Speaker 1 (00:48):
How are you? I'm all right.
Speaker 3 (00:50):
I'm just trying to figure something.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Out right, right.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
So it's waiting at a phone, of course, and what
we're trying to do is figure out why maybe you've
been ghosted by this woman Brianna. So it'd be helpful
if we hear the whole backstory. How did you meet?
I want to hear about any dates you've been on,
and then you know what's going on now while you
think you're being ghosted.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Okay, cool, all right?
Speaker 3 (01:08):
So I met on Hinge and we started talking back
and forth and finally I was like, 'm gonna get
your number and.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
We went from there and it went well.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
So I asked her for drinks like a week or
so later, and she was like, yeah, So we go out,
We have a great time and check this out. She
even invites me back to her place, so I know
things are going well. We didn't hook up or anything.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
I was gonna say congrats on the you know whatever,
but this has been a theme lately, by the way,
dates going so well, they wind up hanging out of
somebody's house. But then the ghosting still happens. So you're thinking, okay,
we extended the date, we send it the day to
her place.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
This is all good, right, So.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
You're thinking you're gonna leave this is You're gonna call
her the next day, set up another date, like we're
heading somewhere.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Yeah, this is beautiful. She environment to our place. We
had a good time. We even had a good night kiss.
Oh and yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Texted her when I got home. I was like, hey,
I got home safe, and she didn't respond. So I'm like, okay,
that's weird, but okay, whatever. So the next day I
text her again.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
I'm okay, and I hope. I hope you. I hope.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
It's a lot of whys like it. Hey, you know
that kind of thing. So you texted the next day
and then nothing.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
Still nothing.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Wow, all right, that's puzzling because you would think you
would think that she'd want to see you again. I mean,
and kiss, goodbye and the whole thing. But let's call
up Brianna. In just a second, get a play song,
we'll come back.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
We'll call her. We'll see if we can get her
on the phone. You'll be on the phone as well.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
We're gonna ask these questions on your behalf, and we're
always hoping that we can straighten things out and then
set you up on another date. Doesn't happen very often,
but when it does, we got the we got the
budget for it.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Man sounds good man, Hey, Sam, Yo.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
All right, I was called Brianna. You guys met on
a dating app. You want on a date. Uh wanted
going back to her place pretty PG. But you kissed
at the end of the night and you texted her
to say you get home. You texted her the next
day and you have not heard back. She is ghosting you,
it would appear, and you want to know why.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
That's correct? All right, let's call Brianna right now. Good luck, ma'am.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
H Hello, Hi is this Brianna.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
This is hey Brianna. Good morning. My name is Fred.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
I'm calling for the Fred's Show, the morning radio show,
and I have to tell you that we are on
the radio right now and I would need your permission
to continue with the call.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Can which half for just a second? Would you mind?
Speaker 2 (03:31):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (03:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Okay, all right, well thank you.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
I know it's a little bit startling and weird, but
we're calling on behalf of a guy named Sam who
reached out to us and we just talked to him.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
Okay, Well, he told.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
Us that that you guys met on hins, you went
on a date recently that he thought went really well.
I take it you feel differently.
Speaker 4 (03:49):
I'm I mean I had a good time in the beginning,
you know, like I thought that I finally found like
a good guy.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
But I was obviously wrong. So why were you obviously wrong?
Like what happened?
Speaker 2 (04:05):
Because what we know is that he enjoyed the date
that I guess you both went back to his place
or your place rather, and there was a kiss at
the end. And now he can't get a hold of you.
But it sounds like there's there's pieces missing. There always
are pieces missing, it seems.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
I mean, the date went really well, That's why I mean.
And we were close to my apartment and so I
invited him back for a drink because things were going
really well and I was feeling really good about everything.
And you know, we hung out for a little bit
and he left, and you're right, we kissed, But it
was after he left.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
That was the problem. Okay, all right.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
I I have this polaroid camera and sitting at my
kitchen table, and later that night, when I was walking by,
I noticed one of the cameras.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
By the way, hold on, I'm sorry to interrupt you.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
I know we're getting to the best part of the story,
but I just I may need to explain this for
some people.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
This is the kind of polaroid camera. You don't know
what a Polari camera.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Is well, I do, but everybody is. You know, we
got some we got some people listening to might not.
We're talking about the kind that you take the picture
and an instantly spits out a photograph, right, okay, good,
I'm just making sure copy right, Okay. So you have
one of those sitting there, and so you you walk
by this camera.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
And what and I see that there is a like
a photograph and it is upside down because because you
have to put upside down for to develop.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
That's how polaroids were. I feel like I have to
explain exam.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
I'm ashamed that I know what it is and a
lot of people may not, which is crazy.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
But I feel like they're coming back. I feel like
they're cool again. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (05:47):
I feel like, yeah, like mine is really cute and
I keep it out for my friends and like when
they come over, like you know, like we take pictures. Anyway,
he also took a picture and that would have been
really cute.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
If if you taking a picture of his state. You know,
oh no, he did what do you take a picture of?
Speaker 5 (06:05):
He did?
Speaker 1 (06:07):
He took a picture of.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
What you really wanted to say? You really wanted to say?
What we all know, Sure, go ahead, Caylen is dying
to know. He took a picture of his elbow and
that's what it was, left foot, his elbow.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
Well, I wanted to know if it was just the twig,
just the berries, the twig and the berry.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
You have you ever seen one?
Speaker 4 (06:36):
Have?
Speaker 1 (06:38):
Think you can isolate one from the other. But okay,
so I need to see it.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
So he casually snaps a picture of himself.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
He didn't just do that. He wrote his name and
the date. So why would you identify yourself?
Speaker 4 (06:52):
Like?
Speaker 1 (06:52):
Why would you the date? Is crazy?
Speaker 4 (06:58):
Every guy that came into my apartment all sudden and
I had a collection.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
But like, why I signed your name? Like don't own that?
Speaker 4 (07:06):
That's a great that's a great question I would love
to know the answer to. And like, I mean he
must have done that one. I was like in the bathroom,
I'm like, I don't know what. I'm like, what are
you doing in my kitchen?
Speaker 1 (07:19):
There? I got you right?
Speaker 2 (07:20):
I gotta as Sam is here by the way, were
I got so caught up in the story I forgot
to tell you and I forgot about it.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
But Sam, uh, why man?
Speaker 3 (07:29):
Why that's seriously, why you're ghosting come on.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
That's funny. That's good. That's a funny guy. Yeah, that's
all right, you know, like no.
Speaker 4 (07:44):
No, and like it's not like this.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
This was the first time that I saw that of him.
Was he like ready to go? Photo me? Come on?
I mean I hope not.
Speaker 4 (08:00):
I hope that wasn't ready to go?
Speaker 5 (08:01):
Oh yeah, you better get looking right if you're gonna
oh no, Like what is going through your mind Sam
that you're like, I know question, I know what to do.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
I see a camera. I know exactly what.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
And by the way, we've discussed this before, but you know,
have you ever met a woman before? Because most I don't.
I don't think that's the I don't think that's the
way to lead the way. Like I get it. If
you like somebody and you have a relationship and it's
consensual and people ask for that and they want that,
then fine.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
But like, if if you think that that's.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Like gonna lure a man like a calling card or
something like, oh I got to make sure I call Sam,
then yeah, you've never met a woman before, because I don't.
And it's also they're not attractive really no, And.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
Like here's the thing.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
Polaroids aren't large like they are a small photo, you know?
Speaker 1 (08:58):
Is that very flat out?
Speaker 4 (09:00):
There's no way to make that in that context, Like, look, no.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
So you thought you were being a silly guy, Sam,
is what you thought just was juste d.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
MS And this was a golden opportunity.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
I had to see the age, the age.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
A limp whiskey.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
That was bothering me.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
We're not sure that it wasn't. We're hoping that it wasn't. Apparently,
but all right, wow.
Speaker 3 (09:34):
Okay, I'm very comfortable with my manhood obviously.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Yeah, yeah, he signed it, even like who else wouldn't.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
Have been Like I didn't know when he was in
part right?
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Right, territory doesn't sound like it. Find some new territory.
All right, Look, Brianna, I'll ask the question. I know
the answer, but it's job. Would you like to go
out with Sam again? We'll we'll pay for.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
It, absolutely not, Okay, I'll pay you to not let
me do that. Sam.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
You don't even see face by this. You're just just like, yeah, this,
this is this is a this is how I do.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
That's how I do.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
If you can't handle it onto the next wow you
told her?
Speaker 1 (10:17):
Yeah, okay. Devastated, she see him broken up about it. Hey, Brihanna,
thank you for your time. Sam, good luck to you
as well.
