Speaker 3 (00:26):
All right, dear blog, I just want to know from
the thirteen do you take your spouse to the holiday
Christmas party at work?

Speaker 1 (00:35):
I'm not here for it, and it's for a few reasons.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
One because I don't need Timothy coming in here running
his mouth, you know, talking about what I do at home.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
I don't need him to build a relationship with y'all.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
And then next thing, you know, y'all calling each other
and key keying on the phone is like it's like
church and state.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Something should just be separate. So I don't.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
People have been asking, like you guys are engaged now,
like are you gonna bring him to the party, And
I'm like, no, would I do that?

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Why nots, I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Don't you realize you're marrying this man, right, Like you
realize that it's in the theory of lifelong commitment, Like
you're not gonna be able to hide him forever.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
No, I don't want to hide him. I just don't
need him, Like you don't.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Want him to become friends. Like what if I meet
him tonight? I'm like, I'm sure I'm going to think
he's a great guy, right, and then you're right now,
all of a sudden, we're hanging out, right.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
And then I'm you know, I'm looking on Instagram and
y'all at the bar. I don't appreciate that. I just
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
What are you afraid that he would tell us that
you're hiding?

Speaker 3 (01:27):
My God, so many things I don't know. I just
don't need his side of the story being shared amongst
my coworkers.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
So that's what this is really about. You want to
come in here and talkhole big conflicting narratives.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
We're about to get.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Like she cooks every night and waits on me hand
and fuck yeah, I'm like, we don't know that, lady.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Wow, something wouldn't that be something if like we learned
from Big Tim that it's a completely different narrative than
the one she comes in here with. And she been
begging me to She's been begging me to propose for
years coming in here. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
I don't care about no man. I don't know though.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
I just feel like it's such a weird vibe sometimes
for couples when it comes to the holiday party, like.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
Do you bring them? Do you leave them at home?
Is someone upset that they weren't invited? I don't know.
Have you ever brought a date to the holiday?

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Do you go to the holiday party? Sometimes? I swing,
I pull up sometimes.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Because he pulls up and then he's right out the door.
But I respect that. That's me tonight. I respect it.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Yeah, I think it's not really my vibe. I don't
it's around coworkers, and then.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
It's when you've attended. Have you ever brought a date?

Speaker 2 (02:39):
No? Okay, no, no, But I just yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
People on the text are saying that it's awkward to
bring your spouse, and I think it is. I think
everyone is a little different at work than they are
at home.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Yeah, it's just it's a bunch of chit chat with
people that I already chitch had with like I know,
except now alcohol is involved, and then you good about
going to the office holiday party? Is is there's there's
there were always the people who take it too far,
and it's fascinating to watch those people, like, oh, so
you wanted your career to end tonight apparently like right
before Christmas, because I can tell you right now, I

(03:13):
can see in my head who they are, because it's
every time there's alcohol served in any function, it's like,
oh my god, does our insurance that include like you know,
Betty Ford or something, because you need to go no,
because it's like it's like, you know, everyone's having a
few cocktails and then there's like the one person like
who's like freebasing in the corner, you know what I mean,
Like it's in the oh mind's like you realize that

(03:34):
you're gonna go to work and like everyone can was
gonna remember that you took your shirt off and danced
on the table.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
I love it, Yeah, you love that. I do love it.
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
I bring Mike and he loves the show like he
thinks it's so entertaining, like.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
He's putting faces to name, but he's never.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Worked in office he's never had these type of relationships
with people or worked in like an office hierarchy, so
like he thinks it's so entergy. He loves it. He
loves every second of it.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Yeah yeah, yeah, phone on vibrates. Can that be nice?
It's a radio shows, it's almost so. He's coming tonight,
should come tonight and they could meet. Oh, Mike and
Tim Jason. I'm not doing it. I can't. It's just
too much at risk. Bring the man.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
You know what, I'll tell you what he Big Tim
is there tonight that I'll promise you all go.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
Oh please yeah, stop it.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
If Big Tim is there, I'll go

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Okay, Well, neither one of y'all will be there or
