Now this morning show in Boston,Billy and Lisa in the morning. It's
just a great start to my dayon Kids one. Await the best morning
show in Boston. And you knowwhat, the best book club in the
country. Lisa Dunnovan is back instudio. The big book a club event
last night at least went okay, right, It went down at the Revere
Hotel. Winnie was there. Thankyou for coming, my dear team player,

(00:23):
team Player. Thanks to the twoof you, Justin and Billy for
always supporting and sitting at home onyour ass. I was streaming, okay.
I love that you were. Youwere in the streaming numbers. We
had a big stream last night.I was with my daughter and we were
watching. I love that. Iwant to thank ninety plus sellers, and
I want to thank Hesh and Tonyand the mighty McCabe. Oh he was

(00:46):
there. He was there, MightyMcCabe. Yeah, was lifting weights,
he was lifting his wine glass. He was our ninety plus sellers, whole
team. They were there pouring theirdelicious minds to our group. And the
street team was there. Adam andDavid. Adam obviously is in our marketing
department. So I just want tothank everybody for coming in the four authors.

(01:06):
When's the next event? June fourth, It'll already have it. Oh,
I've got a whole calendar of wework like months in advance. But
no, it's at Veronica Beard withMarissa Meltzer, who is coming in from
New York. She wrote the bookGlossy, and she will be making an
appearance at the book club. It'sa smaller one, it's only about forty
so they need to get in early. How do they do that? We

(01:27):
will be posting the link Monday sothat you gotta be right go. Yeah,
and how about this. This isone of the coolest parts of last
night's book club event. Justin Idon't know if you know this, but
Lisa's son Max drove himself all aloneinto Boston just to come see his mom
at the book club. Yeah. That was really sweet. I couldn't believe

(01:48):
that he did it, but itwas great having him there. Well.
Good, so we look forward toJune. What June fourth? Okay,
topics, I've got the topics ofthe day. Weirdness dating at bios You
know how people do weird things withtheir bios on the dating apps. I
don't know I haven't been on adating app, but I hear things.
Yeah, I have it. There'sa list here that goes along with it.
Well, we'll read some of theseat seven forty. But I'm sure

(02:09):
people have seen some crazy ones, and the ones on this list are nuts.
Yeah. Another topic, the secondtopic of the day today, would
you travel alone? By the way, I used to do that a lot
and I loved traveling. I loveit. Well, it's a big trend
this year. Oh good, Yeah, solo travel yep. Today, by
the way, is National Telephone Day. I was not aware of that.

(02:30):
It is celebration the telephones. Inthis study, it will be changed to
dial service and all telephone numbers willbe changed. Before calling any number,
first secure the number from your newdirectory. Then remove the receiver and listen
for the dial tone. It soundslike this with the receiver off the hook,
dial the desired number. Be sureto allow the dial to prely returned

(02:53):
to its normal possession. And thisis the ringing segment. I know there,
you'll hear this business. So hegot it. So it's so funny.
You know my downstairs in my house, they have a phone. They
have a house house phone. Yeah, people still have them. They don't
use them, my parents. Yeah, and so when it rings, my

(03:14):
son gets so confused. He's neverseen one. I've only seen cell phone.
Yeah, yeah, it's amazing.I was there for the dial phone.
I'm just saying I was. Oh, okay, I remember we used
to have the wall phone in mykitchen, and I loved it because I
was a nosy bitch that wanted toknow who was calling. So I always
answer and the cord stretched most ofthe house. I love that chord from

(03:37):
the kitchen phone. Yeah. Yeah, And everyone's like, get off the
phone, I want to make acall. You would walk from the the
phone was always in the kitchen onthe wall, but you would take the
phone and carry it three rooms downand close the door right, go into
a closet. Do you remember, because this is only a little bit when
I was younger, that we didn'teven need an area code. We didn't
do six one, seven seventy eightone. We could just dial the number.

(03:59):
Do you know, I remember mychild? Remember that? Remember that?
Oh yeah, I remember that. No, there was no I mean
okay, I'm thirty, So itwas like probably like twenty years ago,
probably twenty five years ago. Theystarted doing the thing. I do remember
not having to do it now. They had it in childhood. Phone number
was Elliott four six six four seven, Elliott, Elliott. Yeah, I

(04:20):
don't even know what that meant,Elliott, I don't know. Look it
up justin while you do. I'lljust say, good news bad news for
Boston sports fans. The good newsis the Bruins. One bad news is
the Celtics lost. Right, AndI've got a story to share. We
have to hold that. Oh,you talk too much and uh and you
know, so we're gonna hold outtill seven o five. Is that okay?

(04:41):
It's okay? But you know, people like to hear from us,
I know, and they will, they will, they will. You have
a really good story from yesterday youwant to share, but we are if
it really? Is it really thatgood? It's a good one. It's
pretty good. It's pretty good. What could be subject to a rush today?
We'll do that at seven o five. As for right now, let's
just end it with national telephone. How's that? That has nothing to do
with it. Now I've got tocancel. These cruise had set up a

(05:04):
schedule. How did you talk tothe cruise I told you last night.
I don't know telephone. I WoTthe telephone. I called and said,
hey, can you be down theretomorrow. It's going to be a nice
table. Get going right now.Nothing you say on your break in the
phone, what's the matter with you? I have no idea what that was

(05:25):
a legendary. Yeah, I haven'thad a rant in a while. Legend
I feel I can't. Mike comingon some point. Oh and uh entertainment
coming up obviously will address the Bruinsand the Celtics. But Giselle was pulled
over by police and she pulled aLisa Dunnovant. She burst into tears.
That's next. We're back with theVilly and Lisa in the morning. I'm

(05:47):
kiss you, sure are, andwelcome in everybody here. It is Thursday,
and again it's a National Telephone Day. Do it with it what you
will. I don't know if that'sof any value to anybody listening, but
it's National Telephone Day. Well, people are already rolling in with the talkbacks,
which appreciate that. By the way, about National Telephone Day, how
about this fun fact? Good morningmorning crew. So I just moved here

(06:12):
to Maine from Boston, and nobodyhas to dial in area code in the
entire state of Maine. Everybody's twoo seven on their house phones and on
their cell phones. It's a bizarrething, anyway, I'd let you know.
Yes, So when I was akid, I remember there was a
time when you did not have todial the area code. I remember,
right, Yeah, remember that.It was for a slight part of my

(06:35):
childhood. Yeah, and then theychanged it, and now you have to,
So in Maine, you don't.I didn't know that. Do you
guys remember your childhood phone numbers?I do do, but still my parents
seven one three nine seven, six, four oh seven. Yeah, I
remember my childhood yeah, yeah, yeah, I hat four six six four
seven. Yeah. My phone numberis still my parents phone numbers. I
won't be giving it out. Andthen my one of my grandparents have there

(06:58):
for seventy five years and they auntjust moved the phone number. That wow
in your mind? I sure didseven one seven four two one one three
seven seven, So you remember,Yeah, isn't that weird? And most
people remember their childhood phone number becauseyou're talk to like know your phone number,
you have to, Yeah, butI don't remember any other phone number

(07:18):
after my childhood phone number. ReallyYeah. Any of my other residences,
I don't really either. It's crazy. I remember I remember the number two
or recovery center that I used toalways try to get into. Yeah,
yeah, oh I don't. Idon't even other one. I lived in
Lynnfield for twenty seven years. Idon't remember that. You don't want to
forget that, Bill, I don'tthink now. The entertainment update with the

(07:41):
Billy Constead, Well, there's nobodyhome there. Yeah, didn't really go
that well for you. Yeah, she wouldn't answer. Yeah, Okay,
I had twenty seven wonderful day years. Okay, we're just giving twenty seven
wonderful twenty It might have been twentyeight, but happened. The new is
I raised my family and the townof Link. You did, damn it.

(08:05):
I love my boys. All right. Good news, bad news for
Boston sports fans. Let's go withthe good news. First, the Bruins
beat the lead for two last night. Uh, they take a two to
one lead in the series. Marshangot the game winner last night. Not
a given that you get the opportunityto play in the Stanley Cup playoffs and
kind of woke up with that gratitudeof being excited, understanding that it's a
gift to play in this league andin playoffs is something that you know,

(08:28):
we dream about as kids. Yeah, marsh and again got the game winner.
Game four now in Toronto Saturday night, eight o'clock faced off, So
it's one right now in the least, Yes, it is meantime. The
Celtics provided the bad news last night. They lost to the Heat in Boston
one eleven, one oh one.The series now tied at one game a

(08:50):
piece. Jalen Brown I just thoughtthey made, you know, a lot
of shots that we normally will feelcomfortable with. But it's the playoffs.
It is what it is. Yougot to adjust and we gotta play ball,
so we gotta respond. Yeah, they knew going in it was gonna
be a tough series. There's JasonTate. It's not supposed to be easy.
It's not an easy road to whereboth teams are trying to get trying

(09:11):
to get to some tough competitive basketball. You know, we knew that they
were going to respond and play betterfrom the first game, and they did.
Yeah, Okay, this was ourworst fear all season long. We
talked about this. You know, they had a great, you know season,
but it only matters in the playoffs. I'm watching last night and I'm
like, are we doing this again? I don't want to discount the heat

(09:33):
because obviously they're all at professional players, so they're good. But Jammy Butler,
who is their star, is notplaying right, and you're at home.
You're at home, they're not playingthere the eight seed, you're the
one seed, and you can't win. Yeah. I thought they would sweep
them. So hopefully they can bounceback Saturday and go out. And it's
funny because as hot as the Celticsgot at times this season, people were

(09:56):
still worried about their playing the playoffs. But that means regardless of now they're
have to come go to Miami andthen come back home for at least Game
five. Yeah, they lost thehome court advanda, That's what I'm saying.
Yeah, Game three in Miami Saturdaynight, that's a six o'clock tip
off, So there you go forSaturday night, six o'clock Celtics eight o'clock
Buruins. But at least it's aweekend night. Yeah. Yeah, and
then actually also to a MESSI isplaying against the Revs, Like, oh

(10:24):
my God, so for thirty yougot soccer six o'clock, Celtics eight o'clock.
I think the Red Sox must beplaying somewhere in there too. They
won yesterday eight nothing. Well figureall those injuries and there winning. I
don't understand what's going on in Bostonsports. NFL Draft today, Actually it's
tonight. The Pats have the thirdpick overall. We'll see what they do

(10:48):
with that. Devin mccordy is convincedthey're going to go with the quarterback.
Yeah, yeah, I think they'regonna go with Drake May. Yes,
my prediction. Mccordy said, aswell, Yeah, who does he play
for? Do you know where tocome from? Not Michigan? Your Wow

(11:09):
Tar Heels? Okay, so youn C. Yeah that's right, the
Tars. Yeah? Can we can? We just move on for the draft
and the report? Are you kiddingme? You're just getting started, just
getting started. I should mention reportsa Bill Belichick is in line to make
millions even without a head coaching job. He starts with the draft coverage tonight
on the Pat McAfee show. Uh. There's also talk of a book and

(11:33):
a podcast and possibly more broadcast work. In fact, there's a rumor he
may joy the Manning brothers uh andtheir podcast, which would be interesting to
listen to. Okay, the Tayloralbum now the first album to surpass the
one billion mark. That's a billionstreams on Spotify in one week, a

(11:54):
billion streams, and now our ownLisa Dunovan will give you all things Taylor.
So if she is so obsessed withevery single minute detail of Taylor's extended
family, where they are, whatthey're doing, and what they love,
well, Taylor, as you know, is dating Travis Kelcey and Travis's mother

(12:16):
was at this big QVC forum inLas Vegas yesterday QVC, QBC, and
she was overheard talking about where Taylorand Travis are going away together as a
couple. And this person heard hersay that she's they're going away with Gigi
Hadid and Bradley Cooper on a littlecouples getaway to Carmel, who for TVC.

(12:41):
Right, so that's overheard at theQVC forum, And well there's a
lot of gossiping at g Yeah, but Donna likes to talk. And then
she told People magazine that she listenedto the entire Taylor album Tortured Poet's Department.
She listened to it all morning longwhen it was when it was released
and quoted, she says, Iwas just very impressed. She is a

(13:03):
very talented woman, and I thinkit is probably her best work. This
is Donna. Donna Kelsey could bea spokesperson. Well, could be Taylor's
future mother in law. At thispoint, it's highly likely, right.
Well, they I saw a reportor speculation that Travis Kelcey is going to
propose before September, you think, before this football season. I don't know

(13:24):
how or why I have that information, but since we're talking all things Taylor,
that's a little tidbit I have.I love that. Yeah, I
want to bet let's do it.She does or doesn't. What did they
propose and they don't say anything aboutit for a long time. No,
if he proposes, everybody's gonna know. I don't know. But they started
doing in July, we know, didn't till like September. Remember when they

(13:48):
first started dating. They started datingin July and then they didn't come out
to the game until September, andthey made everyone think they just started.
Okay, so are we going topool our money on this one? Yeah,
okay, Lisa before September, yesor no, he proposes, I'm
going to say yes. Okay,I'm going to say bye September with fifty
Yes, okay, justin say no, justin you're not allowed to read into

(14:11):
it. I see you right nowreading into it notes of the bet.
Okay, just writing you're in forfifty and you say no, Lista,
you say no, Yes, Isaid yes by September. Okay, Winny,
I got five on maybe no fiftyis the bet you on? Maybe?
Then you're not allowed in the Idon't want to be. You need
to leave the boot game. AndBilly, you're yes right? Hold on

(14:33):
before I render my answer, Riley, yes or no? You can't ask
produce a row. She doesn't havea mic. I'm gonna say no,
fifty bucks. I'm the only onehanging out in the pool. Okay,
Oh okay, So what if?What if? What if the answer is
no? That means list you andI share the pool the fifty bucks,
which would be one hundred and fifteenhundred and fifty. Okay, I'm not

(14:54):
I owe one hundred and fifty dollars. You know you're fifty his fifty fifty?
We get our fifty back and splityour fifty when he's out. I
want no part of this. Yeah, all right, we'll keeping I'm sorry,
Riley. Did you want in forfifty? No? No, she
doesn't want in for fifty. Okay, So there it is. Uh.
Giselle was pulled over by police inMiami in her one hundred and forty thousand

(15:18):
dollars Mercedes. It's the G Wagon. I love a gew Wagon. I
wanted gewagon so bad I had onefor a few months. Costs. No,
I'm telling you, I don't wantto say anything in case Mercedes is
a client. Well, I lovethe G Wagon. It doesn't remind you
of a tissue box on wheels, right, very boxy. We can never

(15:41):
get that out of my brain.Note it's kind of a hard ride.
Yeah, I'm just saying, okay, so where was I? Oh,
how did she do? Why wasshe pulled over? They're not saying what
the what the reason was, butshe literally burst into tears when the officer
was talking to her. My theoryis is that her car was out of
registration, and you know how thatyou have to like basically tell it.
It. Yeah, maybe he wasfound right and she would be completely embarrassed.

(16:03):
I watched the video and he handedher a slip. I don't know
if he was a written warning ora kick something, because then she was
talking to him afterwards like kind ofit looked like she was argumentative, and
then he's like, all right, have a good day. And then she
was like still crying and she hadto leave. So okay, sure she's
fine. Yeah, if they saythat's what to do, though, burst
into tears. That's what I do. If you had her money, ticket

(16:26):
me all day, baby, Idon't care. What's that? What's one
hundred bucks and a star charge tome? Nothing? Nothing, not even
lunch money. I'm not even worthmy tears at that point. So here's
one. Ryan Seacrest and his girlfriendof three years just broke up. I
didn't know he had a girlfriend ofthree years. Aubrey Page. Yes,
Oh we love Ryan. Yeah,we love Ryan. He's almost like I

(16:48):
love she was very young. Ilike Ryan. I think he's very talented.
Obviously he works for our company.I'm not just saying that he is
the Leo DiCaprio Radio. Yeah hundred. He gets older and the girls get
younger, but Leo only dates groupsof like six or seven women. No,
Ryan has never had a girlfriend overlike what twenty seven. Well,

(17:11):
I'm just saying I have to confirmthat. Yeah, right, I'm going
to move on. In the meantime, Kid Cutt, you remember he broke
his foot at Coachella. He canceledthe tour. Now he would have come
to Boston the TD Guard in Julytwenty fourth. He's hobbling. Yep,
I've got a hitch. And TomBrady fans are furious. They went to

(17:32):
an event in Miami. Tom Bradywas signing autographs. A lot of people
brought their own collector sneakers and everything, but he was just scribbling on the
sneakers and anything he's signed, soyou don't even know it's Tom Brady.
So they think it's worthless. Theythink it takes value away from what would
have been a valuable sneaker. Yeah, because it's really it's hard to say
whether it's rail or not. Soif you get an item that's signed by

(17:52):
him, they have to authenticate it, and if it's like written like trash,
then they can't so they'll lose money. And finally, I'm not going
to talk about Billie Eilishky. We'renot gonna talk. Well, she's very
much into self love. Yes,yeah, like she loves telling her she
just couldn't get enough of herself.I'll just leave it at that. Okay,

(18:14):
if you want, you can lookit up Billie Eilish in self love.
That's a big bus story this.She has got a pH d in
it. I don't know why weneeded to know that, but she thought
felt the need to tell she's inher opening up stage of life. She's
in her she's in her winning era. Because right because she said in the
same article that she just, youknow, wanted to put her face into

(18:36):
vagina. Okay, see I wasgoing there. Oh my god, it's
quotedlling I know, but I wasn't. Yeah, I just my first girlfriend.
Another minute. Oh boy, Isee Now I feel like there's so

(19:00):
much more to say, but I'mnot saying anything else. Just I think
we covered it all. I thinkwe think so. Those are the two
stand up quotes from the Rolling Stonearticle. You can go read it.
We touched on it, yeah, really dead, which means she's probably a
huge fan of your song, Lisa, I touched myself. Oh, I'm

(19:22):
sure. Just what we're not talkingabout it? Read it We're brought to
you by the Bancroft School College Girlslisten or calling all girls thirteen to seventeen,
don't miss the opportunity to learn fromformer WNBA and Division one college athletes
at Bancroft School This summer. TheCamp Goo Elite Basketball Clinic being held in

(19:42):
Worcester from July thirtieth to August first, and space is very limited, so
take your game to the next level. Go to Bancroftsummer dot org today and
reserve your spot and there you go. We touched on it. So we're
back with Villy and Lisa in themorning. And yes, we're back.

(20:03):
And you know what, we'll geta pair of Kiss concert tickets right now
for Calle twenty five at six oneseven, nine one eight. And I
said, look across the studio atproducer O'Reilly, she's dying to hear the
code word and you'll need the codeword. Okay, if you're listening and
you plan on trying to be callertwenty five, and the code word is

(20:25):
Winny. I know you wrote it. I scribbled it. It's influential.
That is not that does not spellinfluential anyway. The keyword is influential producer
Riley. Okay, I'm sorry ifi seem a little bit distracted because I'm
about to tell a story, andI preface the story before you start.

(20:48):
You sure can't, Okay, beforeBilly starts. He came in this morning
and he looked at me and hesaid, I think I was in a
car accident yesterday, but I'm notsure. Go ahead, there's a chance
I could be arrested today. Okay, And here's the story. So I
left the station yesterday and without gettinginto detail, we had a medical emergency

(21:10):
in the family. So I wasslightly distracted. But I was driving to
a dining playbook shoot in Everett.By the way, fabulous place, Park
nine Dog Bar and Park. Whata fabulous place if you want a dog.
So anyway, I get to theEverett Rotary down here, you know
the rotary where you bear right ifyou want to go to that mall where
the it's a target Inaska. Yeah, but it's a weird exit. There

(21:32):
were two rights, right, youtake one of the others. So anyway,
I take the right, and thecar in front of me slams on
its brakes. Okay, So nowit was so last second for me,
I wouldn't have had time to stopthe car, so instead I veered left
right. But then there was acar behind me that started beeping its horn

(21:55):
like crazy and managed to stop beforehitting me from behind. Right, So
there were three cars involved. SoI didn't feel anything right, So I'm
like, oh, my god,was I lucky? Like the car could
have been destroyed, right, Icould have been whatever, people could have
been hurt. It was a closecall. Yeah. So I very slowly,

(22:15):
very casually pull away and go aboutmy business. And I kind of
looked over my shoulder and I noticedthe car that came up from behind me
was still there and was kind oflooking in my direction. I'm like,
oh, that's weird that they're stillthere. So I thought nothing of it.
I said, you know what,we all escape what could have been

(22:37):
a horrible accident. Three cars, right. So now I get to my
destination, parked the car, andI said, you know what, I
wonder if the car behind me mayhave bumped me, right, And I
just didn't feel it right, SoI go look at the rear of my
car. Now I get there's alittle scuff mark on the back of my

(22:59):
car. Right, you know,I'm sure, if we both got out
of our cars, it wouldn't havebeen a big deal. It's like whatever,
it's not worth it. So butI noticed the scuff mark. Now,
chances are the guy did bump mea little. Nobody's fault, even
though if you're hit from behind onehundred percent it's the person behind you his
fault. So I just want tothrow that out there. The scuff may

(23:22):
have been there before. Maybe therewas no connection to this. It was
weird that he was still there whenyou pull. That's weird looking at you.
Yes, you know what he wasthinking, Oh yeah away, Or
he might have been thinking that bastardjust fled the scene. No, he
was happy because it would have beenwhole thing. He was happy if the

(23:42):
scuff is in fact from that incident. But the bottom line is if he
hit me and perceives that I fledthe scene of a crash, he might
report he may have gotten my platenumber. And I'm just saying I wasn't
aware he hit me at all,and he may not have hit me.
It might have been there an somebodymay have hit me in a parking lotter.

(24:03):
Are you gonna call the cops?I'm thinking I should call the cops
on yourself, yes, and sayno, listen, No, I want
to say, listen, I mighthave been in an accident. I just
want to make sure chicken with youguys, so that I don't get arrested.
Imagine if I get arrested and fine, well jailed. Do you fled
the scene? It's right, thescene of an accident, and you just

(24:23):
snitched on yourself. You might aswell call you already did it? If
he did bump me? Right,I technically fled the scene of a crash,
but I wasn't aware of it.In a white Porsche. That man,
but again, that man is soa woman who always behind you,
is so happy that the guy inthe Porsche left. They were probably driving

(24:47):
a Kia. Yeah, like justa pain job on that push is more
than people's cars. I just wantto be clear. I'm not the person
who flees the scene of a crash. I'm not a hit and run driver.
Okay, but I need to callthe police to clear myself. Okay,
and they'll probably say, oh,don't worry about it, but I
need it on paper that I checkedin. No, you don't, Bill,

(25:08):
you would get in trouble if thatother car called the cops. If
they drove away, then right. If they did and they said, we're
looking for a white Porsche, thenyou call. I don't know. I'll
tell you what. If there's anybodyconnected at all to the Everett Police Department,
please context for me to our winner. I just want to ask Justin
and Lisa. Now, this isthe same man that ran with a gang

(25:32):
and it's like running from the mafia, and he's and he was, he
was doing crimes. He ran ifhe ran from a fender bend. Yeah,
and now he wants to go tellhimself to the cops. I'm not
a gang boy anymore. I'm arespectable citizen. You steal from Walmart?
Okay, we have to we haveto go to I don't limit it to
Walmart's. Rachel. Hi, Rachel, Hi, Rachel. Are you connect

(26:00):
to anybody at the Effort Police Department? I am not, okay, but
that doesn't nothing against you, Rachel. Okay, but you are called twenty
five. Okay. What's the keyword, Rachel. It's influential. Influential.
You want to know what Winnie wrote? Inflammatory? Yeah, it's like

(26:22):
what school, Winny did you go? North Quincy High? Wow? Graduate?
But Rachel hold On and producer Riley. She loves talking to people,
so she's going to talk probably talkyour ear off. She's very sweet.
But the bottom line is you'll endup at kisconcert. Yeah yeah. Boston
Magazine is that with their most influentialpeople in Boston. We'll go through this
list see if there's any surprises orif we know any of these people,

I was ninety six, I wasI was eighty four. It could be
divisive. Yeah, you can't.Yeah. So, uh, Lisa,
where do you think we would haveappeared on the list if we said yes,

(28:56):

a lot of charity work, veteranstuff. Yeah, I'm so happy that
we have so many friends of thisshow on the list. That's really fun.
Yeah. Should we have them allin and have like a little wine
reception with with your wine sponsor?Oh nine dollars sir? Ok, be

(29:19):
great. I think Linda Pezzudi doesn'tneed our party. That lady lives a
very lavish life. Linda happens tolike us, and she likes this show,
and she'd probably like to come onin. Yeah, she came in
and she had She was part ofthat show on HBO about Oh my God,
child Stewart's Yes right, Oh myGod, my childhood buddy Frank depisqually
who owns the Old Paninos and alot of restaurants and buildings in the North.

(29:41):

What up is Zalen Brown? Fromthe Boston Celtics. You're listening to

(30:04):
Billy and Lisa in the morning onKiss one Away Billy and Lisa when we
bawling, you go anytime you want. Jake also io at a berry yea
from the Bear. From the Bear. Marty Walsh is on the list,
and it's former mayor. They didsomething really interesting. Number one fifty is
to be determined. It's the Patriotsquarterback. Oh, regardless of who it

(30:29):
is. Regardless of who it is, that's an empty slot. I thank
god Mac Jones is gone. Ok. Yeah, thanks zeal he no longer
qualifies. Yeah, you think it'sgoing to be Jacoby Prissette or they're waiting
for the draft, waiting for tonightthe draft. Yeah, they have the
number three pick. That's interesting.Yeah. I like that. I do
too. I like that very cool. Oh, there is a radio person

(30:49):
on it what Creig Hill. GregHill U a lot of charity worker does.
Greg is a really really nice guy, does a great job and does
a lot for charity. His foundationconstantly having events and raising Yeah, the
Greg Hill Foundation. Congrat Greg.Yeah, Wow, there is a This
is quite the list. Yeah,I mean all these people are influential in

(31:11):
their own way. Right. Hey, Steve D. Phillippo, my buddy,
owner of Davio's on the list, does a lot for charity. Well,
Billy, everyone you knows on this, but you there's always next year.
I've got the book club. Ohyeah, yeah, next year you're
gonna be on because of the bookclub. We said no, we said,

(31:33):
you know, we connected with toomany things going on. You know.
It's okay, Billy and said, you guys are influential to us.
That's all that matters, Ye,Billy. Why as Billy influences my headaches
every day? I think I triggerthem. Yeah, I'm a trigger,
That's what I do. Okay,we're coming up on top of time.

(31:56):
We've got a couple of hot topicswe told you early. I'll repeat them
now, but we'll take any topicsyou've got. You've got recommendations we're open.
But the two topics weirdest dating appbios that you've come across they totally
freaked you out? And would youor do you like traveling alone? Do
you have any stories about that oropinions on that? Those are two of

(32:17):
the topics and topic time is next. Hey, this is Aana Gande and
we're back with Jilly and Lisa inthe morning's topic. Oh hi, it's
topic time on the show again.Weird dating app bios? Do you have
anything to say? Okay? Andalso do you like traveling alone? Or
would you travel alone? Where doyou want to start? Justin the weird
dating app bios? I found thislist that went crazy online, people listing

(32:42):
the craziest, weirdest bios they've seenon dating apps. I'll give you a
few of these. I mean, some of these are just really crazy.
One girl wrote she saw a guyhad requirements must not have slept with over
five men? Oh that was inthe in the bio? How the girl
eighteen? I don't know, Idon't know. Another one said anyone who

(33:04):
puts their IQ in their bio.I love intelligence and nerdiness, but I
need enough social graces to understand thatit's not a flex. Yeah. Yeah,
I don't like that, So don'tdon't come off too smart. Right,
how about this one? Let mebe your next big mistake. I'm
definitely not the one, but Ipromise you'll still be thinking about me long
after. Oh my god, that'sa little much. This one would be

(33:30):
Billy's if he was on a datingapp looking to lick feet. So fetish
stuff, fetish stuff, that's notjust any feed. Yeah. Another person
said they remember our profile for awoman this was a while ago, entitled
I poop a lot gross crazy youngman. Wow, I like this one.

(33:52):
My reproductive organs are intact, myhygiene well maintained, and yet I
have been unable to find a suitablemarriage partner, at least one I'm not
related to, and we have rulesabout that for a reason. Oh okay,
there's a creep. So these areall creeps. Oh my god,
works hard, plays harder in parentheses. Aka, I get blackout drunk on

(34:14):
the regular. Okay, Well,I'm sure there's somebody out there for As
my grandmother said, there's a libfor every part. Yeah exactly, I
guess. So man, Wow,this is crazy. Yeah, so so
hit us up, let us knowif you've seen any crazy dating app bios.
Yeah. The other topic is thetraveling solo. So Lisa found this

(34:34):
one in the New York Post. It's called solo travel. They're calling it
the quiet new viral trend, andso they're saying that in twenty twenty four,
quiet life travel is like the hottestthing and people are searching for a
quieter, more serene lifestyle. Likeover the search has gone up. There's
where I can find solo travel options. Yeah, there's nothing like it.

(34:54):
I love doing it, and notonly solo travel because I know when I
am like you, I like totry alone. It doesn't bother me.
But now there's a new trend wherepeople want to go on totally silent trips,
like where you're not allowed to speak. I mean that's a little yeah,
it's yeah, they're looking. It'skind of a wellness thing. Like
my friends just treat he did sevendays no speaking. Yeah see, yeah,

(35:15):
it was a meditation retreat. Ilike to go to a place normally
for laterdale it's my favorite place toserm it on my own because it's like
you like you know it at thatpoint, so you're almost like going and
living your life how you would hear, Like, you go shopping, you
go to lunch, you get inmy nails. Then I go to the
beach, I go to the pool, And it's not like a a vacation
to like explore. It's more liketo relax and just be able to like

(35:37):
do what I would do here. But in nicer weapons, you're dropping out
of reality exactly on your own time. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah, solo
travel, it's the way to go. I used to go to La a
Lot and I went alone and Iloved it. I'm sorry for interrupting there.
Oh no, you're good. Yeah, I mean, I guess my
only thing with it is is thatis the dangerous part, you know,
especially when you travel by yourself, something happens. That's true, you need

(36:00):
to be that. But I thinkyou can still go and be safe.
Yeah, but you can, likeI share my location with my mom when
I go away or my friends orwhatever. And also too, it's like
if you're gonna go somewhere stateside, you're pretty you're being up, you know,
unless you're going too like a reallike third world country, I think
your safety's intact. Maybe some ofEuropean places, like I know sometimes Paris.
There's a lot of pickpocketing and stufflike that, but nine times out

(36:22):
of ten, if you have yourwits about you, you'll be fine.
To If you're an adult, youcan be somewhere by yourself. Yeah,
would I travel alone? Well,I hope. So in about two weeks,
I'm actually traveling to Europe by myselfbecause I can't find anyone that can
go with me. So I'm goingthrough one of those tour groups and There'll

(36:45):
be other solo travelers and some familiesand couples and things like that. But
I'm traveling by myself, but I'mnot traveling alone, so it makes it
a lot easier. Yeah, thetour group to me, can you stop?
Please produce a Riley going on atour group in September, what kind
of she's twenty four. It's acheaper option for her. Listen, and

(37:07):
she does it all the time. She's been degrees. She's going to I
think South America this time. Soit's a way to travel by yourself,
but you're still with the group,so you still feel safe and you have
activities and it's cheaper. That arepre plans. That's not for Uncle Bill
with somebody's group. It's definitely not. For By the way, Whinny a
couple of minutes ago mention pickpockets, right, I gotta tell you there's nothing

(37:30):
more impressive than a really gifted pickpockright, I mean that's a skill.
Do they still exist? They especiallyover in Europe? Yes, yeah,
Parish, Paris and also in Italy. If you're standing around some of the
like the Trevy Fountain, yeah, all of those places, the Spanish steps,
they just kind of nudge up toyou and you don't feel in the

(37:51):
thing. I know they've got yourwatch. Getting the watch off someone's wrist
to me is a skill set.And uncle got pickpocketed twice in Paris last
year. It happens, Yeah,Parisian pickpockets. Yeah, yeah, I've
only seen that in movies. Nineteenyears old. The year was nineteen ninety
five, studying abroad in Ireland.Decided to meet my friends in Zurich after

(38:13):
a big exam and travel three weekswhich was supposed to be with them.
Arrived in Zurich in the middle ofthe night, couldn't find my friends.
Traveled three weeks, so eight countrieson my own best experience I ever had
highly recommend it, so she didn'tneed a group. Again, there's nothing
wrong with groups. That's just notgood for you. Right Again, if

(38:36):
you're young producer. Riley's only twentyfour, and then now she can do
all these activities. It's cheaper forher. It includes meal transportation. She
sets one price that she pays andthat's it. She could meet friends for
life exactly. Yeah, or boyfriendfor life or a girlfriend whatever she's into.
Yeah, yeah, okay, nottoo Oh, I don't know.
I'm just saying, yeah, we'renot gonna limit her. Wow anyway.

(38:59):
Yeah, traveling, I think isa cool thing. You know, you're
staying at a hotel. All ofa sudden, you get on stairs,
you sit alone at the lounge atthe bar, I have a drink,
look around, people watch, youknow, go for John, don't know.
I'd like when I go on vacationwith my family, when we come
back, I think, I imaginewhat it would be like to go on
another vacation by myself. Yeah, you need after the family vacation, you

(39:22):
need a vacation from the vacation.Yeah, because you do anything you want,
anytime you want. Yeah, it'syou know, it seems like a
really a really good idea. There'sno vote. Sorry again. Yeah,
he never lets a woman finish.Ask his wife. You see. Now

(39:42):
we're going to a bridge, Lisakiss one eight. Hey, welcome back
everybody again. Today is Thursday. It is National Telephone Day. I think
we addressed that enough. We've gotthe NFL Draft going on tonight. The
Bruins won the Celtics loss, andlet's go to the phone. We had
topic time. We just took abreak, so we had some calls come
in and we have Rebecca. She'stalking about traveling to Europe alone. Rebecca,

(40:06):
Hi, Hi, how are yougood? Where'd you go? Oh?
My god, I've been everywhere. So I went with a girlfriend for
three weeks to Ireland, and thenwe decided that wasn't enough, and I
wanted to go by myself. So, because when you go with somebody,
it's hard to like, you don'treally always get to see what you want.
So I told my mom, I'mtaking the year off of college.

(40:27):
I worked my butt off and Isaved up and I went to three months
by myself all over Europe. That'sso cool. That's a dream of mine
to get. Yeah, and Ican't recommend that enough. Rebecca take some
time off while you can and dothat trip of a lifetime. I'm forty
now and I don't regret it atall, and I was twenty at the
time. I tell everyone, gobuy yourself, you know, just have

(40:52):
your your street smarts about you, right, but go buy yourself. And
then when you're that age, youcan stay in you hostele, you make
friends along the way, you canget your real path and travel everywhere so
much cheaper than you could when you'reolder. Yeah, good for you,
Rebecca, and thank you for thecall. See that the solo travel thing
is a real thing. I didn'tknow that. I mean, the first

(41:14):
I really heard of it was onthe New York Post. But I guess
it's really popular. No. Ihave traveled to Jamaica twice in the last
year by myself. Was never indanger at any point in time. As
long as you keep your wits aboutyou, you're good. Yeah. And
the cool thing is you're traveling alone. So let's say you go to a
restaurant, you go to a bar, Chances are there going to be people

(41:35):
sitting right next to you. You'vegot their own story totally. Yeah.
I've met plenty of people when I'mtraveling. I traveled to Fort Loylety alone
and I was sitting next to twolisteners, Kathy and my nicest people.
They're an older couple. They weregetting married and I went down there.
We went to dinner, we hungout. I still have their number.
I love them and like we had, I was their only I went and
met them for dinner, we wentfor drinks after. It was the nicest

(41:58):
pass just freezy up. Yeah,I always have to do. They were
like, oh, you don't wantto hang out with a go I got
nothing else to do going on.Of course I'll hang out with you,
but you got to know. Oneof the people in that couple would say,
why are we meeting her again tonight? Like, no, not at
all. Living them in Foxboro Avery nice couple. Hello Foxborough. Did
they buy you dinner? Yes?Dad, it is oh Man. Winning

(42:23):
solo travel was amazing and if you'relooking for your sign to go somewhere crazy,
here it is. Because I wentto Thailand for my first solo travel
felt safer than I did in NewYork City, and it inspired me to
change careers. I became a travelagent and now I get to help people
plan their solo adventures. Look atthat. Yeah, that's pretty cool.

(42:45):
That's a long journey alone. Goodfor him. Thailand, Thailand, that's
many hours in the plane. Ohboy, right yeah yeah, the world.
Yeah, yeah, I love thatyou're talking about solo travel. I've
been wanting to do it forever, and this is going to push me to
book something. Do you have anysuggestions of group solo trip? No,

(43:07):
don't ask Bill. Don't ask Bill.
