Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's husband and former celebrity lawyer,
Tom Girardi will serve some serious time in a federal
prison for stealing fifteen million from his former clients. So
back in August, a federal jury convicted him on four
counts of wire fraud for embezzling millions from his clients
over ten years.

This week, a judge sentenced the eighty six.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Year old to seven years and three months in federal prison,
as well as ordering him to pay two point three
million in restitution and fines. And he's got health issues
and he's eighty six, so that is a long time.
Tom not only worked on the famous Aaron Brockovic case
and a lot of celebrity cases, but he also, like
I said, is the estranged husband of Real Housewife Erica Jane.

And if you watch the show, you watch this all
play out. You know, the other ladies questioning whether she
was guilty. She had a very expensive pair of diamond rings.
They're like, did his poor clients buy that? So it
was a very interesting thing to see and it's sort
of come full circle and doesn't have dementia or something. Well,
he started claiming that after he went to oh oh interesting,
now every can you know when Bill Cosby went blind?

Yeah, okay, interesting, all right, So I don't know about
all that, but he is eighty six and that's a
long time. Speaking of suing, Eminem's publishing company, eight Mile
Style filed a lawsuit against Meta Platforms, which owns Facebook, Instagram,
and WhatsApp, accusing the company of copyright infringement and seeking
over one hundred and nine million in damages. So in
this filing, Eminem real name Marshall Mathers alleges that Meta

violated the copyright of two hundred and forty three songs
from his own catalog through the unauthorized storage, reproduction, and
exploitation of the tracks on their platforms. The lawsuit site
sites app features including original audio and reels, which we
all use as tools that allow and encourage its users
to steal as.

Use in a video you know or you know their
content without proper attribution or license. M is seeking the
maximum statutory damages, requesting one hundred and fifty thousand for
each of the songs in question. Across all three Meta platforms,
so that's where he got that total no word from Meta.
But I mean this is probably a very common thing

with I mean, I know, I get you know, if
I put a piece of audio that it says is original,
it'll assign it to the artist. But I guess a
lot of it was going on without doing that. So
he's suing and I would like to leave you with this.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Patrick went full frontal in The White
