I know I love the man. I love everything about
him too. You get a longtime friend of the show,
been on multiple times, and yet what what I said?
You gotta be Joe. It's got to be a joke.
It can't be real. Mackenzie, I'm sorry you did not

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Okay, never mind, you're right the kids, you hang on
a second, have a great day. Thank you for listening.
Good luck with the with the dental practice. Blink on
eighty two right, yeah that's true. Well you have the shirt,
you should get it right. Uh. Someone texted eighty five
five five five. I was on Wheel of Fortune five
years ago, a bucket list of mine. It was awesome.
My sister was on it twenty nine years ago with

(04:38):
Whyonah John.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Yeah my gosh.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Well that's a legendary story. Yeah yeah wow. Maybe that
should be a topic one day. What game show have
you been on? Because I would love to hear stories
about I gotta think that the prices are the price
is right, though I've heard is like a it's a
tortuous experience because you have to line up hours and
hours and hours before they tape, and then I guess
they go through an interview every single person in line

(05:03):
to see who they should put on TV. And so
like everybody's kind of doing their walka waka because they
know when the people come around that like you're being
essentially reviewed. So I guess people just stand in line
and do their best comedy routine, you know, cause it's
like or their most energetic approach, because you know, they
want the people who are going to freak out when
you and they're like, oh, come on, you know, Kiki,

(05:24):
come on down. You're supposed like you do a backflip
and you're you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
But I don't know.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
I wouldn't want to wait in four hours, but wait
for four hours, but I wouldn't That would be fun
to go on that show. Yeah, but I'm also afraid that,
like if you went to your favorite game show and
you saw how the sausage was made, that it would
ruin it for you. Like I told you, I went
to Wheel of Fortune as a kid, and I was
telling you this off the air as I think it
was six. We went to Wheel of Fortune and my
parents took me and it was us and it was

(05:52):
supposed to be a tour bus full of Asian tourists.
I don't know, I remember where they were from, but
they were from Asia. I don't know if they were
Chinese or otherwise. But and the tour of US broke
down on its way. So we were the only people
in the audience for several of the tapings, and so
they just never showed the audience on TV. But you
couldn't tell because they had like a like a laughterback
track and applause and everything, so like you had no

(06:13):
idea there was nobody there, but we're the only ones there.
But it took like a wild of film there and
it's just kind of like, I don't know, I just
remember thinking it was pretty little. But I'm like, I
don't know, this isn't as exciting as it is when
you watch it on TV because it's just boom boom, boom,
boom boom. You know, the pace is different. Yeah, I
took my mom to Jerry Springer. I know it's not
a game show but TV show it is iconic. But
you took your mom. Yeah, it was for fortieth birthday.

(06:34):
We went to Jerry Springer and it did ruin it
for me. It was like more entertaining because you see
him like rylin a mole the lady right in front
of us. Yeah, she got her, Jerry b It's amazing.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
And how long are you to take to film an
actual episode?

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Oh my gosh, we were there all just for one
for one filming one episode. Yeah, they like put you
in the side room and you're sitting there for like
gotta be over an hour. You can't have your phone,
like you're just sitting. It looks like a cafeteria and
they take you in. But they stop like in between
every commercial and they're like riling up you know, the
people on the stage, like to get them all, you know, upset,
so that it's entertaining.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
I've heard so many rumors about that show from people
who worked on it, you know, because it's it was
filmed in Chicago. So but I've heard though, and this
is not I think this is pretty public, but allegedly,
if they bumped you off of one show because they
didn't have time to get to you as a guest.
They would ask you if you could like just do
the other, like the next topic. So like you're on
there because you think your mom is sleeping with your

(07:30):
brother or whatever. But then like that didn't work out.
They couldn't get you on for that, so they were like, hey,
how about you. Have you ever dressed up in a
furry costume?

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Like, no, that's true, that's exactly how is this?

Speaker 3 (07:40):
Yeah, I heard, I've heard that was how it was.
And I've also heard they would a lot of these
talk shows would like put you in separate rooms, and
the producers would just be like, I'm not supposed to
tell you this, but like he's in there talking mad
crap about you, Like he's in there saying you ain't nothing,
like like I'm not supposed to say it, Like I really,
I'm not supposed to tell you this, but like he
just said you're stinky, Like I don't know. I'm just

(08:00):
I don't, I don't. I don't repeat that. I don't
want that to affect you negatively. But I tend to
go out there. There's so charge. Yes, they just come
out swinging.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Oh no, it's real. I had friends that went on
there as a joke. They were like, let's go on here,
we're gonna tell them.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
We have issues.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
They agreed that this was fake, but when they got
there and they got separated and the producers started lying,
they actually got on stage and fought each other for
real and like, we're not friends afterwards.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Yes, those are good.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Because they give you like five hundred dollars in a
night out on the town. So they're like, yeah, let's
do it. We're gonna go in there and we're gonna
fake fight. No, they ended up fighting for real and
we're no longer friends.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
After Wow, that's amazing story. Why I'm Jerry Springer. Was
that man man? Yeah, he's a nice guy too. He
was a nice guy too.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
All right, throwback, throw down, name that tune, battle, got
some debut songs in there.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
Today. We'll see how We'll see how good you guys
are at this camp.
