going on Will with this woman Selene? We got to

know kind of all the background, how you guys, mad
about any dates that you've been on, and then kind
of where things stand right now?

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Yeah, George, I met her on I met her on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
I'm dmer okay, Yeah, you know modern love, modern love,
you know, yeah, I do. I do know a little
bit about modern love. Yeah, but Instagram that's the move. Now.
We had a whole story about it. Last week, people
are just not even doing the dating apps anymore. They're
just finding stuff they like on Instagram and they're sliding
the DM. So this is how it worked for you.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Yeah, you cut out the middle man.

Okay, all right, so you find your on Instagram, you
slide in the dms. Then what happens.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Well, So then we went out and I felt like
it was a perfect date. I mean it was pretty normal, like,
you know, we did dinner and then we went to
a bar afterwards and we talked. I mean, we're out
pretty late, and I thought she felt the same, Like
I thought it was a great date. And I thought
she had fun too, Like we were really connecting. And

now she's completely ghosting me.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Right, I mean that's usually a pretty good sign, right,
Like if you go on a bad date, you might
have a drink maybe too, and then hey, you know what,
I gotta get going or whatever. Nice to meet you.
I feel like when you agree to a drink state,
then you really are agreeing to like an hour, you
know what I mean, A couple drinks, that's it. But
in this case, you guys went had drinks and then
it extended into the evening and you say you were
out all night.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Yeah. I mean once you switch location, I feel like
it's like, okay, this chicks it into me.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Well yeah, because they could just bail, right, So that's
usually a good sign. But in this case, you're being
ghosted and you want to know why. So what we'll
do is, I'm gonna put you on a hold, play
one song, we'll come back. I'm gonna call Selene. I'm
gonna ask some questions. You'll be on the phone at

on the call and maybe this is something you know
that she can explain, or something's been going on. We

Yeah, yeah, we did.

Okay, So he described what he thought was a successful date,
says that he's slidding your DMS and you went out,
had drinks and then moved on to another location, had
more drinks. We're out for a while, and so I mean,
what's going on? Because he also says he can't get
a hold of you now and he kind of wants
to know why.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
I mean, yeah, we have a we had a fun date.
I just I saw after that, like we went on
a date, like right before Halloween, and then I saw
some photos like after for Halloween, and I saw his
costume and he dressed up as a brustolizer with a
sign that's here dog.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
No no, no, no no no. So you no, you
were fine with this guy until you saw his choice
of Halloween costume, and then you're you're thinking, I could
never have been seen with this man, Like, imagine if
you go into the holiday for you know, the Halloween
party with him.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Yeah, I.

Forgot to mention that Will is here on the call.
Will what was the thought process with the Halloween costume?
It's funny, I mean, it is funny, but I don't
you know, it's not going to be for everybody?

Wait is that really? What is that really? What happens
to me? Yeah? I don't It's not for me. It's
just not for me.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
So you so, what if you guys had gone to
a Halloween party together? What if he came to pick
you up and that was his costume, Seleen? Would you
have asked him to change or would you have not
gotten in the car? I mean, is there no forgiveness
for this? Can you not overlook it and say, like, yo,
that was that was kind of inappropriate and you know,
I don't want to don't do that again kind of thing.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
I just feel like it's truly indicative of like his humor,
and I just I don't think it's funny.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
So it was a bad joke. He does seem to
be standing by it, but I mean he is doubling
down on this one. But I mean, okay, so was it?
It was an off color joke. You seem to like
him though otherwise, I mean, he spent the whole evening
with him, so or at least you know, I don't know,
not the whole evening, but a lot of the evening
with him, So you liked him otherwise. So this particular
joke didn't land.

Yeah, no, it didn't land.

I just I just want like more of like a mature.
