Got a juicy one today! Going to get very heavy into what our mental fitness philosophy is, and how we view it as necessary for esports athletes. Obviously, mental fitness has wide ranging applications, but nevertheless we have decided to start with esports. esports is ripe for the picking. It is still a wild wild west industry with no real "best practices" or standards in place....making this an excellent place to start. Enjoy!

You know me by now....not a fan of trendy of fad diets. I don't believe diets need to be complicated.  There is however a benefit to derive from a small meal higher frequency diet. Serious bad news. 2) Difference between philosophy and ideology 3) Esports is still full of immature and entitled "kids".
