It's the Fred Show, Tanya, good morning, Welcome to the show.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
How are you, hi, guys, I'm doing good.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
How about you doing okay? So what's going on with
this guy Connor? I want to kind of understand here.
How did you guys meet? Tell us about any dates
that you've been on, and then where things are now?

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Yeah? So I met Connor.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
Super cute by the way.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
We met on an app. He asked me out for drinks.
We went. I think we had a pretty good time.
I will say we even went back to my place, okay,
and we did oh gosh, it's the radio.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
So I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
We did some fun things, some adult activities, right, So you.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Played like scrabble and you know maybe like UNO did
you play?

Speaker 3 (01:19):
How do you know?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
I will tell you something. You really need to get
to the bottom of how someone feels about the UNO
rules before you date them, because people have different definitions
true about rules, and I follow the rules. I follow
the actual rules. I'll just have you know that. I'm
very rarely a rule follower. But don't you come around
and you're trying to stack a bunch of action cards
on me all at once. You can't do that anyway,
thanks to you. So you thought everything went well, you know,

(01:43):
and I would think so too. If a date kind
of winds up back at somebody's place, that's usual a
pretty good sign.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Yeah, I mean I thought all signs would go. We
played a little UNO. I wanted to see him again.
But yeah, literally as soon as he left my place,
the text stopped. Like he hasn't responded a single time,
so I'm totally in the dark. I thought we had
a great time and I would just love to know
what happened.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Yeah that makes sense. I mean, we hear it several
times a week, and many of us have been through it,
where Calein and Keky have not, but some of us,
you know, have had that happen where you think everything
went really well and then the person you know doesn't
respond to you when you're like, well, was I on
a different date or what? So we're going to call
this guy Connor. We're going to ask these questions. You'll
be on the phone at the same time, and the
hope is that we get straighten this out and set

(02:28):
you up on another day that we pay for.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Okay, sound good?

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Hey Tatia, yep, welcome back. Let's call this guy Connor.
You met out one of the apps. You went on
a date, the date went well, well enough that you
wind up back at your place right, and then some
stuff happens and then you haven't heard from the guy
since then. And it's like, wait a minute, the day
went well enough that it ended that way. I would
think I'd hear from this guy again. There was chemistry,
I guess, and yet nothing, no response is to anything

(02:54):
that's correct.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Feeling pretty feeling pretty lame?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
Yeah, no, I get it. Let's you're not lame. But
let's see what Connor has to say, we'll call him now,
good luck. Hello, Hi is this Connor conn Connor, good morning.
My name is Fred. I'm calling from the Fred's Show,
the Morning radio show, and I have to tell you
that we are on the radio right now and I

(03:18):
would need your permission to continue.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
With the call.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Said, okay, Wit you averages a second. Uh, yeah, that's fine,
Thank you very much. We're calling on behalf of a
woman who said she recently went out with you. Her
name is Tanya. Do you remember meeting Tanya on the
apps and you guys went on a date?

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Oh I remember Tanya? Man?

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Yeah, okay, Well, she reached out to us and told
us that she had met you and enjoyed going out
with you and thought the date went really well and
expected to hear from you for another date and says
that she hasn't, and so she feels like you're ghosting her.
It sounds like maybe you are. What's your version of
the story, Well, what happened?

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Yeah, Look, I got no problem talking to you about
this because she's bogus. She's absolutely bogus. How is she always?
I'll tell you right now. We went back to her
place after the date. You know, things went well, and I, uh,
I did stuff to her, you know, good stuff, and

(04:13):
she did not do anything to me. In fact, when
I was done doing all that delightful stuff to her
that I did, okay, she asked. She told me she
was tired and asked me to leave.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
You didn't play, you know, persona only one person getting anything? Wow? Okay,
so you like a good gentleman, would you? You handled
business first for your never right, And then it was
like okay, well that was fun, so yeah no, and

(04:48):
then she's like, no, that's good, you can leave now.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
That was exactly what happened. And that's why it's bogus.
It's ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
You're smiling because I know this happens the other way around,
and nobody he's happy about it. So nobody should be
happy about this what.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
You Sometimes sometimes you could, you could be so delightful
that it's like, let's just let it be this.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
So I'm being penalized for being so delightful. You know,
you're too good for your own good? Is that what
I say? So I should just do a worst job. Well, no,
are you doing it only to get something in return? No?
Actually no, but it does feel kind of like and
I get it. It happens to the other the way around,
but it's like, oh yeah, many a time, so you
don't care that position. Yeah, well, I've heard to mention

(05:34):
Connor that Tanya is here with us on the phone.
Very forgetful, Tanya, you left the part out where you
know it was a one person game, it was not
a two player game well played, I mean.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Maybe, but first of all, delightful is an interesting word
to use in Connor. Hey, yeah, I would just echo
what was already said. You only do stuff to women
if you know you'll get something back in return. That's
pretty gross.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
What was wrong with delightful? Are you suggesting that it
was not as good as he thought it was?

Speaker 1 (06:04):
I mean, look, it was good for two people who
just met, but it wasn't delightfuls like a bit much,
I think, right, really, so.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
Forget you called us trying to figure out where he is.
So you obviously liked him, so let's just be fair
here and not minimize his efforts.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
I think, Look, I think it's safe to say that
we just probably aren't a match if this is how
you're going to play things, Connor, but like happy to
have him there is I think more so I just
wanted answers, and so now I've definitely got.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
Him ver ridiculous. You know how I'm going to play things.
You did nothing for me and you used me, and
you know what, I'm not interested in seeing you again.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
Oh yeah, okay, okay, well whatever. Men do that to
women all the time, So glad to be rid of you.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
I mean, that may be true, but everything here apparently
was good enough.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
I tell you.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
I want to remind you you called us, asked us
to find this guys and link you back up. I mean,
he's disappointed that he felt like you didn't care about
how he felt. And again, I think a lot of
guys need to hear this because there are men out
there that are very uh inconsiderate in this regard. So
I'm not saying this only happens one way, but it's
for you to be like, oh whatever now. I mean,

(07:15):
the guy wanted to He wanted some delightful too, and
that's fair.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
And maybe we would have gotten there if we would
have hung out a second time. But like, I don't
think you can expect like perfect like reciprocity every single time.
So well, any women listening who are interested Connor available.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
If it had been the other way around, Tanya and
you guys had done this and then you do something
to him and then he gets up and leaves, you
would be irked about it too. You probably wouldn't be
calling us asking us to find him. Yes, maybe, but
like I.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Seel, kind of like most of I don't know. I
think a lot of women can relate like that's most
of dating for women, like doing that and then waiting
to see.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
So, I don't know Connor anything else you want to say, Yeah, goodbye?
Are you stand at home?
