You know me by now....not a fan of trendy of fad diets. I don't believe diets need to be complicated.  There is however a benefit to derive from a small meal higher frequency diet. Think about any of those diets where they tell you to eat ever 3 hours and to eat like 6 times a day. Yes a diet like that can give you one hell of a benefit. Listen to find out what it is.
