These are the radio blogs on the Fred Show.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
On New Waiting Metaphone, Kiki's Court and the price jumped
in the showdown because show me is Shelley is back.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
It's her game.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
You're off the Hookkieky Yes, and we go right to
seven hundred bucks because that's where she left off.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Take money.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
So that's the feel to have that weight off your shoulders.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
I've never been happier. I mean, I take my head
in my wig off to Shelley every day because I
don't know how she does that. Every day, like to
be put to the test and have the whole city
on your back. You know you can't. Very stressful, very stressful. Yeah,
I was being kicked out my family. It's just been
a lot.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Yeah, I know your sister was tackling you the thousands
of dollars that you lost the family, right, Yeah, Christmas
is going to be like this year.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Right, my nephew can't go to college. I guess crazy
because of me.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Yeah, it's terrible. But that you're off the hook. Now
you don't have to Shelley's back in the showdown. And
some of you have not even met shobis Shelley because
you're new to the show in different cities and places
and whatever else. And so this will be a bit
shock to you that, in fact, it's not show Be's
s Kiky.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
It is not No, it is showb is Shelley.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
But now it is your turn to do a blog
or audio journals like we're writing in our diaries, except
we say I'm allowed to go dear blog.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
So last week we talked a lot about robots taking over,
and you know, I was laughing. I thought it was
a game, as I think most things are. I'm like, ah,
But I went to LA over the weekend for the
BT Awards, and I ordered some food when I got
there at my hotel, and it was just a regular
Uber Eats order, and when I press you know, deliver

(02:02):
and the extra tip and everything, I put that on
there and I'm taking my hair off and ready to
just you know, get comfortable. Next thing, I know, the
phone buzzes and says, Okay, your order will be delivered
by a robot, and so no need for a tip.
We're going to refund you a refund the tip. So
I'm like, but you didn't really ask me my preference.

(02:25):
You just told me what was going to happen. So
I'm like, okay, a robot that means, what difference.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Does it make? Or a robot what difference? Let me
tell you.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
So I was staying at a hotel and I gave
them the address to the hotel. So I'm thinking, okay,
now I have to go to the lobby and get
whatever the robot is going to drop off.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
But I'm thinking, in.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
My mind, I could just see me downstairs not understanding
how to operate the robot, and the robot might decide
not to give me the order. Now I'm the big
fat girl in the lobby fighting with the robot over
my chicken and waffles because.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
The robot over off. I mean, is that worse than
when you normally fight with the driver.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
I'm like, unhand, I could just see me down there
like onhand the bag and the robots like you need
you need to put the cody in or something. So
I'm I'm freaking out about this right then, to make
matters worse, the robot. I'm looking at the robot on
the map. He is nowhere near my hotel. He parked
around the corner on Hollywood Art. He parked on Hollywood

(03:32):
Boulevard and just sat there and he said, I'm here.
And the robot's name was Noah. So now I have
to follow the map to go find Noah. No and
I made a hole. Okay, no, No, I know I
saw the video. I didn't see that you had to
chase Noah down on the street corner in Los Angeles.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
He said, come get it, he said, he said, this
is it.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I'm parking. This is it. So he parks and then
I have to go find him. So I'm walking around
the boulevard. I find the thing. I approach him and
he's like blinking and it has eyes and smiling, and
then you have to scan a code. Once you scan
the cold he will open up his top and then
you grab it.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Oh my god, he flashes you. You're on Hollywood Boulevard
getting flashed by a robot.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
I mean, what kind of trip was this? Keiki? Hollywood
was very wide. I don't like that.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
But I thought the robot would come to your hotel
room because I've seen hotel. I think that's within the hotel.
But like your room service is delivered by a robot.
What I've had that before, but it's in the hotel.
But like, no, no, you know how I feel about this.
You pay for a service now, and a hotel I
might argue a lot of times hotels won't let them
up because they need a key to wipe, so you

(04:40):
have to go.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Down to the lobby. Like that's fine. I understand that.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
I usually always go down to the lobby in a
hotel when I ordered something like that. But but I
got to now chase you into a dark alley. Yes,
to talk to a robot about my chicken and waffles. No,
it's why I don't like it.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
I don't like it either, And he then when you
take your order, he does a little dance and then
he drives off, because.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Like, what's our two D two gonna do if you
go to this alley that he just drug you into
and then something bad happens.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Exactly, it's wild in LA.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
They have the cars that drive themselves, and apparently we
have these robots here. Some people were comment on the
video saying they have them here. I just I don't
like this.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Give me the option, okay, of a human or a robot,
because that was my next question was I knew you
had a robot because I saw part of that video,
but then it was like, what are you who you're tipping?

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Then what's a robot do with the tip? They don't
make you tip.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
The robots find in the tip. They did do that,
they need to tip me. I had to go behind them,
You had to go halfway.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
At the restaurant. I don't want to chase any robots.
