Pete Davidson revealed his mom is the reason why he got sober! Saturday Night Live star Michael Che says Kanye apologized to him after an argument between the two of them when Kayne was a musical guest on the show.

Davidson has always been open about his struggles with his
mental health and sobriety journey, but he was just on
THEO Vonn's podcast revealing the heartbreaking reason that he finally
got sober.

Also, my mom. You know, my mom's the most supportive
person in the world. She's a cool lady, the best.
I mean, Amy.

Never dated.

She married a fireman.

Amy, Yeah, she's a nurse, Like, yeah, they met each
other in grammar school, like super Staten Island.

I want to marry a nurse.

She's just a sweet lady. She never dated.

After my mom, after my dad died, just raised me
and my sister like alone and worked hard. And she's
been the most supportive ever. And it got to a
point where she she called me when I was when
I was in rehabit. She was like, my biggest fear
is that I will turn on the news and see
that my son has died. And she's never been like that, like,

you know, because she's so supportive and just you know,
wants to always have positivity around.

Yeah, I already lost something.

She loved it.

Exactly, and that that killed me.

I like THEO, but I don't know if he just
did a bump or something or what, but like he
like normally he actually it's the pauses that make it
because normally it's like I saw he interview jd Vance
or somebody and he'll just kind of stare at the person.
Well he thinks about what he wants to say, and
on that he couldn't shut up.

Yeah, that was tough. That was a tough listen because
I wanted to hear what Pete had to say. THEO
also had like this amish kid on the other day.
I don't know if you saw that, and he gave
him like pop for the first time. That's completely separate,
but it is hysterical.

No. I like THEO and I think he's funny, but
I'm just like, what the guy's telling a heartfelt story? Stop?

Yeah, we want to hear it.

Her name's Amy, Oh what right? I want married baby.

But anyways, he of course lost his dad in nine
to eleven, and so you know, another loss for his
mom would be horrible. He is now expecting a baby
with his partner and says her support means everything and
really quick. Speaking of Pete, his former SNL coworker co
star Michael Jay is finally opening up about that heated
exchange with Kanye West where Kanye, I don't know if
you guys remember went rogue on SNL did that monologue

in twenty eighteen, and it was clear they didn't want that,
but he kept talking, Michael says, watching the newly released
footage in Kanye's documentary in Whose Name is Terrifying, recalling
that Kanye didn't seem like himself and if you haven't
seen it. In the clip, Chay calls Kanye out for
publicly accusing the cast of bullying him and taking a
jab at black comedians, telling him we treat everybody like family,

and you're gonna sell us out, Chay says. The following year, though,
at an Eddie Murphy show of all places, Kanye approached
him and said, I owe you an apology, and he
said that was enough for him to move on and
he did, which is really interesting to Okay, really quick
in theaters this week and one battle after another. This
cast is insane. It's Leonardo DiCaprio, Tianna Taylor, Regina Hall,

Sean Penn, Benicio del Toro. I'm hearing it's amazing. And
Tiana was promoting it on Watch What Happens Live and
Andy Cohen said that before the show started, Tiana hugged
every single audience member, every single camera crew member, everybody
and just thanks them for, you know, putting the show
on and having her, which I think is really amazing
and a cool thing. But the movie looks amazing and
