So I have mixed emotions about this story. But as
Ditty's sex trafficking and racketeering trial moves towards its end,
federal prosecutors have decided not to proceed with some of
the more explosive allegations against him. In a letter to
the judge, prosecutors said they would not instruct the jury
to consider attempted kidnapping, attempted arson, and aiding and abetting

sex trafficking as underlying acts of the racketeering charge. Prosecutors
cited the court's desire for simpler instructions to the jury,
and if you didn't know, the racketeering conspiracy count is
based on six other acts, including bribery, witness tampering, and
the possession and distribution of drugs. So the allegations prosecutors
are no longer proceeding with are connected to the alleged

(01:52):
kidnapping of Ditty's assistant, Capricorn Clark, and the alleged fire
bombing of rapper Kid Cutty's car. He has also charged
with sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. But
if you're like, wait, this kind of sounds like a bummer, right,
they're not charging him with these things, or they don't
want the jury to consider this. A former federal prosecutor
says that the move shouldn't be seen as a win

for Diddy per se. He specialized in similar cases, and
he believes that prosecutors are trying to minimize jury confusion
and avoid accusations of overreaching. Kind of how we were
talking about the Karen Reid jury sheet was, I think
they don't want them to be confused with all the
things going on. As you know, the prosecution and defense
rested their cases Tuesday, with the defense calling no witnesses

and wrapping up its case in just twenty minutes. Closing
arguments are expected today. So I think they just want
them to be able to understand really what they're working with.
I hope, But at first I was like, Okay, well damn,
that's not so great. All right, so this is a
hard right turn. But I was scrolling Netflix last night
and I came across a show called train Wreck Poop

Cruise about that infamous poop Cruise from twenty thirteen, and like,
what the hell is she talking about? It was that
fourteen story carnival cruise that was trended for five days
in the Gulf of Mexico with four hundred four thousand
excuse me plus passengers and crew on board. They were
fighting over food amongst sewage coming up through the drains.
It was meant to be a four day round trip

from Galveston to Cozamal, but an engine room fire destroyed
electrical cables that supplied the entire ship, leaving the whole
thing with no power, refrigeration, lighting, air conditioning, air conditioning,
or worst of all, flushing toilets. And the reason that
I love this is the trailer was very much giving
like the Titanic, Like they were talking to people about
how they were so excited to set sail and the

world was their oyster. Then it shows the power cutting
off in a matter of seconds and they were being
asked to duty and bags, and then they all started
going in the showers, and so the whole ship started
smelling like hot poo and.

Pee and we just put me just think the thing
literally that to me, I mean death, death sounds terrible,
but that got so I don't know. At that point,
I think we just sink the boat and call it
a loss.

I agree, And it's like, it's such a funny topic,
but if you were actually in that position, it would
be horrifying. And I feel so bad for those people.
But you have to watch the trailer because it's very
funny how serious it is, and it's like they're all
running from Pooh and so I can't believe they made
a whole show about it, but they did, and I
cannot wait to watch something else that I cannot wait

to watch. I'm a little jealous of Jason, he's already
seen it. But it's f Won the movie, starring Finance
Brad Pitt. You can see it. I mean, I would
suggest on the biggest screen possible. So it's only going
to be in theaters in Imax tomorrow and it's righted
PG thirteen, so you can go see it with the
whole fam Apple Original Films and Warreer Brothers Pictures. F
Won the movie. It's heart pounding, It's an underdog story

from the director of Top Gun Mavericks, so you know
it's gonna be good. The soundtrack is fire but Jason,
you have to give us the tea because you have
seen it. I can't wait to go see it tomorrow.
I'm not as cool as you. So I didn't get
