Lady Gaga is being dragged to court by a surfboard
company who claims that she jacked their logo for her
new album Lost to International is suing her for trademark infringement,
claiming they own the rights to the term or the
logo mayhem as used in the surf company's distinctive logo,
and they say Lady gagas is basically identical. They claim

that they've been slapping this stylized version of the word
mayhem on their surfboards and merch for over a decade.
They're saying she ripped them off. They actually have a
