How active will USC be as the spring NCAA Transfer Portal opens

Head coach Lincoln Riley has said USC would do their portal evaluations and add the "right couple of guys" to help them get ready for the season. With the House settlement potentially passing, allowing athletic departments to share revenue with student athletes, will that make this spring portal a Portal Palooza or more of a Portal Passivity? All eyes will be on the quarterback position, where following the season many thought the Trojans would be in the market for a signal caller. It still isn't out of the question that USC brings in a QB, but it just doesn't seem very likely at this point. We have heard the Trojans aren't interested in former Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava, but with Tennessee now scouring the country for Nico's replacement, that could cause a domino effect that opens up a potential quarterback poaching opportunity for Lincoln Riley.
