I've ever been left waiting by the phone. It's the
Fred Show. Hey Claire, good morning, Welcome to the show.

How are you crying?

How are you doing great? Thank you?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Welcome to waiting by the phone. We're trying to figure
out what well, first of all, I mean, let's see though,
let's see what happens here, because this guy Mark, I
want to know how you met, about any dates you've
been on, and you know how those dates went and
where things are now. You got to kind of fill us.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
In if you would, of course, So we met out
of Hinge and honestly, like there were so.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Many green flags.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
We had tons of like really smart, really flirty texting.
We jumped on a phone call which was really great,
and you know, like he invited me out to dinner,
and honestly, it was to this restaurant that I've been
trying to get into for months, and like when we
met up in person, he was even more impressive. Like

I'm talking smart, funny, super hot, successful, like the whole package,
and like I definitely thought.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
That, you know, it could be a thing.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
But then after dinner he was like super short and
then kind of ghosted me and like just eventually stop responding.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Okay, so this guy pulls out all the stops, you know,
goes to a restaurant you can't get into, impressed you
in person. You know, good looking, great conversation, You're attracted
to him, all these things, so this is these are
all good things. This is all the stuff you want
when you match with somebody on a dating app.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
But then, and it's hard to find that right, but you.

Notice towards the end of the day things were sort
of fizzling a little bit, and then you haven't heard
from him since exactly. Okay, well, let's call Let's call
this guy Mark and get him on the phone. You'll
be on the phone as well. We're gonna ask these
questions for you. At some point you're welcome to jump
in on the call and hopefully we can straighten all
of this out, figure out what's going on, set you
guys up on another date, and we'll pay for that.

Very much. I know it's weird to get called by
the radio, we do appreciate it. We're calling on behalf
of a woman who says she met you on the
dating app and her name is Claire.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Do you remember Claire?

Speaker 4 (03:18):
Yeah? Yeah, I remember Claire.

Okay, Well, she called us and had a lot of
nice things to say about you about the date that
you guys went on, and she's trying to figure out
why you haven't reached out to her since to date,
because her recollection is that it was a really successful
date and she was excited about you wanted to see
you again. So what you know, what's kind of your
side of the story a successful date?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (03:38):
Man, no exaggeration. She is maybe the most annoying eater
I've ever come across, and that alone, you know, ruined
the date for me.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Annoying eater like in what way? Like how she eats
or how she orders or what she eats?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
What do you mean?

Oh, she's just.

So vocal like it wasn't even words. She just makes
these noises like I don't know, she makes sex noises
with every bite.

It was okay, well, she's enjoying herself. I mean, how
aggressive is this like.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Maybe some guys are into this, maybe, but it was
just so annoying.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
I can't even tell you every single bite You've got
her eyes closed and oh, like it was just the
most annoying thing I've ever heard.

I don't know if you eat like that, but I

Well, I will say these days, there are some meals
I would rather have over than that experience. However, so
you're saying it was over the top, like not just yet,
I like the she's expressive. Good, Oh it wasn't even okay,
she's orgasming like it was just ridiculous.

I mean, the only time to bother me is if
it was embarrassing, like if you're screaming out loudly.

hate on somebody for being happy about, you know, their
experience so very expressive.

I honestly, I had no idea that I did.

I mean, I'm good, but I just stand with her.
I want to go with her. Yeah, throughout dinner.

I just I don't have a problem with somebody unless
it was like embarrassingly over the top. I don't have
a problem with somebody who's expressive while they're enjoying something.

Speaker 5 (06:49):
The thing, I'm not going to ask her to change
the way she is. That's how she is, and that's fine.
I just cannot stand it.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Well, that's nice of you, because I don't think she's
going to But okay, look, so you don't want to
go out with her again. She liked the food too much.
This is a very strange complaint. But again, maybe maybe
it was embarrassing.

Speaker 2 (07:08):

Again, I feel like other people would have noticed this
if it was this this much over the top. But
you're annoyed, and you have that right. So you don't
want to go out with her again. We'll pay for.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
It, absolutely not. I cannot, possibly shit do another dinner
with her.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
Okay, fair enough, Claire, Hey, you do you you know?
I mean, if that's okay, if that's how you get
your rocks off, well that's good. We like proper manners.
A perfect guy for her, you do. Yeah, the feeder
guy from the other day who likes.
