea of how this is going
to go, and sometimes it doesn't.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
The recovery is really hard to the sea section, I think.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
Honestly, I think it sounds I didn't have the section,
but it sounds more difficult when you're trying to care
for a newborn and you're healing because you have this
incision of multiple layers like that cannot be easy.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
So honestly, like it's hard. Motherhood is so hard. Regardless,
Let's stop spending this weird narrative.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
You know, if I could call in it for one moment,
if I could use my powers for good, I love that,
you know. I just like to say that I've been
single for a long time, and I've been out here
in these streets. I've experienced many a different scenario. Yeah,
and I can tell you that everything goes right back
to normal and it's great. From your research, from my

(05:35):
from my focused research, I can tell you have nothing
to be concerned about. It's wonderful, I think, I think,
is what you mean. I'm saying to you. I am,
I am, I am. What is the word I'm looking for. Well,
I am certified, but I am using my powers for good.
I am just spelling any misinformation out there. I can

(05:58):
tell you firsthand.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
Well, thank you.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Nothing, well not you first you.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
I just God I met in general tour Fred Show
